    @O2 The fact it’s in 3 seperate locations, where my current projects are located, suggests it’s on your side. To use the excuse that there is too much traffic is also ridiculous as means you have over sold your network.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 In terms of signal its entirely location dependent. In terms of customer service. No they are all ****. In fact customer service in general for most utlities is god awful.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 iD Mobile - presently runs on the Three network, but should be on the VodafoneThree network eventually. Website account management is decent and pretty easy to use. I haven't tried the mobile app. The rates, particularly the monthly SIM plans, are very good.

    @O2 @KanielShereen @O2 I was promised a refund of £669 on august 13 yet the money still hasn’t reached my account. I have called customer services ever night for past 2 weeks and the incompetence of the staff is insufferable. How can a global company like o2 operate in this way?
