Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

@O2 @Clamfather Start by fixing your masts. That's 7 weeks without a signal now. Credit to @EE for providing me with an excellent signal that my husband uses to call O2 to hear their lies, false promises, and catch phrases such as, "We can't guarantee a fault free service."

@O2 nice of you to cut my phone service and not calling to simply ask to update our CC. A text would have been nice to warn us! Now from 5 handsets we are down to only having 2 with you and I will be entering a complaint as you left a vulnerable person with no means of contact!

Either my phone is misreporting the strength of the 5G signal or @o2 have backhaulled the mast with wet string as was speed testing at 12 Down 2 up. I suspect it's seeing a weak 5g Subcarrier but reporting the signal of the main LTE carrier

@O2 hi! I got a new phone and put my pac code when purchasing online so I could keep my number from another network. I got the new phone and put the new sim card but the old number hasn’t transferred yet. Do I need to do anything else? It’s been over 24hrs
