    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @GNRailUK @TLRailUK nice update to the on board WiFi. However never seems to connect now so what a waste of time. What with the abysmal @O2 coverage my journey home is really crap. Thanks.

    @O2 Hi. Have visited this page before and tried the steps and it does not resolve the problem. It’s a coverage issue with your network in this area. Is there any plans to improve this? I feel like I pay for a service you don’t provide.

    @O2 @tescomobile @giffgaff you do realise no one on another network/landline can ring anyone on your 3 networks (basically o2) just each other o2 to o2
