    @o2 why is your 4g signal and internet bandwidth so appalling in Croydon. Pass through the town centre particularly through East Croydon and you might as well having no signal at all!

    @gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

    Trying to listen to @VirginRadioUK on phone app on train and @O2 signal cutting out .. I know some areas are black spots but 3G surely should cope 😬 frustrating getting sound bites every 5 mins

    Is anyone else experiencing call drop outs and freezes on #iPhone11ProMax I have cleared cache and done soft reset, also had a sim swap @O2 but still having buggy experiencing overheating. I’ve checked online and have reset my network settings. Minded to pop into @Apple

    @O2 uses voice recognition on customer service to figure out what you need help with. Apparently it thinks “increase spend cap” means “fraud” 😂😂😂😂

    @_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

    @O2 Hi, it seems like everytime we lose just one bar of signal on 4g, we struggle to load the most basic apps/pages. This never used to be an issue but is becoming quite regular.

    @premnsikka Simply not true. This is profiteering. @O2 never got rid of the EU roaming charges. Three lets you use your data for free in the USA - So how does that work as they are outside the EU?? No one to blame but the service providers! Vote with your feet and move provider!

    @O2 same message online and desktop too. my calls are being diverted to the payment line but then goes silent instead of allowing me to pay that way. i’m a student away from home with health issues so being left unable to make calls if it was an emergency is really stressing me out.

    @O2 I ordered a sim card on the 9th september. I've heard nothing from you. I was on the phone to you for 40mins then you hung up. Please dont ask me to DM you again as youve ignored the DM ive already sent. Terrible customer service.
