@O2 Complained to O2 re: their 2 time ‘no show’ replacement phone delivery service... Took no responsibility & issued a ‘final’ decision prior to Financial Ombudsman... I tweeted this and suddenly they discovered a higher complaints dept. to fob me off!

  • suellen2623
sue ellen draper 💙🇺🇦💛 (@suellen2623) reported from Leeds, England

@O2 and @virginmedia should be ashamed of themselves. 10 tickets per customer is not right. Their loyal honest customers once again miss out thanks to the greedy. As for the websites complete joke should have been prepared for this!!!! #peterkaytickets

  • tobybmth
    Toby #FBPE #FBPA (@tobybmth) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yes there is a massive problem with phone signal however it didn’t start in July 2024. What were you all upto? Were you busy virtue signalling?

  • Jonny_Ham
    Ham (@Jonny_Ham) reported

25+ years with @O2 BT Cellnet, finally had enough, signal absolutely shocking, totally gone down the pan.

  • iamryanodonnell
    Ryan O'Donnell (@iamryanodonnell) reported

@O2 Thank you but I’ve pretty much done all of this. The network needs serious investment to manage the amount of people connected, and to ensure data is reliable and stable.

  • paalston
    Peter Alston (@paalston) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better

  • anyotherleader1
any other leader would be 20 points ahead (@anyotherleader1) reported

@O2 @TomTugendhat Your signal is dogshit. I can get signal on o2 outside your o2 store on market street in Manchester

  • kevinxt
    Kevin Thomas FINSTR 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🇪🇺 🇺🇦 (@kevinxt) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 We also found that O2 were concentrating 5G in City/Built Up areas. That was 2 years ago, not sure if the roll out is still on going. If you are using mobile at home you can link to your router for a better service. All the best with it 👌

  • CliveRoper
    Clive Roper (@CliveRoper) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 Try Vodafone network via the Lebara network

  • apsamuelson
    Al Sam (@apsamuelson) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Shall we contact the Disasters Emergency Committee and have them run a fund raiser for you?

  • mikegardner_wb
    Mike Gardner (@mikegardner_wb) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I was in the West Midlands at the weekend. Reception ranged from patchy to awful. Countless billions wasted on high speed rail instead of reliable hi-speed mobile / Wi-Fi connectivity.

  • DUNFORD1979
    Dunny (@DUNFORD1979) reported

@O2 @TomTugendhat No signal in Lancaster at all
