Spent all afternoon trying to sort @g0lad #O2 phone. If you want terrible customer service then @O2 are definitely your team. Known top up issues, no feed back to stores or customers and no available phone lines or chats #failure #CustomerService

So it's 30 days to the end of my contract with @O2 and I call to give my notice to leave. Except there's no customer services on a weekend. Which means by the time I di talk to someone and cancel I'll be getting charged 2 days next month. Not happy

@O2 I went in store to request an esim for my Google Pixel 5 (5G) but I was given a 4G (?) esim envelope. I was told that it makes no difference, but I've not been able to get 5G signal in places I've had 5G so far with the physical SIM

@VodafoneUK @O2 on the 29th of July I set in motion a change from Vodaphone to O2 , today after more calls than I can remember I actually have a service. Seriously rubbish service from both companies.
