At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

@O2 Hi yes but this issue hasn’t been resolved for over 2 years now. I can’t continue to pay for a service I can’t avail. I’m going to move to another network provider as over 2 years is unacceptable by all standards of the book.

Update on @O2 - a v helpful service guy rang today and in one minute told me the info that yday two o2 people managed to accuse me of virtually being a criminal for daring to ask. Nicely sorted out, thank you o2, customer service training needed on the usual service lines tho.

@O2 @VodafoneUK No signal on either network at Cwmaman, Aberdare (CF44), network status is advising all fine. 5 different handsets, 3 O2, 2 Vodafone. Outdoor, indoor, voice, text, data, everything down
