@O2 Why every month do you manage to make topping up grief. The other month received 2 txtx stating top-up payment had not gone through. Guess what payment taken 3 times. Now your doing the same with my sons phone. Abysmal service trying to get more money out of people.

The customer service @O2 have given my 71 year old uncle after some one has made fraudulent activity from his account, gained access to his phone and tried to steal large amounts of money from him is beyond disgusting

I'm so fed up of being treated like an idiot by shop staff just because I'm disabled. I want a phone upgrade. I've been in more than one @O2 store now to get one. Both times I left because I was being treated like an idiot because of my disability/medical equipment 1/

@O2 recently taken out a new @virginmedia / @O2 VOLT contract with yourselves. Provided PAC code and ended up with a split port. Can make calls but unable to receive calls. Over 1 week on, numerous calls and no resolution. Can you help or pass me to the right team?

@O2 Can anyone help me. Both our phones are o2 network and have no service - awaiting urgent call from vets and my husband been onto customer service for nearly an hour and we got nowhere !!!!
