    @O2 HELLO!! I’ve been trying to pay my bill for two days now (it’s due tomorrow) whenever I try and pay, the money bounces back. I’ve used different bank cards now, all with money in and still the same so it’s not a problem with my bank.

    @O2 wow I have never been through a worse IVR in my life. I can only guess no one has ever tested it from o2. All I want to do is port a number from EE to o2, I have a PAC number ready but might have to give up!

    At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

    @MarkEvansO2 I have just forwarded an email to you from .@O2 customer service who have not detailed the full complaint I have raised regarding poor signal and service at a specific location since 2019, that affects multiple customers and devices. I look forward to Your response.

    @O2 any idea whats going on with your shop on Regents Walk Tedcar as closed today ad its handy for me to go in If and problems saves going to Hill Street Centre store in Middlesbrough. I don't need any help ect today just curious as to why its shut or if shut for good. TiA

    @camjeffers @O2 If you call them and report it and keep doing it they will have a network engineer investigate. I did this and they have explicitly told me there are huge issues in my area and that I *am* able to cancel my contract. However, they are making it very difficult to do that.

    @rachelmcnamee @O2 it doesnt stop my life obviously but i have to restart my phone several times a day as "resetting" myself seems to... idk it puts you top of the queue or something as a recent connected device not sure how it works exactly but leaving yourself connected for days goes slow

    @O2 Thanks for the response. But It's been like it for months. Others have complained and got same response. How is this time any different? Can u assure me it is going to be fixed I need phone signal as am in middle of a house sale and a house purchase. Please provide date of fix.

    @O2 are you having problems with 5G in Eastbourne..? I've had to go into settings to turn it back to 4g because 5g not working - you charge me extra for sh** service 😑

    @O2 Its not that they were snapped up thats The problem! Its they where still saying they where available but I couldn’t get them! I will be cancelling all 3 of my contacts when they are up for renewal.
