    @awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

    @SwailesRuth @O2 I had very good bereavement support from BT and HSBC. Many companies ok but could do better. Absolute worst has been Tesco from whom my Dad had a pension. It took 6 weeks to find someone who knew who actually managed it!

    Hey @O2 I have internet at home thankfully… but I’ve not had phone signal now for 48hrs. Any idea when service is likely going to be resumed ? I am aware you’re doing upgrades in the area but really need a phone at the moment
