@declaa @O2 I've managed it now. You click the verification link then go back to the page you were on and it updates, eventually to a page to create a new sign in which then eventually again allows you to link your old O2 account to your new, unrequested, virgin media one

@O2 @Rollofastara It was a nightmare. Fortunately my son on 3 network was able to be contacted. I had considered moving him to 02 but I am now thinking it might not be a good idea. My daughter is experiencing the same issue when she was out in West Lothian.

@O2 I was a customer of yrs when you started, then I changed to Virgin Movile as your mobile reception and costs where ridiculous. O2 proceeded to send me bills for 5 years which was paid. I was then moved back to O2 with no choice when you merged. Over the past month I have been
