@O2 I had a issue with my billing and spoke to several of your phone assistants who did not help much at all, kept batting me off to Ariel Direct who also were useless. I finally got through to Tracy who explained the situation in 2 mins and resolved the issue, pls reward her.

@O2 Why are you insisting customers move to DD payments yet provide no way of doing this online so we have to sit in a 15 min phone queue? Also, I'm not paying 2 consecutive device plans for the 3 handsets on my account because your system is crap. Not moving to DD as a result.

@O2 58 minutes on live chat to the complaints department and it still didn't register with them what I was saying regarding a 6 month issue that I have called about numerous times over the 6 months .. I got the copy of the chat to my email for Ofcom to see if they will help.
