@O2 Tried to port my old number over 3 times online with the same automated response despite putting the correct "security check" my password for the customer service site is in PW manager.. I even tried the security question and now I get 'something went wrong' as an error..

@O2 Existing customer of quite a number of years! Have seen a Three offer which I’d like clarification of price matching (or beating) from O2. I’d rather stay but also have no problem switching.

@O2 I never used to have a problem getting the cinema voucher codes, since you've gone in with virgin I can no longer claim a free cafe Nero a month or a cinema ticket as they seem to sell out within a minute. Went on bang on 12pm today and was already out of stock...

@O2 yet again having to complain about signal issues across Wolverhampton there is no consistency in signal from you my partner & I are both on contracts with you & we both have constant issues with signal & connectivity reported issues online nothing changes & its getting worse
