@O2 Nah your okay that’s no gonna help would prob half to see o2 face to face as my iPhone 11 Pro Max keeps freezing etc n I think it’s my SIM card that’s kinda done as when I upgrade I just keep putting old sim into my upgrades not the sim they give you in the box could this be why

Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

@O2 I don't not believe this in the ML5 we were told on 02 status sorted by 11pm 27th. Now not till the 02/09/2022 shocking service. It should be taken into consideration on the next bill paying for a full service u are not providing.

@O2 contacted yourself over a week ago about not receiving any information regarding a gift card. Been bounced around what feels like every department and given email addresses that don't exist. If it was £10 gift card I'd leave it but it £300! Awful service yet again!!!

@SFL2326 @O2 I made this mistake a few years ago and moved to EE - it wasn’t really any better. Heard a few people speak positively about Three - not sure if they piggyback off another network though.
