    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @O2 4g network speed of 0.5 mbps so virtually non existent

    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @O2 7 months after cancelling a contract (where I was told it would be free of charge due to the poor service received) and I’m still receiving negative marks on my credit score with missed payments and letters from debt collectors for the amount which shouldn’t be there 1/2

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

    I switched to @O2 in September after 10 years with another network and I feel like I just need to say that the data / signal coverage is shockingly bad. Despite showing that I've got 5G, I basically can't use my phone unless I'm connected to wifi. Ever. 😩

    @O2 worst service EVER over the last 2 days! I have had ZERO service for the last couple of days and despite SEVERAL calls to customer service I still don’t have any and no update as to when I will! Glad I’m leaving this month! Off to #skymobile

    @O2 It didn’t. Apple ID listed previous and current mobiles. Number on current mobile was wrong as I’d transferred it. Have fixed this, and appears to have solved the problem…
