    @snippetsofem @virginmedia @O2 Depending on your mobile, why not activate WiFi calling on your device where you can make calls through your virgin media router. Such google for you device and add WiFi calling and go from there to get signal.

    @virginmedia Thanks, tried that and doesn't work. I've noticed it seems to be mainly when I try calling (but not necessarily only) @O2 numbers.

    @virginmedia @O2 Signal normal drops out due to signals from other routers would and can cloud your signal. The intelligent WiFi of the HUB 3.0 will switch between 2.4ghz and 5ghz wnd there is where you will experience the drop connection. My recommendation is a pin hole reset. 👍

    @O2 I am a personal customer but when I tried to leave O2 you offered me a business contract as it was the only way you could offer me a good enough deal to stay, if I was told at the time I could lose out on things I would have just left!

    @O2 For 3 weeks now I’m unable to make phone calls from home because there is a fault with your mast. I need to contact my GP urgently. The solution you have provided is to ring them via WiFi. The surgery only has landlines. Why can’t you fix the problem

    @O2 not happy at being cut off 3 times by your call centre then to finally get through to someone working from home who told me they can't help me so they pass me onto another person working from home who says the same thing.... Being going on like for nearly an hour

    If you’re going down to Cornwall any time soon and are on @O2 - you may as well leave your phone at home. You can’t get a signal, or internet anywhere and O2’s answer to your £60-a-month plan is to ‘go and find a hotspot’. #O2

    Turns out DHL don’t honour next day on Saturdays. @O2 suggest to swap to #DPD as they have great tracking, work 7 days a week and generally have a good quality service. DHL are ****

    @Michael53878801 @O2 I always buy sim only - that way you have more control on which network to choose, and even though its a lot of money to find, its cheaper in the long run. Samsung are good phones 📱
