    @O2: "3G is being switched off by all network providers. As your mobile only works for calls on our 2G and 3G network, you'll need to upgrade your phone." I have already upgraded to a 5G phone, but no 4G or 5G signal!

    Currently on the phone to @O2 customer services… have been trying to get through to someone now not only today but for the last two weeks! All I want to is solve an issue with the my o2 app. They won’t even set up a call back so it’s now been 10 minutes 1/2

    @O2 I cannot believe how disgustingly you treat your customers, I have had fraud committed against my account multiple times & have made over 6 phone calls in which you lie and promise its being dealt with. I have spent hours speaking to customers service and stressing myself out
