    @awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

    @O2 trying to cancel my SIM for my iPad as it doesn’t work where I live, even though I’ve been paying it for the last year and a half without being able to use it. Tried calling to cancel, was on hold for 11 minutes then you hung up. Absolutely appalling customer service!

    @o2 can you help, is this normal?! Usually it’ll say complete once the phone has been collected. I got the DHL notification to say it was delivered to store last night but nothing from o2 to say it’s ready just that the order is completed in the app…

    @O2 trying to cancel my iPad sim contract, so I phoned you, was on on hold for 11 minutes and then I was hung up on. If I’m honest your service is poor and after being with you for 15+ years I’m now considering leaving.
