    @o2 Totally fed up and appalled with the lack of efficient customer service received. Constant delays. Constant fob offs. How to piss off a customer - you’re experts at that.

    @O2 Why I do this, I don’t want to see another Deaf person to face the same issue as I am experiencing. So if you want to help, then you need to change from your end. That will be extremely helpful but please do this quickly. Thank you.
