    @O2 Well after upgrading to an iPhone 14 Pro you managed to disconnect my line causing my Apple Watch and iPhone 14 Pro device plans to be taken from my account without authorisation at a cost of ยฃ1950!! Bravo ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป couldnโ€™t recommend o2 to my worst enemy these days.

    @O2 Been trying to get through to a real person for months. You sent me a Pay As You Go sim card but I cant top it up. Tried everything. My o2 doesnt help. Calling you is hopeless.

    I have been an @O2 customer for my whole mobile phone life. Since the #Nokia days of the early 90โ€™s. Disgusted that they promised me no data roaming charges a while ago. Now looking for a new mobile phone operator that keeps their promises. Anyone??

    @awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

    @_unidropout @O2 I managed to cancel my contract with over a year to go for this very reason - just be persistent and eventually theyโ€™ll offer you the option to walk away without penalty as the only viable option.

    @Michelle3882977 @O2 Hi Michelle - Have you managed to get this resolved yet? I have been experiencing the same issue as you & @O2 customer service seems to have no clue what to do. There are numerous reports of this issue since June so I don't know why they haven't resolved it yet.

    @_unidropout @O2 I'm on Tesco Mobile (wife works in their pharmacy so it's a steal) have definitely been noticing. Got a new SIM and had the antenna checked thinking it was a fault at my end. Can't set foot outside a town centre and retain signal lately. Nightmare.

    @Polymarket @O2 is great for this, 4G, 5G? It's all for nought because none of it works. The worst part, this joke of a network is the best option in my town.

    @bombdiggy__ @O2 If Iโ€™m not on the wifi in most places, I have no signal and they tell you to call when you have no signal but how can you call without signal?? Mind games
