    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

    @O2 I want to pay my bill and can't get onto my account when I put email in it says pass key not verified then asking for the 5 random words I put those in it doesn't work so frustrating why have you changed old log in never had an issue with that this does not work

    @O2 is absolute ******* shambles. cancelled my contract over 4 months ago and yet I still get random *** bills from you then better still you send me to debt collection. And now you've changed the login to virgin which I can even access cause I don't even have the sim. Ridiculous

    @O2 I’ve just told you? I have an account with O2 I don’t login ,use my thumb print,now asking for Email address passwords etc. I’ll leave for a while. Not sorted just delete account

    @O2 There is something wrong with your service. Most of apps including WhatsApp are not working. I only can give & receive calls and texts. How can I fix this?
