    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

    @O2 4g network speed of 0.5 mbps so virtually non existent

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @Daisiver29 @O2 If it's going to increase that much they should be giving people the chance to cancel their contract. They would lose so many customers. It's absolutely outrageous @O2

    @O2 I'd like to get a signal in my house first maybe sort that or my place of work or my mom's house basically anywhere. Maybe before you try to increase my monthly bill by 17.5% will be leaving Saturday back to EE avoid o2

    Nice touch from @O2 offering me an Apple Watch deal because I was a valued customer. Shame the same said deal was also through your website for anyone. Disappointed you treat loyal customers like idiots
