@O2 I’ve literally never experienced anything like it. Been trying to get a refund for over 2 months on a purchase I made in September and every time I call or email, they say they will do it. 2 months later and I’m still waiting.

@O2 O2 having system issues but no IVR message. Waited 20 minutes to speak to someone and all they said was ‘O2 having system issues ring back later’ and hung up. Some customer service that!! 😡

@O2 I've just used your live chat to try and find a better deal only for your rep to try & mislead me into a more expensive contract than you are offering elsewhere online, I'm in poor health explained my needs & they tried to get me into a contract £10 more a month ! Shame on you
