    @awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

    @Buy_Bags @O2 I am a loyal O2/Virgin customer and I also had the exact same problems. Someone posted a bypass link for gigsandtours and I managed to get 2 tickets. I was shocked they didnt ask for any confirmation of being an O2 customer though, doesnt seem fair.

    @O2 O2 you should be ashamed. Never used priority before and never will again. Who got the tickets then if you couldn’t get in the app? @peterkay_co_uk your tickets will have been bought by bots/touts who will now profit from your fans. What do you say?

    @katie_louise_b @O2 I have been a customer for nearly 20 years and have been thinking about leaving O2 for a while, mainly because they are one of the most expensive. This is really making me think about it now. Don’t use my benefits that much anyway and then can’t use them when I want to!

    @O2 HOW?! I don't know anyone who managed to even access the app yesterday (or today - still not working!) let alone get anywhere near tickets. Sounds like the touts are the only winners here! 😡
