    @awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

    @O2 What’s up with O2/virgin tech support? I called them because my voicemail isn’t working properly over 3 weeks ago, they promised to fix it in 3-7 days, I called again last week, same promises but still no fix. Do they care ?

    @O2 appalling customer service. Called to renew contract, was promised a call back, didn’t happen. I called back 3 days later to have someone lie to me, talk over me & then claim she’d transferred my call when she did not. 30 years I’ve been with you.

    @shanes_loonie @O2 They lost a customer of 20 years when they disconnected my number and gave me no notice or warning then told me the number was lost forever. Archaic
