    @o2 Totally fed up and appalled with the lack of efficient customer service received. Constant delays. Constant fob offs. How to piss off a customer - you’re experts at that.

    @O2 Is anyone actually looking into this? or do you think you are providing the best service that you can? I am very surprised that a leading n/w provides such appalling service. What does it need to get a response?

    My parents, stuck in Florida have had no power, water, internet & only patchy phone service. I've sorted lots out for them this week and have had to phone my mum to tell her where to go for water and supplies. @O2 have just msgd her saying it's £2 per minute to RECEIVE calls. UMM

    @O2 why isn’t my e-sim working in Australia please? I was told that I can use my plan for free in Australia because I’m a volt customer. My husband’s sim is working fine. I’m lucky that I bought a PAYG 3 sim to use in Singapore that still has some data left

    @virginmedia @O2 Also why is this happening on your site "Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit." everytime I click on a link.
