@O2 The fact it’s in 3 seperate locations, where my current projects are located, suggests it’s on your side. To use the excuse that there is too much traffic is also ridiculous as means you have over sold your network.

@O2 I can’t ‘really account for you’ billing me before I even get your product! Also the Royal Mail tracking number you gave doesn’t work. Here’s a tip for you: start billing customers when they activate the sim. Your customer service on here is the worst I’ve ever seen.
