  • eclipsed Charlie (@eclipsed) reported from Southend-on-Sea, England

@o2 Totally fed up and appalled with the lack of efficient customer service received. Constant delays. Constant fob offs. How to piss off a customer - you’re experts at that.

  • AbbeygaleRose 𝐀𝐛𝐛𝐞𝐲𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐞 (@AbbeygaleRose) reported from Chelmsford, England

Beginning to regret renewing my contract with O2, their coverage in Chelmsford is awful. My 4G works about 20% of the time. @O2

O2 Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • seefootnote Dr Katy Layton-Jones (@seefootnote) reported

@O2 I know maintenance is necessary, but no phone service until 8pm tomorrow night = nearly 48 hours with no service. Can't you focus on overnight works? Phones are essential for people work from home.

  • JimConnolly Jim Connolly (@JimConnolly) reported

@O2 Okay - if someone would like to tell me what you need, it would help. Looks like your DM software is just repeating your open tweet messages.

  • Lisasherratt Lisa Sherratt (@Lisasherratt) reported

@O2 I finally got it to work but not having a different option when someone lives somewhere with virtually no network is a bit stupid.... I could have received a call via WiFi calling but texts only come through when they feel like it! (P.S I like having no network btw!)

  • realirish The Irish starvation (@realirish) reported

I see @O2 have adopted the @virginmedia customer service process already ready for the takeover. Expect long delays in the future especially if you are a new customer.

  • BryBryCan Bryony Cannings (@BryBryCan) reported

@O2 McDonald code not working. Tweeting is apparently the only way for support. First said code not valid and then it had already been used.

  • danielw5432145 D.W (@danielw5432145) reported

@O2 my McDonald’s code is not working

  • CalvinLaurenson Calvin Laurenson (@CalvinLaurenson) reported from London Colney, England

@O2 is your London 4g network having issues? I have multiple o2 devices that aren't connecting

  • SeanLuttman Sean Luttman (@SeanLuttman) reported

@O2 having been on the phone to try and get through to you for 2 hours can I please get some customer service here?

  • BenLawl53245653 Ben Lawlor (@BenLawl53245653) reported

@O2 OK, can this message be passed on to someone to action, feel bad service having to have to ring back up again, when promised will be sent out

  • JimConnolly Jim Connolly (@JimConnolly) reported

Literally the only reason I use @o2 now, is because no other provider can get a decent service to my rural location. Since Virgin took control, it's become a massive up-sell operation.
