At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

@O2 terrible signal, extortionate bills and contracts for the latest phones, damaged handset under contract but won't repair without a fee even though still in contract, and now shambles on the priority app and website. Thank god I'm leaving you in 2 months.
