Angry @O2 this month's bill has a charge of £9.18 for the Disney service which is now chargeable following the free offer. Would of been nice to have advance warning. All O2 customers check your extra charges.

Hi @O2 I made a serious complaint regarding your services last month and a Customer Services Supervisor was due to call me back 2 WEEKS ago and I am still waiting. Please can you tell me how I go about making a formal complaint? Someone needs to call me ASAP. This is a disgrace!
