@O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

@hughesclaire39 @O2 Barely get 5g in centres of Edinburgh and Glasgow never mind where I live I'm lucky to get 3g. That's because there has been no 5g roll out so your service check link isn't worth the paper it's written on.....

@DayLafai @O2 @Apple You can leave. I did as they admitted fault. They have gone down hill massively. Get a sim free contract with Vodafone. I did and got unlimited texts and mins plus 20gb data for £8 a month.

@DayLafai @O2 @Apple I had this too. I reported it as a network fault and they said every 5 days someone would get back to me. They never did. Then we had a customer service lady called Lauren Mitchel Fox who just wasn’t helpful and was trying to make it very difficult for me to leave stating that…
