  @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

  @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

  @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

  @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

  calling @O2 for a family member who’s phone has been cut off for some reason .. and even to customer services. So far cut off 3 times. spoke to 3 people and now i’m on hold with the worst crackle line. This is why i left - absolutely shocking as it always was

  @O2 I’m still on a chat with an advisor for the 8th time! This one has been 1hr 20mins it’s a joke still no resolution! You do the ground work And find out the problem I’m fed up of typing to O2 and nothing being done

  @O2 DE21 5 area. Little to no signal for voice/data even though checker says good indoors and no issues. Using 4g/wifi when at home but over the last week constant messages on my iPhone saying you've switched it off. Fed up with people sending Whatsapp asking why my phone is off

  @O2 @TheO2 so not impressed o2 you tried to fix my visual voice mail today and left me with no connection at all. One colleague failed to call me at 5pm as promised another cut me off and didnt call me back despite taking my landline and promising she would.
