    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    @O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

    @O2 Nah your okay that’s no gonna help would prob half to see o2 face to face as my iPhone 11 Pro Max keeps freezing etc n I think it’s my SIM card that’s kinda done as when I upgrade I just keep putting old sim into my upgrades not the sim they give you in the box could this be why

    @O2 shocking experience with your call centre for over an hour. No understanding of a disability, no logical explanations put forward at any time. Currently having funds stolen from our account each month for a contract we are unable to cancel. You should be better

    @O2 just called your line to talk about my bill and was spoke to appallingly by 2 of your customer service staff members, I’ve never been spoken to like that with all the years I’ve been with o2, everytime I call I get the same 2 people and get nowhere.

    2 week and counting for a major phone network to allow it's customers to be able to make calls on their @Apple #iphones is a joke @O2 with no time scale but apparently their highest priority!

    @Sarah_CLangford @O2 Honestly it’s a joke. Paying £30 a month for 4G that is not reliable whatsoever and 3G that is pointless. I’ve had one advisor tell me it’s the phone, @O2 today saying there’s issues in the area. IT HAPPENS EVERYWHERE

    ******* ****** o2. Paid my bill a week ago yet they’re claiming it’s not been paid. Definitely has come out my account. Now my ******* phones cut off. I’ve paid for a service I’m not even ******* getting and these pricks think I’ll pay my bill TWICE this month?! @O2 sort it out
