    @O2 In a general area yes. Yes I have restarted the phone. Have also re set the phone and still no signal. Hard to work out what is causing the issue.

    @O2 I am STILL owed £792.50 after o2 incorrectly charged me for early cancellation on15/01.Stating it would be returned within 7 working days and failed to do so. And Friday again stated I'd have by COP,again nothing!This is an awful experience with a supposedly reputable company
