@o2 just wondering if you can explain why ******** you hoiked prices up %17 when you have the wankest signal in the whole of the mobile sector ? I could be next to a mast and still not get signal with you drones. £46 a month to be in 1 bar everywhere I go in a major city SICK.

@O2 I could not access any internet at gatwick airport and super slow internet every where else even on 5G. This is almost like living in a 3rd world. My worst nightmare!

so its been just over 3 weeks since i last had any service and now @O2 have updated their estimate for when they'll have it fixex to the 17th of april. p sure ive missed out on multiple callsbacks from potential employers bc of this.

@O2 when are you aiming to fix the network issues that have meant literally not phone signal or 4G in the WA15 post code area? The targets date(s) in your network checker to resolve it, keep on being missed and the problems continue? It’s awful and gone on too long

@O2 Been many days with little to no call, text and mobile data in RH16 due to a mast being out with no sign of a fix, will I be eligible for a rebate on my bill as unless I am in wifi my phone is unusable thank you
