    Worse thing is your customer service staff who has a I don’t care attitude working from home said to me just sign up as a new customer and get your pac code when I am already a @O2 customer! No logic at all!

    @Katy_mo @O2 Exactly my 4G and 5G has **** been like it for over a year and they don’t care about fixing it all they want is ur Money year after year they increase your bill but the service doesn’t improve the more you complain the more they ignore you just refuse to pay it till they fix it

    @O2 I’ve had my device just over a year and the battery life has declined very quickly. It barely lasts half the day despite me barely using it during the day due to lack of service and the fact I work 8-6.. is there anything that can be done?
