So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

Mobile data still virtually dead in Guildford town centre e.g.GU1 4TE. Awful since @virginmedia tore customers away from @VodafoneGroup services to measurably incompetent @O2 Useless now for 4 months & O2 status checker has msg:upgrade work going on&back 8pm 22nd October. Nope!

@sarahjchristie @ao @O2 That sucks! The business I work for has just taken the decision to stop using DPD due to ongoing problems, and I am personally out of pocket too due to an outstanding package. I'm on day 3 of DPD lying saying "sorry we missed you"!!

@O2 After receiving my return on the 9th November, you are still yet to issue my refund of £233.90. I have spoken to so many people who pass me to different departments and no one knows what they are doing!!! I have been promised the refund has been issued on numerous occasions

@IvyTenebrae @O2 I agree. They could have used calmer tones in that email, asking you to contact them in order to clarify an unpaid outstanding amount issue instead of playing the 'loan shark' attitude.
