Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

@O2 Trying to pay a bill. But, you don’t recognise my phone number. So, you tell me you’re gonna put me through to someone. But, you then hang up on me. How am I meant to pay my bill when it’s so difficult to contact you? @o2

@O2 the service this week in my area has been awful, and this apparently was due to one day of maintenance on 18th calls last maximum 45 seconds (other than one exception this morning I had almost a full conversation)

@O2 Like I said In my previous tweet I tried calling off a different phone. I shouldn't have to go to a store to get help. Besides there a no stores near me. Your customer service is appalling!

@O2 Can't even call o2 customer services. Again, not the signal, there's a full signal and calls not disconnecting but stopping dead or fading out. ie no use at all! Please advise asap.
