@O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

@O2 Heres the weird thing it actually was decent! Also i cant use wifi calling when im out and about. Please fix or install new cell towers around in the Epsom area and around the surrounding towns. Either its due to congestion or poor signal!

@O2 My husband was being asked to sign in to his My O2 with a password rather than his PIN. He had to click forgotten password. All 3 of the verification codes came up as invalid & he is now lpcked out for 24 hours. Why would these codes come up invalid?

I setup a new package with VM and O2 on the 30th Sept 2022 and now i am getting Final demand messages from VM stating I have paid. Spent 52mins on the phone on Saturday last and 44 mins this evening.Get Michael Kay of VM to sort this issue.

@O2 I’ve just moved into a new property. WiFi / broadband arrives Wed.. shouldn’t have to rely on that though. It’s 2022, almost 23 and the UK still cannot get stable signal. What may I ask do you lot for with everyone’s bill cost, because you’re sure as **** not improving networks
