Matt (@sheff71) reported@O2 can you help please, I tried via 202 and MyO2 and no help, about Volt and a bolt on. I have Multiple O2 monthly Sims and Virgin Media, and should see data increased through Volt, but nothing yet, MyO2 just takes you in a circle. The 202 person had not even heard of Volt!

Yes they can’t guarantee a fault free service however you are eligible for compensation if you’ve had no service or a degraded service due to a network issue. I know this as customer service… (1/2)

Burton helped and got me a no. for your fraud team, but not in service! Why is it so hard to speak to someone who can help as a victim of fraud?
