  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

  • dan_v_fat Dan Church (@dan_v_fat) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 7 months after cancelling a contract (where I was told it would be free of charge due to the poor service received) and I’m still receiving negative marks on my credit score with missed payments and letters from debt collectors for the amount which shouldn’t be there 1/2

  • MsEmilyAnarchy Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

  • LouSmi2 Louise Smith (@LouSmi2) reported from Taverham, England

So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

  • 1985ACarpenter Adam Carpenter (@1985ACarpenter) reported from Hellesdon, England

Hey @O2 your signal in and around the whole of Norfolk for the past 3 months has been piss poor…. Spend some of your millions and make it fit for purpose please! Fed up now!

  • Kjvincent1979 Kevin the carrot (@Kjvincent1979) reported from Costessey, England

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

  • chris_greenf Chris Greenfield (@chris_greenf) reported from Wymondham, England

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@O2 looking for tips on improving network coverage in the MK45 area. Recently changed from EE and the signal with O2 is truly terrible. Literally no signal in my own home... On the odd occasion it teases me with 1bar of signal 🙄🙄🙄 or do I have to go back to a better provider?

  • marcnufc Marc Ricalton (@marcnufc) reported

  • AJimWilson Dr Jim Wilson (@AJimWilson) reported

@O2 Just had a message to say you’ve ‘Fixed my network issue’, but the signal is just as bad as ever. What’s going on, it used to be OK but you can’t make calls or use data reliably here anymore?

  • Sami_antha83 Sami (@Sami_antha83) reported

@O2 @O2sports - very disappointed in your lack of Red Roses 🌹 support! Where’s the build up - where are the tweets of support? It’s the Womens World Cup! I know it’s early, but this is quite sad to see the lack of support and encouragement #RedRoses #rugbyworldcup2021

  • ezzzzzzx Ez (@ezzzzzzx) reported

Right @O2 why is it that I live in zone 1 central London and have the same phone signal strength as someone in the 1920s in the middle of a transatlantic sailing trip. What’s the science behind that

  • paul2dart Paul (@paul2dart) reported

@O2 WiFi on the tube by @virginmedia doesn't work for PAYG customers. Says you need to top up. Please can you give it a poke. Thanks.

  • SaraSnowShine Sara Snow 👩🏻‍💼❄️🇬🇧🏳️‍🌈⚧ (@SaraSnowShine) reported

@l1ght__eyes @O2 What's the reason for looking to move? If its price there are alternatives that use the o2 network infrastructure like Sky Mobile.

  • lynseybestitch1 lynseybestitching (@lynseybestitch1) reported

@O2 the signal in North and South Lanarkshire just now is a joke. Unreliable, can barely get internet and phone calls either cutting off or not being able to hear anyone. Past 4 weeks or so it's been like this. Is anything going to be done about this?

  • l1ght__eyes Vanessa (@l1ght__eyes) reported

@SaraSnowShine @O2 Not the price Sara. Its the network coverage both phone and data. Its horrendous. People cannot hear me in my home, and when I'm on a professional meeting it's embarrassing
