    So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

    @O2 Why is it I’m now into week 3 of waiting for a managers call back. I’ve made over 20 calls to @O2 with no response. I’ve now also reported @O2 to the Ombudsman for their utterly appalling “service”!!

    @O2 really really poor service from #O2 Cramlington, my wife went in with frozen screen, sales rep did nothing to help,stated couldn’t be reset, tried to charge £200. Went to EE who fixed problem immediately,no charge,will be moving to EE #terribleservice

    @O2 why are ignoring my complaint? Your phone mast is broke, you answer use WiFi which is not supplied by yourselves. Why should I pay for a service you are not providing?? Escalate this to a manager #complaint #o2
