@awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

It seems being an @O2 customer for nearly 20 years counts for nothing. 4 months with no reception in the village and they frankly couldn’t care less! Appalling customer service (when they bother to reply) - roll on end of contract! #byebyeO2

@O2 still being ignored by your customer service teams. Still being misadvised. After a month of waiting for a refund. You refund the incorrect amount then tell me I have to wait till the end of the month till you can refund the rest because computer says no. Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!

@O2 and @bt_uk contracts should stay the same price for the duration of the contract, you tie people in to longer contracts (24 and 36 month) increasing prices whilst offering lower prices for new customers. It’s an absolute scam, especially when your service gets worse!
