@O2 ok...this is ridiculous. My son is desperately trying to unlock his phone from o2 so he can use 3 network. Nobody is available from o2. Rang every day for 2 hrs, no reply. Live chat offline. No reply to tweets. Pls can somebody tell me how he can sort it. He has no phone!

@O2 I appreciate theres obviously a serious issue, I’ve never known signal to be down for so long at one time. There needs to be a conversation at some stage regarding a substantial reimbursement on this months tariff, because to not have any signal whatsoever for this long is a pain

@O2 my son has changed network provider from o2 to ee. Waiting 5 days now for tel no to be transferred. Unable to get thru and no response to messages. Its crucial he has a working phone especially at this time. Shameful customer service.....

@O2 🇨🇾 . I cant call out on my phone to Cypriot numbers. Your help system has me in a continuous loop to try and get support. I then try and call the O2 support number from abroad and get "line busy". Pretty frustrating as I need to make some calls to Cypriot numbers

@akpsnow @O2 Not sure masts would be an issue in Manhattan. The whole island says 5G coverage by T Mobile, yet I can't even get a signal outside the hotel front door, nevermind any sort of usable data speeds. Our daughter is still under contract with Three and gets perfect coverage with AT&T

@SkyHelpTeam It's not sky that's the problem it's @O2 as it was the same when I was on their network. You never get more than 1mbs even with 4 bars on 4g.
