    @awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

    @MrsRandomKez I've had issues with my @O2 Contract @SamsungUK for a week or so. No notifications then suddenly loads come at once. All connected to WiFi or 5G so no data issues.. very weird.

    @O2 kept my son's credit on his pay as you go after moving to another network when we were advised as soon as his number went across ton the other network he would be refunded in his bank account totally disgusted 8n this behaviour from o2 I'm now leaving the network to

    @O2 - just changed to you. Supposed to switch my no. but it's not worked. Only receiving some calls but not all. Spent ages on helpline but your staff can't seem to find a problem so now I have to go in store. Wish I'd not bothered. Massive pain. Not happy 😡

    @O2 They have been useless and completely unempathetic so far. A lass called LeeAnn. She needs to understand the severity of what happened and how the customer had to resolve the very stressful issues himself as O2 customer services were MIA. @Ofcom

    @O2 It is saying a mast is down in the area. Do we know when this will be resolved? Even though using Wi-Fi calling we are still missing out on calls and messages

    @O2 been 3 and a half weeks now waiting for new phone what's going on with my order, absolute joke !!!! If I don't hear from u I'll cancel it !!!
