    @o2 Totally fed up and appalled with the lack of efficient customer service received. Constant delays. Constant fob offs. How to piss off a customer - you’re experts at that.

    @O2 I’ve been trying all day to get in contact with someone from o2 to discuss my account. I’ve been cut off twice! Customers service is utter rubbish. Tomorrow I’ll be cancelling my contract I’ve had enough.

    @O2 It doesn't work. I guess since I bought my phone from Google it doesn't have the necessary O2 firmware to run 4G calling 🥺

    @O2 just gone to sign up for a pay monthly SIM but on the page where it asks for your name and date of birth, it comes up with my mother's details and won't let me edit them even though on 'My O2' the account is under my name and date of birth. Any way you can help?

    @O2 worst customer service ever. sent my phone in for repair on 14th Jan and they recieved it on the 15th but it still hasn't been fixed & no correspondence from them I've had to contact them 5 times & 2 days ago an agent said he will email me the next day I'm still waiting 😡

    @SkyUK @O2 no mobile phone service SW2 area for day and a half - have phoned Sky 2 B told 'mast problem' in area which O2 should repairing? Update please?

    @O2 when are you going to sort the reception/ signal in Maidenhead head town centre. Been appalling for weeks now. I’ve been a customer for 18 years but of this isn’t sorted see ya! 👋🏽
