The man in the shop said it would transfer over everything immediately but I have had no signal since. This was at 12pm today. Will it take 24 hours for my network to reconnect?

Next thing is if you have an “open reach” router it reserves 30% of your bandwidth for broadcasting a public 5G hotspot onto the street for Open Reach customers using the WiFi hotspot app…. Minnie (@xxxxminniex) reported@Christo44671940 @O2 Thank you, O2 did they put a £5 cap on but it still continued to charge lots over this. Not sure how or why but it’s bad because they told her it was her sending picture messages off the WiFi and didn’t tell her it’s a scam. They even have an link to check premium numbers on the bill so I’m almost positive the call handlers knew it wasn’t my mum doing this herself and it says received texts and not ones she had sent!

Deano... (@Frugal_ways) reported@O2 There was no outage in Burnley, nor Horwich (right next to a 5g mast!) a day later. Tried the old airport mode reset, plus phone reset, neither worked. Got home, works fine. Little point paying for a mobile service if it only works when I'm home.

If the bundled broadband package was cancelled then this should have included the SIM. I never used the SIM, never put it in a phone, never held it in my hands!
