    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    @O2 I’ve made three attempts to call customer services on 202 and after passing through security you send me a link that is unable to assist, when I select “Get help” you drop the call. I NEED TO TALK TO A HUMAN. What number can I use to reach your customer services deoartment?

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

    I have been an @O2 customer for my whole mobile phone life. Since the #Nokia days of the early 90’s. Disgusted that they promised me no data roaming charges a while ago. Now looking for a new mobile phone operator that keeps their promises. Anyone??

    @O2 Heres the weird thing it actually was decent! Also i cant use wifi calling when im out and about. Please fix or install new cell towers around in the Epsom area and around the surrounding towns. Either its due to congestion or poor signal!

    @O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

    @O2 tried cancelling my contract 30th may! Got ignored tried June got ignored just cancelled it final bill in august don’t send it as it won’t get paid as legally I’m not on a contract and you failed to cancel it illegally

    @Anitajelan @O2 I disagree; it is not about complaining, is about principle and making the case with the facts. What i know is that each one of us is paying for a certain service. I don’t use the whole of that service, neither overuse, yet they want to charge me for an unfair usage service.
