    @Sue87946341 @O2 They said yest that it was their network issue, theh were aware & it would be fixed in 24 hours. They promised. Still nowt 🙃

    @O2 where do your customer service team get their training? Is it on the Magic Roundabout? Another wasted hour & 15 minutes waiting for my problem to be resolved, its still not. When they can't understand your problem, they cut you off.

    @O2 you’ve mistakenly refunded my airtime bill and it has been classed as non-payment. I’ve ended up paying last months bill twice and you’ve restricted my service. Please rectify this problem as will affect my credit rating.
