At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

Sometimes I dread calling utility companies, anticipating long waits & lacklustre customer service BUT today I called @O2 & spoke to Ben Smith who was BRILLIANT - super helpful & found me a much better deal tarrif (effectively halving my bill) 🙏🏼 #BenDeservesARaise 💷

Paying for a service that I can’t and haven’t been able to use all day!! Ridiculous @SkyHelpTeam & @O2 It’s really not acceptable that both my mobile data and sky broadband has been down all day with the 1% chance of anything actually working.

@O2 It’s just too regular and too exhausting trying to get any kind of a decent signal. Even with 4g internet loading is slower than dial up sometimes.

Hey @giffgaff Can you have a word with @O2 about their rapidly worsening coverage please? Ran a Twitter search on 'O2 coverage' and it's carnage out here. Even city centres and heavily populated areas. No point in lovely goodybag deals with service this bad. 🙁
