    @awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

    @O2 I’ve only just now managed to get through on the phone to speak to someone at O2. Can you tell me why I’m having to chase something that O2 told me would be sorted by yesterday? This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with your customer service. Very disappointed.

    @O2 tried to cancel my contract and in a que twice for 20mins on hold and you cut me off twice. No surprise worst customer service.
