I upgraded my phone because I thought it would be better not worse. I’ve had no service on either phone all day!

My 5g shows as havijg 2-3 bars of service yet it keeps sayin checking network whenever im usin the internet

I deal with all of my mother’s accounts and it’s never been an issue even the last phone she got from o2 was straightforward. I was almost changing to vodaphone
