@awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

@O2 I’ve been trying to call for the last 3 days! 20 plus minutes hold times…. I finally spoke to someone and they put the phone down! I’m trying to return a phone… it’ll be outside 14 days and it’s not my fault! Offer a decent web return or sort out the call handling times!

Dear @O2 Why are your data speeds to pathetically slow and unusable?! Maximum strength 4G signal, I am getting speeds of 0.8-1.5Mbps! Your network makes my work phone unusable and have to use my personal mobile on Three to be able to do my job...

@O2 Do you have a date in mind? I get no signal in my house and am missing authorisation SMS messages which are increasingly prevalent. Every other UK network offers this now apart from O2
