@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

@O2 I got a SIM card through virgin media you sent the card early and virgin media never happened I paid the first payment called in to your Meadowhall store spoke to a girl called Chelsea and she cancelled the SIM card which had never been used and payment

@O2 Day 45 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 I rang yesterday to complain that I wasn’t receiving any signal on 4G/5G or having clear phone calls. You’ve sent me a new sim/ waiting for a technician to call but you’ve deactivated my sim!!! How am I suppose to answer your phone call? How am I meant to use my phone!!

@O2 little bit disappointed. 2 of 3 places I spend leisure time have faulty masts, main out min 2 months, working one data slow. Offered £5 credit, but just want out of contract without paying for service I won't be using. SIM only. Why the penalty?

@O2 hey o2. A family member had just been convinced by a phone call to hand over the 6 digit code text to them. Which number can we call to speak to fraud to check their account isn’t compromised? The 202 number keeps cutting off everytime they get further down the line.

@O2 I recently upgraded my phone and can no longer join the wifi on the underground. The manage my 02 wifi link on the 02 app doesn’t work?? I have tried using wifi, data, different computer, I have turned off my phone & reset my network settings, Can you get this resolved asap?
