    Following a recent mobile roaming incident (connected to a Bosnian network 4.5km+ from Dubrovnik airport), it did make me wonder why phones don’t have tiered roaming settings e.g. within EY, outside EU etc @Apple @o2 #roaming

    .@O2 have been logged out of priority app by 9am despite being logged in at 8:45am, have requested a login code via the app 2hrs ago - nothing bar security alert text. Have been an O2 customer for over 10yrs & singularly unimpressed with this “priority Please resolve Thank you

    @O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

    @O2 I have just started 2 contracts with you & have 2 more to start in 2022 & I am finding the online interface and lack of contact with a customer service agent very frustrating. I have a PAC code to move an old number over, I can’t do it online or talk to anyone. HELP PLEASE!

    @O2 Yes, tried a few things, including turning off ‘Dial Assist’. I could phone people on Tuesday, I couldn’t on Wednesday. If I dial the number manually, it works, including as a full international number. Inbound calls are fine and the contact lookups work without issue still.

    @O2 Hello I’ve received another “overdue demand” £158.04. This is wrong. In Dec I started a £15/m sim only deal & left after 6 days due to signal issues = well within 14 days. I’ve been promised over the phone it’s sorted. I’m not wasting hours on the 📞 again. Can you advise?

    @O2 I’m being charged £9.99 a month for Netflix but haven’t bought it or chose the free trial? O2 tell me to call Netflix to cancel but Netflix tell me there isn’t an account in my number so they can’t stop the charges ?
