@o2 have some of the worst customer service I've even seen (and I work in IT). Nearly an hour speaking to 3 separate people, and final CS rep ends the chat because 'it was going round in circles and he had to deal with other customers'. No explanation for original query. Useless

@O2 despite taking out 2 sim plans as a virgin customer totally disappointed in service. Cancelling both despite great call and internet speeds.

@O2 Connects to Tim. WhatsApp does not work and send waiting for network even though it has full signal and says 3g. I will certainly be cancelling this contract when it comes to an end.

@O2 how the hell do I stop receiving someone else's post from you people? I've returned a lot of these and nothing happens. Surely this is a waste of paper and that is apparently bad for the environment.
