    @awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

    @acorbettn @O2 @metpoliceuk 😲OMG.....how terrible..... hope you are all OK👌🏽....its ironic as only yesterday I heard a discussion that piggy crimes are at an increase which could be attributed to job losses and businesses shut down during COVID. Take care of yourself.

    @O2 I am also sitting in an O2 store where the team are also trying to get some sense out of customer service! Why is this so difficult for such a big company? Technology to email a bill that I have already paid should not be this hard to do!

    @akersley @O2 That's what I do for my own phones but I'm trying to help Mum's partner choose a new phone. He likes to buy from O2 because they are really helpful in-store whenever he has a technical problem with the phone.

    @O2 Hi, could you tell me please why there is still a lack of 4G in the middle of Harrogate town centre after nearly 2 years of asking you why? Every time you ask for the postcode and give me a fob off about the service getting upgraded.
