After being with @O2 for many years since they merged with @virginmedia both me and my father whose on @virginmedia are having problems connecting all the time and as he’s 79 and we both need the phone think it’s time to change when contract ends really worries me unreliable

@camjeffers @O2 They are horrendous my elderly mother was left without a mobile 4 7 weeks phone call after phone call fobbed off no service. They only black listed my mother's handset by mistake no apology nothing!

@katie_louise_b @O2 O2 have rely on a generation, who remember when a loyal customer meant something. Todays customer shops around and seldom use O2. I’m also an O2 customer, who thought loyalty meant something. If everyone who has been with them 15 yrs + left them, they’d be struggling. I’m off.
