@O2 Nah your okay that’s no gonna help would prob half to see o2 face to face as my iPhone 11 Pro Max keeps freezing etc n I think it’s my SIM card that’s kinda done as when I upgrade I just keep putting old sim into my upgrades not the sim they give you in the box could this be why

@O2 I upgraded my phone today with o2. I have the same number and I was with o2 previously. The man in the shop said it would transfer over everything immediately but I have had no signal since. This was at 12pm today. Will it take 24 hours for my network to reconnect?

@o2 doing some testing as I’m looking at joining your network. In the postcode PA1 2AB - 4G signal but no data through put to network. Can you check this issue and if there is a resolution?

@O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

@O2 Hi 👋🏻 - 4G is extremely slow for me at SK7, SK8 and SK9. 5G at work is good (M2 - Manchester City Centre), but when this steps down to 4G again very slow. I’ve tried the remedies proposed on the guide linked but no success.

@O2 Absolutely shocked with your customer service. They keep disconnecting the calls. I raised a complaint, was told I'd hear within 3 days, and heard nothing since. Is this how you treat every customer?

@O2 must be the worst utilities company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Never activated a SIM card, cancelled the contract within the cooling off period and after a email from them confirming I owe nothing I still get emails demanding money. Disgraceful. #Mobile

Only had the device for a WEEK before it was stolen @O2 now I’ll have to wait another week before I get another response. Don’t think this is how you treat customers who go through such a difficult experience?? I have to wait WEEKS to get my device replaced?!

Very poor customer service @O2 having to deal with the nightmare of having my personal belongings stolen from me, in addition to waiting days on days to get any further information. But take money from my account for a bill INSTANTLY
