    At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

    @O2 HELLO!! I’ve been trying to pay my bill for two days now (it’s due tomorrow) whenever I try and pay, the money bounces back. I’ve used different bank cards now, all with money in and still the same so it’s not a problem with my bank.

    Just rang up @O2 to talk to someone about 2 randoms direct debits that have been set up on my account, selected the Urgent/ complicated issue options and the automated service literally went ‘bye’ and hung up !!

    @O2 I had a subscription through you and one through amazon , the o2 one was part of a free trial and I had a £0 spend cap on so was surprised to see myself billed when I already had the same service but @AmazonUK have just this second refunded me money to make up 4it, great service

    @O2 After terrible customer service from your call centre staff yesterday I visited the O2 shop at the Gyle. I’m pleased to say Yana sorted my issue in 10 minutes and saved me £’s.
