The man in the shop said it would transfer over everything immediately but I have had no signal since. This was at 12pm today. Will it take 24 hours for my network to reconnect?

Frances Lyle (@esmelucy23) reported@bmay @O2 Feel for you. I've found in the past to try and phone about 7.30 or 8am. Or press the number that says 'I want to cancel my subscription.' That sometimes helps. Anyway that's Virgin for you, also crappy customer service btw)

Awful service, disgusting how you have dealt or not dealt with should I say. I do not any part of this awful company anymore.
