@O2 The fact it’s in 3 seperate locations, where my current projects are located, suggests it’s on your side. To use the excuse that there is too much traffic is also ridiculous as means you have over sold your network.

@O2 I signed up for 12 month contract beginning of March for an exclusive existing customer deal of £23.00 a month … first bill in £25.69?!! When you sign up thats the deal you expect NOT hammered for a completely different price on your first bill !! False advertising!

@O2 I rang on Wednesday trying to pay off outstanding device and airtime, managed to pay the device off, but the operator said the screen had gone black, and would ring me back in 5mins, well still waiting for that call, so it seems you can’t cancel when you want
