    @O2 any idea whats going on with your shop on Regents Walk Tedcar as closed today ad its handy for me to go in If and problems saves going to Hill Street Centre store in Middlesbrough. I don't need any help ect today just curious as to why its shut or if shut for good. TiA

    @O2 HELLO!! I’ve been trying to pay my bill for two days now (it’s due tomorrow) whenever I try and pay, the money bounces back. I’ve used different bank cards now, all with money in and still the same so it’s not a problem with my bank.

    Thought @EE customer service was bad 2 years ago when I was trying to upgrade, went to @O2 and Christ they’re even worse 💩

    @O2 wow I have never been through a worse IVR in my life. I can only guess no one has ever tested it from o2. All I want to do is port a number from EE to o2, I have a PAC number ready but might have to give up!

    At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

    @O2 - nice to know your **** signal prevented me from getting the #emergencyalert while sitting at home. As my @EE device provided by work was going mental. Another reason why @O2 are incompetent at the bare basics, and could be responsible for the unthinkable.

    Why was 3pm today the only time I’ve ever seen ‘three bars’ worth of signal on my #O2 @O2 mobile downstairs at home? Surely not a coincidence. No message received anyway as at 1506. #EmergencyAlert

    Note to self, never join @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport - they can't even send out a Gov emergency message! I'm 1 mile away from my mate and he received nothing yet my network were on it! @o2 2

    @O2 Everytime I top up my balance li have had no issues. However, recently whenever I do so it was also pops up as payment not processed. My card is fine and has no issue

    Hey @O2 fyi no emergency alert received at 3pm on two O2 phones. Both have alerts switched on. Partners on different network went off. Glitch in system?
