    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    @virginmedia can I have someone contact me? I have had a phone call which was telling me information about my contract and promotional offer and a sim card. Yet your customer service chat says no such thing happened. Was this Virgin or @O2 ?

    I am furious with @O2 - you cut me and all four family phones off last night with no warning due to "unusual usage", yes we were in the US and I told you at the beginning of the holiday and raised the price cap accordingly! How dare you demand £218 immediately to restore service.

    Update to thread: ID needed for (SAR) Data Protection request nearly done. However, confirmation of the data I had requested left out the phone calls I made to @o2 about the data request and the complaint I made. Now corrected and confirmation received.

    @O2 Yet again, 4th week running your code for thirsty Thursday is not working in my local Ember Inn!!!!! I’ve had to walk out the pub as despite giving them a valid QR code it didn’t work on their system. Can you please sort this recurring problem as it’s a disgrace.
