Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

Ronnie (@ronak_malde) reported@O2 I am writing to urgently seek clarification regarding a refund that was due to be credited to my bank account. The refund was initiated on May 9, 2026, and I was informed that the funds would arrive within 3-5 business days. As of today, the money has still not been returned to my account. My experience with your customer service channels thus far has been incredibly frustrating. The primary reason I chose to migrate to another carrier was due to poor service, and this current delay only confirms that I made the right decision. Given the lack of flexibility and the difficulties I have faced, I can no longer recommend your services to others. If you feel that you have it in your heart to give me back my refund, please reach out. If not, have a meal at Wagamamas on me!
