@O2 charged me, despite cancelling contract in the 14day cooling-off period. Sim not even used. Called to get a refund. Terrible customer service. Now only been partially refunded. Absolute crooks.

@O2 why is there still next to no signal Blackpool FY1 Adelaide St. Albert Rd Central Drive Coronation St etc.? 3 years ago I complained and still no better. Makes life so difficult picking family up from town. If it does connect there is no sound. No 4g either. Same on 3 phones.

@O2 The big question is: are you going to be like the others that look after their customers and reintroduce roaming charges. You’ve already dropped down your AU allowances when you said you wouldn’t

@O2 I must say your messaging service is ridiculous. You don't even read messages sent properly & keep asking me to repeat the same information. You haven't once resolved my query via social media. #o2 #poorcustomerservice #avoid

@O2 can you explain why suddenly I have shocking phone signal in my house. 3/4 bar until I try to ring someone and then suddenly drops to 1 bar, every single time. Not paying £33 a month for this.

@O2 hi there if I upgrade to get the galaxy fold 3 I will pay 4p more over 36 months than if I was to pay £50 upfront and start up a brand new contract. But where is the incentive to actually stay with you guys if I was to just start up a new contract with you? Help please!
