    @StudiniJones @timlukejones @O2 Yep I thought the 13.3.2 update had fixed it but I’ve lost signal again this morning. Had to reboot my phone. I’m on latest update. Pissing me off now. People can’t call or message me until I’ve realised and turned phone off&on

    @O2 after this year I will be leaving you after 15 years. Absolute disgrace yet again no signal and will take a week to fix. Not good enough. Time now to look for a decent phone provider that works all the time. #o2

    Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

    @O2 I have never had such a farce buying a phone. Terrible service and now to top it off I’m sent 4 letters in one day saying I owe money (I don’t, I’ve triple checked and it’s you that owes me!) and now I’m sent bullying letters saying it’s been passed to the debt collectors!

    Having an issue this week where Monzo are blocking me from paying my phone bill on @O2 app and website and now seen @BBCWatchdog talking about @monzo and their customers suffering from randomly blocked and closed accounts. #WhatsGoingOnzoMonzo #concerned

    @awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

    Hey @O2.. I #know these are weird times. i placed an order on sunday confimed & paid. online shop says next say delivery is still available. Ive emailed, replied with please use chat. Chats off line. I phoned and only upgrades and leaving o2 calls are accepted. Help

    Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

    @ryanmichael22 @O2 I have the EXACT issue as you!!! 2 months ago ordered an upgrade and DPD did not deliver. I am at my wits end with it, o2 won’t cancel the upgrade and we’re left paying for something we don’t have 🤬

    @O2 @mattskillington Exactly they charge you more and offer less it’s poor and u can’t even downgrade your tariff if I want to download my data from unlimited to 150gb it’s a 20p difference what the hell is that the sooner ofcom puts a stop to them ripping customers off the better

    ***** rats @O2 Hello. From April 2023 the monthly price of your calls, texts and data will rise by the 13.4% RPI rate of inflation as set out in your terms. We know this isn't welcome news, but it will help cover the rising cost to power our network.

    @O2 hi O2 you have no problems informing me about the rate rise but the saved password doesn't work and you claim the number I have been using for over 25 years doesn't exist when I try to log in? Any ideas why?
