@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

@virginmedia I was lied to when I started new contract in January so yes CEO office are only ones that will get the recording of that sale and then cancel the o2 SIM and virgin media all virgin say is £240 to cancal and @O2 well there bloody robots lol

@O2 Your network is terrible. Your 4G barely works in Devon. 3G if you’re lucky. No sign of 5G. So what exactly are you investing in other than your profits?!? No answer to either of my questions. I’ll be leaving at the first possible opportunity once your restrictive contract allows

@O2 do you realise you have left your customers in Arrochar without phone signal for over two weeks now. The mast was mended more than 10 days ago and my granny could have climbed it because it is neither high nor difficult. The weather also has not been an issue here.
