@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@O2 Just as it reads, really. I got a letter saying my contract I took out in December 2019 was 36 months but it’s 24 months. I emailed but had no response. How do I get a response. Can you help or are you just a bot that gives out phone numbers?
