@awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

I have been an @O2 customer for my whole mobile phone life. Since the #Nokia days of the early 90’s. Disgusted that they promised me no data roaming charges a while ago. Now looking for a new mobile phone operator that keeps their promises. Anyone??

@O2 Well after upgrading to an iPhone 14 Pro you managed to disconnect my line causing my Apple Watch and iPhone 14 Pro device plans to be taken from my account without authorisation at a cost of £1950!! Bravo 👏🏻 couldn’t recommend o2 to my worst enemy these days.

@O2 hi. Ordered a new sim only deal sim card, email said expected next day. Still not here yet and the tracking number doesn't work. In theory it should have been delivered Tuesday. 😔 desperately waiting to use new iPhone 12. Anything extra you guys can do tracking wise?

@O2 I had to take the phone from my Mum who’s visually impaired and assertively tell CS to stop asking us the same question repeatedly. She really thought we were that stupid. When in fact it was your breach. Eventually she got there.

I’ve never known chew like trying to just get my account sorted with @O2, haven’t even had a phone with them for the last month and a half and I’m getting charged nearly 700 quid that I don’t even owe. And then have the phone put down on me twice while trying to complain
