Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

@O2 hi. can you tell your call centres that 24 calls to my number is getting silly. Each time i tell them i don’t want to talk as i’m happy with service & don’t call again. But they do. Please sort it out thanks

@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

@Lisa40152958 @O2 Have you had your issue resolved? This happened to me the other day with #o2 & apparently it’s been reported to the fraud department. They said it could take up to 30 days to hear anything but today received more letters saying i still owe money. So suspicious.

@O2 are you actually taking the p*** out of mobile phone customers in Armthorpe, Doncaster ? Signal problems with 4g for over 2 years now, 3G available but useless and then you start trying to introduce 5g. #useless

@virginmedia @ITVChase @O2 You lot are complete rubbish! You are fast enough charging extortionate amounts for your packages, an prices keep rising, zero discounts to old loyal customers! Yet you still seem unable to keep internet stability a priority, and your call centres are a joke.

@nicurro @O2 Virgin have teamed up with o2 now so I’ve really noticed the difference virgin don’t get me wrong have other issues but I really identify the difference…I was with o2 from the age of 16 till maybe 6/7 years ago and the service back then was amazing and coverage now terrible

@O2 just switched to BT and receive threatening "Enforcement Letter" - this is the first letter and direct debit still in place. Not a good invitation ever to return. As my granddaughter said "Never going with them"..

@O2 Hi, my number ported over from EE on Monday but today I noticed text messages fail to send and in settings > phone > my number it shows the number that the O2 SIM originally came with, it doesn’t set when I try change it. In the myo2 app the number shown there is fine.
