@O2 I have officially left your service . Yesterday while in the Islington branch and African lady by the name of divine was so rude and disgustingly abusive I've decided to leave 02 altogether. The customer service I received was despicable and there is cctv evidence 14.12.2021

@MacReadys_Beard @O2 24 days? That’s crazy! I wouldn’t be paying either! It always makes me laugh that “communication” companies always have the shittiest communication. And with so much competition out there you’d think customer service is one area they could stand out, maybe retain some clients
