    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

    @O2 sort your goddamn signal strength out on Anglesey and in the whole of North Wales as it is. I'm getting sick of paying stupid amount a month to have 1 measly bar or a useless E and equally useless H+ !!

    @O2 just a terrible, long winded and quite frankly ridiculous experience to sort out an issue. Two shops in two different cities, 1 hour 40 minutes later on the phone ( not an easy experience either, lack of knowledge etc). We were quite happy on EE until we were moved by Virgin

    @O2 what's going on with the service in the South Lanarkshire area been absolutely terrible the last 5months. Never had an issue before. Recently got the Samsung s22 ultra ever since then its been terrible. Can easily get a signal on my work phone which is vodafone.

    @O2 and now we find out that you have also charged for the service given (was expecting a charge) after asking and the operated did not know but continued anyway! Currently waiting on hold again to talk to someone about this. Really poor
