    Hi @O2 how to i raise a formal complaint, I've been passed around so many call centres and queue systems now it's ridiculous? Why does no one communicate between each other at o2 when you're literally a communications company?

    @TheO2 so finally got a manager to call me back cutting me off during my conversation not letting me speak or listen to my concerns.When I requested previous calls to be listened, he got high rate and cut the call.When asking his name he didn’t answer! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE @O2

    @O2 I am a personal customer but when I tried to leave O2 you offered me a business contract as it was the only way you could offer me a good enough deal to stay, if I was told at the time I could lose out on things I would have just left!

    @O2 Hi. Theres been a mast down in my area for ages,affecting my calls and texts. I need to be contacted in emergencies for my job. Wifi calling isnt reliable enough. Investigation shows the messege theyre working on it and its still not fixed. Any ideas please.....

    @O2 I don’t know why this date was advised I was told to call cust service and pay a small balance on the hub spot that I never wanted (& was told came free with my last handset and watch) When I finally got thru to them I was told I couldn’t pay it but I was getting refund then
