@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@O2 i was advised yesterday restriction will be lifted 2-24 hrs. As i got my Daughter an upgrade Iphone 11. Its been 4/5 days she cant use her phone. This is getting concerning as i still need to pay for NO service? Please can this be sorted. Spoke to someone via this platform..

@O2 I have now had no phone signal or mobile data for over a week, rendering my phone useless if not on wifi. Even then I can’t receive calls. This is stressful when I’m moving home. When will the broken phone mast be fixed? Such poor customer service

@O2 have the worst coverage of any network provider I’ve had. I’ve literally had no service since I for the new sim. Had to get out that contract within my 14 day grace period ASAP! Back to EE lol
