Sort it out @O2 I just sat on hold for 40 minutes because I’ve got a problem with my phone, finally got through to be put back on hold for 20 minutes and then cut off! I upgraded my phone because I thought it would be better not worse. I’ve had no service on either phone all day!

@O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

@DublinWriter @O2 Also, you have to give permission from your phone to allow your other apple devices to handle messaging. So, no, someone can't send messages from their mac if they have your phone number or your iCloud sign in.

4/4 passed! I have even asked @O2 if the code can be sent to me and the phone cut dead on me twice! CAN SOMEONE HELP HER? She needs a new phone asap and if this isn't sorted we will be changing providers ASAP! I expect a swift response.

2/4 cannot do as she cant switch her phone off and doesnt have access to any other unlocked Android phone to put her sim in. I have kindly asked if @O2 can just take her security password and then get her a phone out in the post seeing as she has been a customer with them for
