Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

Nobody wants to take responsibility for YOUR mistake and I’m being passed around to 3-4 different colleagues who don’t have a clue about what’s going on I got put on hold for long periods multiple times. Dave Ogden (@daveo1880) reported@O2 are there any plans to roll out 5g in Rhyl/Prestatyn. Every other mobile provider has 5g in the area but you haven’t? 4g drops signal too often and I’m left with little or no signal to make any calls. Considering I’m paying over £100 per month it’s poor coverage
