@awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

@O2 new contract taken out with a promise of amazon prime... Link doesn't work. 1st customer advisor said call back Monday and they'll speak to Amazon... So we call back and advisor says nothing can be done! Is this your customer service standard?

@O2 No not trying to redeem a code just unable to sign in. When I try clicking on ‘My O2’ the page doesn’t load. If I click on ‘Sign In’ I am able to enter my details but then the page doesn’t load.
