So @o2 still cannot get through to customer services, still saying someone will phone me back, now a week since I was last able to speak to a person.your chat bot says someone will be in touch in 24 hours, that was 2 days ago

@O2 any chance of actually fixing the signal in the Markethill area? 5 weeks now this has been going on and you keep pushing the date for it being fixed back... the fact you are still billing us the full amount is ridiculous saying I can't get any signal!!

@chrisrumbelow1 @O2 It wouldn't sting as much if investments were made to the network. 4g is slow, 5g is patchy at best. No investments to improve either, any signal issues we're to use WiFi.
