@EnglandRugby @owen_faz @O2 That’s why he’s slow, can’t tackle and can’t keep up with play. Useless against Scotland and Finn Russell beat him in every department and the mighty 100+ cap useless captain got lured in every time to make mistake after mistake to give away tries.

@O2 Well, I never got a response. Found a phone number. Was on hold for over an hour then it disconnected. Your quick to take my money, but impossible to get it back. Terrible customer service. Forced onto @02 from Virgin. Big mistake.

@O2 Your network and lack of customer service is appalling. I advised you 1 week after joining 02 I had poor network. Fobbed off with “mast issues” and now you are holding me to pay for a service you cannot provide!!

@O2 im amazed with less than a month of my contract left your sales team wouldn’t offer an early upgrade, even when I said I was going to leave the network otherwise, they should be better retained in customer retention. Currently paying £55pm for an iPhone XS - abysmal

@O2 I ported my number 14 days ago. Since then and multiple conversations still not able to receive calls / texts from other networks! 3 SIM cards 3 promises of contact to help. Nothing! Absolutely nothing! *** can I get someone technical involved? #o2

@O2 I have tried again and it’s the same, it is a card I have used before, also I put in all the details again just in case. Plenty of funds on the debit card so that’s not the issue
