@awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

@VirginMediaCorp well seems like Virgin Media has never changed, had the all singing all dancing Volt package installed, well not got what was promised, @O2 was not set up, charged for what we do not have been weeks trying to get contact 😡 just ignored, @VirginMediaCorp Dont Use

@O2 Fail. What’s also a fail is that there’s no @O2 data service in the @TheO2 whatsoever, nor does the O2 Wi-Fi work there. Other than that it’s going really well xxx

@theonlypeterkay do know normal people can’t Tickets through the @O2 website but @viagogo are selling tickets for your concert anywhere from £500 upwards!!! This should not happen can you please help
