    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    As soon as my contract is up, I'm moving to another network, the constant signal issues with @o2 and their inability to provide the perks they advertise, it's a scam. There's nothing on 'priority' worth having these days, when the website/app works that is...

    @O2 Absolute joke. The app hasn't worked all day. This way of buying tickets needs to change. Always the same, can never get on website/app then tickets appear elsewhere and are re-sold at extortionate prices.

    @O2 As soon as my contract is up i'm leaving! Touts had no problems getting holdvof tickets and lost no time reselling them for outrageous prices! I thought you were a decent firm. I was wrong
