    @O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    @O2 Nah your okay that’s no gonna help would prob half to see o2 face to face as my iPhone 11 Pro Max keeps freezing etc n I think it’s my SIM card that’s kinda done as when I upgrade I just keep putting old sim into my upgrades not the sim they give you in the box could this be why

    @o2 I contacted customer services on Friday and gave a PAC code so a number port could be initiated. I was told it would be complete by 6pm Monday. I still have no signal - it’s 11:09pm, and have turned the phone on and off many times. Pls help.

    @O2 any tips on texts not working please? Helped my brother get an o2 contract at the weekend. His number transferred today and hes not getting 4g or able to send texts. I’ve told him to try the usual of phone off and on again, but anything else he can try? Thanks!

    @O2 your communication is awful, quit your network ages ago. Now get a bill and your customer service advice on the phone is ‘go to a shop’ the fact that the letter is dated 23rd, arrives on the 27th and yet gives me 5 days?!
