@awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

@O2 ah yes i see you've replied to yesterdays tweet earlier today. Have DM'd you now but nothing is any further forward than it was on Monday. In fact its moved backwards as Tesco mobile have cut off my service.

@O2 hey o2, I got a phone on refresh last Saturday. Delivered and Paid it off on Monday. For the past few days I’ve found a few faults incl a fault earphone where it’s hard to hear on call. What are my options? I’ll try calling in but flying off today… can you help here? Please?
