The "solution" they had come up with is unravelling rapidly and I need to speak to them urgently. Not happy with the level of service on this!

James H (@mondestereo) reported@alwaysshaw1 @drunkenmunky86 @O2 Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced when I tried to port my number to O2 from a corporate account and it got stuck with people endlessly fobbing me off and my attempts to complain and escalate were ignored. Eventually solved the problem by simply porting again to EE.
