    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 soo you send multiple debt letters following a fault of your staff member, the issue was resolved and the letters keep coming! Now its enforcement letters but when i get a text of whats owed it says £0.00! This is absolutely sickening! #skymobilehereicome

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam. I have sky broadband, it generally works fine, but the Twitter app and WhatsApp aren’t working if I’m connected to my WiFi (works fine via @O2 4g or wifi anywhere else). My wife has same problem. Help? It’s been like this for days!

    @O2 mobile phone companies are quite use to blocking mobile phone numbers on pay monthly if the bill is not paid HOWEVER in this case i'm simply asking who can cancel a number on pay as you go so its no longer activate
