  • chris_greenf Chris Greenfield (@chris_greenf) reported from Wymondham, England

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

  • LouSmi2 Louise Smith (@LouSmi2) reported from Taverham, England

So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

  • dan_v_fat Dan Church (@dan_v_fat) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 7 months after cancelling a contract (where I was told it would be free of charge due to the poor service received) and I’m still receiving negative marks on my credit score with missed payments and letters from debt collectors for the amount which shouldn’t be there 1/2

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

  • nchnthman nchnthman (@nchnthman) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 why are O2 cold caring me? I am not their customer. GCPR? TPS registered? How did they get my number?

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

  • MsEmilyAnarchy Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

  • yourmaaad yourmaaad (@yourmaaad) reported

@O2 absolute shambolic performance from 02 payment management team I’ve just received! Outrageous and i Will never ever renew my contract with them again

  • woody02380 Alan Woodhouse (@woody02380) reported

@jmcclaf @O2 I just visited @O2 in #Eastleigh to ask. An unhelpful man told me they know nothing & to call customer services, when I asked if they had a number he told me to Google “O2 customer services”… I apologised for being such an inconvenience & he carried on playing with his phone.

  • locksandra50 Sandra Lock (@locksandra50) reported

@O2 no signal in north west highlands. Not usually a problem here. Are there any issues? Thanks

  • PropertyJedi Property Jedi (@PropertyJedi) reported

@O2 I can’t use any card whether it’s been used to top up before or not. Your call handlers seem to have been aware of the problem for years. It’s some sort of terrible internal policy apparently

  • _kirstywest kirsty elizabeth x (@_kirstywest) reported

@O2 I’ve tweeted previously for help but I’m getting no where! Can some please help with my order🤯

  • elssbels els (@elssbels) reported

@O2 why use a delivery service as unreliable as @dhlparceluk ? Proof of delivery was a photo of the parcel hanging out of a letter box of a front door that wasn’t mine. DHL customer service informed me that their drivers often take misleading pictures in order to steal parcels.🥴
