@O2 One of your customer advisers that I spoke to on the 202 number has just tried to commit fraud against me & every time I call back the automatic voice keeps hanging up.

@EE the way who this company runs actually stinks wished i actually never ever returned back as a client! Its morally wrong. @O2 out performs you in everyway as a company. Really know how to ruin someones day

@O2 Yes the billing address matches the card. There are no known issues on her end. It just seems odd as this is the 2nd month running this has happened. I don't want to make a habit of having to ask my uncle to pay the money then give him it back. It's just really frustrating.

@O2 from mobile account. They explained why and said if I make a £100 payment they will make the same payment as before. This is where some @O2 customer service say they have already made the payment and owed nothing . They see the payment but fail to see they also took £100

@O2 I’ve just managed to speak to an advisor who has told me that my security answer & password are the same thing and they can ask for either, but your website specifies that they’ll never ask for my password, it might be a coincidence that I’ve received a fraud
