  • dan_v_fat Dan Church (@dan_v_fat) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 7 months after cancelling a contract (where I was told it would be free of charge due to the poor service received) and I’m still receiving negative marks on my credit score with missed payments and letters from debt collectors for the amount which shouldn’t be there 1/2

  • Kjvincent1979 Kevin the carrot (@Kjvincent1979) reported from Costessey, England

@O2 4g network speed of 0.5 mbps so virtually non existent

  • MsEmilyAnarchy Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

  • chris_greenf Chris Greenfield (@chris_greenf) reported from Wymondham, England

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

  • nchnthman nchnthman (@nchnthman) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 why are O2 cold caring me? I am not their customer. GCPR? TPS registered? How did they get my number?

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

  • LouSmi2 Louise Smith (@LouSmi2) reported from Taverham, England

So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

@O2 why hasn’t my phone been ported yet. With a disabled partner and her emergency contact it’s leaves her vulnerable

  • CloudJKay Jon (@CloudJKay) reported

@O2 But there is no resolution! DAY 9 of no number being ported and the old number being dead. Can I turn your phone off for 9 days and see if you are happy with a canned response from support?

  • jems_lou Jems (@jems_lou) reported

@O2 ordered a phone 5 weeks ago being told the delivery would be 4 weeks! Now I’m being told you have no idea when the phone would be in and you don’t see that changing anytime soon! How is this good customer service?????

  • Lou_Hill_ lauren🌺 (@Lou_Hill_) reported

@nvmcoco @O2 I’m having a similar issue. Paid £168 to end a contract yesterday and was told today they know who I spoke to but they didn’t make any note of payment & isn’t showing on account even though it’s come out of my bank. Was told to wait 5 days for a call and contract also not ended.
