    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    @O2 Was told last night I could cancel my contract and the termination fee would be waived due to lack of coverage where I live, PAC sent to me then expected to pay £305 to terminate the contract, rang this morning and was told that wasn't the case.

    @O2 But when I have got through and spoke to the customer services individual and explained the problem, I am told it will be looked into and resolved, yet days later the problem is still unresolved. I genuinely can't understand why you have such problems with resolving the issue.

    @O2 I provided my pac code to move to you on Saturday and my number hasn’t transferred. I will need to cancel@my new contract if this doesn’t happen soon as I can’t cancel my old contract til my number has transferred

    @O2 I have been trying regularly to get through to someone and no one seems to answer the phone; it does not matter on time of day (I have been trying for a week). I have an issue with my account and will eventually move to a different provider if I can't get this resolved.

    @O2 hello? I have had my new phone for 3 days now but have been unable to get through to anyone to provide a pac code. Please help otherwise I will be forced to cancel the contract and return the phone as I can’t use it. This has been a terrible start with o2
