@awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

@O2 just tried to get the rewards @McDonaldsUK chicken selects. Code didn’t work on self serve, went to till, staff said not working nothing they could do didn’t even attempt manual input! Poor customer service & now can’t redeem 1/4lb cheeseburger instead! Some reward!!
