    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @O2 no 4G data connection since 8th April. Not been able make/receive calls for nearly 3 days! Been told to follow the same troubleshooting steps 3 time to no avail! Really shocking service! Been told it would talk 10days to fix!

    @CromwellStuff @RishiSunak I'm seriously considering cancelling my phone contract. This level of state interference is too much. I pay for the phone service for my benefit not for anyone or any organisations benefit. IMHO, it represents a breach of contract. @O2

    @O2 has to be by far the worst mobile company going. They have misled myself with regards to 4 new contracts and now I’ve had two credit checks on my name. DON NOT USE THEM. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE OMBUDSMAN regarding this.

    @O2 I've never been late with a monthly payment to O2. I have a fully functional top end Samsung Galaxy.I've had a replacement sim card and yet I have not had a signal for 6 months. I'm missing a basic mobile phone service. Frankly, I think I deserve a refund.

    @O2 my parents are struggling to get a fraud case investigated and now you're giving them bad information. They are the victims here and have done the right thing but you do not care about this. Its been a month with no correspondance despite countless calls @LutzSchueler @Ofcom
