    @awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

    @O2 I’ve been waiting on the phone for 15 minutes now to discuss a disconnection. If someone doesn’t pick up the phone in 5 minutes, I’m gone. In a saturated market where client retention is key to your success, your terrible customer service is insane.

    @O2 why is it only criticism of the service support or functionality that gets this bs system limitations reply but if someone says “hey bestie” you’re suddenly able to talk to your customers on X?

    @O2 07427 056151 does this number belong to your sales team ?? Ringing me constantly to upgrade my contract which I’m willing to talk over but they keep getting cut off. They even had the cheek to accuse me of hanging up on them which is terrible customer service..

    Uk must be the worst country regarding cellular coverage. Seriously have had better coverage on mountains in China! In northern ireland it is worst where i live. And they keep putting prices up and up and up and coverage is still terrible @O2 @Ofcom
