@O2 ordered new phone Thurs. Guaranteed delivery to store next day. Still no phone Mon afternoon. TERRIBLE customer service on web chat and NO ONE ever answers the phone. I appreciate the world is going to hell in a handbasket but then STOP making promises you can’t keep. Angry.

@O2 why o2 were saying my data and minutes had run out on the my o2 app yesterday but i was still able to call / and use the internet ? ending up calling customer services this morning apparently it was a techincal error i.e. the text shouldn't have been sent .
