@virginmedia @O2 Was on the phone to someone 3 days ago for an HOUR and 44mins!! My issue is still not resolved and I’ve had no wifi for nearly 2 weeks!! No one is helpful at all! I go round in circles Everytime I call!

Imagine paying £30 a month for Wi-Fi @Plusnet that doesn’t connect making your smart tv, iPads and phones unusable. We’ve burnt through nearly 200gb of data the last month because of how crap the service is. Thanks @O2 for providing a stable 4G connection. #plusnetfail

Making the switch to @EE , picked up a decent SIM only deal for my S21 Ultra. For 3 months I have been asking @O2 to fix a problem with losing voicemail since upgrading, no promised call backs. Tried @EE PAYG to check service, speeds are amazing and no need for Wi-Fi calling!

@O2 1/2 Finally got my upgrade sorted after 2 days of system errors your end not 1 hour ago. Promised phone was in stock and will receive tomorrow, only to now receive an email 5 mins ago saying out of stock and got to wait up to 4 weeks for delivery!
