    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    Piss take - on phone to @O2 to complain about signal dropping and calls cutting out - kept on hold for 40 minutes and call cuts out 30 seconds after speaking with an agent #timetocancel me thinks 😞

    @kendie @O2 I went into a store eventually & all they did was remove and reinsert my sim card & its been fine since! However I've since spoken to their customer service & the way I was treated was utterly disgusting, a huge complaint has been filed after being LAUGHED at over my finances! 🤬

    So, went to collect my new phone (Samsung S22) from @O2 Highcross Leicester. What horrendous customer service, it took 20 minutes to be served, handed over my collection reference email, not once did I get 'how are you?', 'Can I help?', 'Do you need help with setup?',

    @O2 Can you explain signal issues in norwich area? When ever I’m on a call in my house nobody can hear a word I’m saying!! Been like it for at least a month now for me and any other O2 customers who visit my house. Neighbour experiencing same problem. Massively frustrating!
