@RossCampion4 @O2 O2 data coverage is ropey down here in general it seems. We moved down three years ago from the midlands, former O2 customer for years but switched to EE. They have 5G coverage across most of the area, multiple times faster than my home broadband at the moment!

@O2 I took a contract out on 25/6 with o2. I am already a virgin media customer. The Internet speed has increased with volt but my data hasn't been doubled! The o2 advisor in store said 28 days and I would receive a text. I'm passed 28 days and I've received nothing.Any idea

Oh @O2 web chat seemed to think it is legit, just sales team, retentions and shop who are saying the deal is not with them! Having been told there are lots of extra charges, I want to know what they are @UswitchUK can you help?

@O2 can someone please explain why there is no supervisor to speak to when calling to complain? Issue after issue, being told different things every time we call, this needs to be sorted ASAP as leaving the country in a week. Thinking of cancelling contract if this is not sorted

@O2 What has happened to your 4G signal in the Scarborough area? It was working fine over 2 weeks ago and now it isn't working at all. Keeps coming and going and buffering on videos! Should be providing a working service to those around the area and you're not!
