So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

  • nchnthman nchnthman (@nchnthman) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 why are O2 cold caring me? I am not their customer. GCPR? TPS registered? How did they get my number?

  • MsEmilyAnarchy Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

  • chris_greenf Chris Greenfield (@chris_greenf) reported from Wymondham, England

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

  • Kjvincent1979 Kevin the carrot (@Kjvincent1979) reported from Costessey, England

@O2 4g network speed of 0.5 mbps so virtually non existent

@O2 recently upgraded and was persuaded to take out contract over 36 months when I originally wanted it over 24. Told I could easily make extra payments off my device plan. I've tried to do this via app, but told I need to ring customer service? Surely this isn't the only way?!

  • TedHewitt1997 Ted Hewitt 💙 (@TedHewitt1997) reported

    @O2 @Mohamme00157929 I am having same Issue

  • JohnWLewis John W Lewis (@JohnWLewis) reported

@O2 Thank you, @O2! "Good news. Our network is working well. We've fixed an issue in this area. We'll continue to keep a close eye on the network to make sure everything's working as it should.” That was quicker than expected. However, it does keep happening!!

  • ZulianaEusoff 🌙 (@ZulianaEusoff) reported

@O2 hi. I’ve ordered 1 O2 Sim Only Unlimited data Set on 18/10/2021 with my order number, ms-318880393. The problem is that I’ve yet to receive any updates on it apart from the automated email from when I’d first made the purchase on your official website. Please help. Thanks

  • thelogosmith The Logo Smith - Logo & Brand Identity Designer (@thelogosmith) reported

@O2 Hope you can help. Been going round in circles trying to speak to someone about my network problem on new iPhone. I can't call 02 as have no signal, and I don't have a land line phone. Can you help?

  • 02pash Niall Love (@02pash) reported

@O2 I've been tasked with contacting you to try & get free PAYG or extremely low cost phones on a regular basis for MHP partners This will enable homeless people to access support workers etc. Please could you give me a named contact who I could talk to over this? Thanks

  • PauulShannon Paul Shannon (he/him) (@PauulShannon) reported

@O2 I see you're pretty active on here. I'm trying to call up to pay my device plan. I've spoken to 3 people & they either can't process it because WFH or don't have the authority to do so and pass me on. 1hr 20mins on 📞. Can you have someone call me who can help? Please DM!

  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Solihull, England

@O2 @virginmedia Further to this, he has now told me that as I get a £15/month discount for my 1st 6 months with O2, I need to cancel that and pay full price in order to get the extra #Volt speed boost with VM

  • malcdav Malcolm Davenport (@malcdav) reported

@VodafoneUK issues answering your phones “please enter your PIN after the signal” on a loop. Useless bunch 🙄. Glad I’m now with @O2 but still been billed by DD!! No wonder they say not to cancel the DD 🙄

  • Mohamme00157929 Mohammed (@Mohamme00157929) reported

@O2 I'm not getting any signal. Been like this for the past 4 hours
