At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

@O2 Quick to get things off the open platform, not so quick to respond to your private DM request. Why is that, I only want the CEO email address because customer services are inadequate at dealing with a complaint and noting all of the detail in the complaint.

@O2 you need to seriously sort your signal out because it’s absolutely terrible! For a customer that’s been with you for years I’ve never experienced anything as worse in my life it works better abroad than in the UK!!!!
