I have been an @O2 customer for my whole mobile phone life. Since the #Nokia days of the early 90’s. Disgusted that they promised me no data roaming charges a while ago. Now looking for a new mobile phone operator that keeps their promises. Anyone??

@acorbettn @O2 @metpoliceuk 😲OMG.....how terrible..... hope you are all OK👌🏽....its ironic as only yesterday I heard a discussion that piggy crimes are at an increase which could be attributed to job losses and businesses shut down during COVID. Take care of yourself.

@awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

@O2 Well after upgrading to an iPhone 14 Pro you managed to disconnect my line causing my Apple Watch and iPhone 14 Pro device plans to be taken from my account without authorisation at a cost of £1950!! Bravo 👏🏻 couldn’t recommend o2 to my worst enemy these days.

@AppleSupport Why, when you return a replacement phone rather than service/repair the one sent, do you not unlock it? I now have a phone @O2 can’t unlock because I literally have no history of the phone. Why send me a locked phone? They can’t trace the IMEI. Helpful!
