    @awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

    What the hell is going on with @o2 4G network It’s dropping out every few minutes and the immediately comes back again. It’s happening ever 10 minutes or worse. Can we have a stable network? I’m paying for it.

    @O2 has to be the worst customer service I have known. Multiple times they have taken 2 device plan payments in 1 month because they haven’t credited my account properly after every switch up, call them and they speak to you like something on the bottom of their shoe.

    @O2 just been to one of you’re stores to stores to look at sorting new phone & contract , never seen such a set disinterested staff , they were not interested in the slightest .
