@O2 purchased galaxy watch 4 yesterday on what I thought was a good deal (£11 a month) - wake up this morning to see much better deal (7.99 a month + £50 Google play voucher.) Is there anything I can do to get the new price - loyal customer of 10+ years. Please advise.

@O2 Why do I get offered a better tariff deal by speaking to someone on the phone vs using live chat? Why isn't this transparent to the customer? Once again penalising the customer and profiting from their ignorance. Switching to Sky.
