    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    @O2 hi. can you tell your call centres that 24 calls to my number is getting silly. Each time i tell them i don’t want to talk as i’m happy with service & don’t call again. But they do. Please sort it out thanks

    Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

    @O2 rubbish customer service I thought I would never thought I would say that a issue with a mast takes over six months to fix and I get fobbed off now its a land lord yet the mast is in a field the padlock on the gate is rusted up solid

    @O2 Well you could rephrase the returns help page by mentioning this. Several customers online keep being confused by the wording. You mention that customers can change their mind once for a handset exchange, would this alter the actual contract? Other places do it better.
