@O2 Your pay as you go customer service is AWFUL! They keep cutting my call off whilst I’m typing to the relay assistant. I get staff are working from home, but I’ve been cut off THREE times now by the same department.

@O2 signal down yet again. Can't chat to someone, can't talk to someone on the phone. My o2 phone is an emergency contact number and not one person to speak to for support! I can see me looking at moving after being with o2 for over 20 years!!! Sort it out!!!

@AndreaFisher5 @O2 I’d suggest going through on live chat or calling customer care and they should be able to offer you compensation until it’s fixed. As long as you have coverage then it’s something that can be compensated. Yes, they cannot guarantee good service all the time...(1/2)
