@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@O2 7 months after cancelling a contract (where I was told it would be free of charge due to the poor service received) and I’m still receiving negative marks on my credit score with missed payments and letters from debt collectors for the amount which shouldn’t be there 1/2

@O2 unbelievable poor service. Mis sold a plan on Wednesday, thought I’d cancelled the plan on Wednesday (that’s what the chap on the phone said) then get a bill for the new product I didn’t want. Was HUNG UP on today after a 30min wait. Customer service call me ASAP

still trying to get through to @O2 ... who'd have thought trying to upgrade/change contract could be so frustrating and time consuming. Any service or utility that requires negotiating a new deal is incredibly difficult these days. I'm stuck in a queue and no idea of its length

@SamsungUK You might want to access your relationship with @O2 and update them on the fact you, as a company, have accepted the issue the Z Flip has! O2 on the other hand are happy to mess customers about and claim Samsung have nothing to do with it, interesting claim!!
