@jennifermcbeath @O2 Same issue - they are now saying 24 hours. Which is what they said on Saturday and yesterday. But they will refund your full month charges if you ask. Personally, I'd just like a time range for fixing it rather than no helpful answer....

@O2 been an O2 customer for many years but not experienced sustsined 0% coverage. Attended Royal Intl Air Tattoo on Saturday and once on site at RAF Fairford had no comms (voice/data/SMS) from arrival at 06:30 until on way home at 18:45! My wife is on EE and no issues?

@O2 my son purchased a new phone yesterday and the signal worked for a bit and then it stopped and hasn’t had any since he needs it for work and can’t get into the shop until after work any help
