    @O2 why is it every time I try to login into Priority it states “the code you’ve entered isn’t valid.” This has happened on numerous occasions.

    Quick heads up to @O2. I have disabled the #emergencyalert on my device, as I don't need nannying by the government. If for any reason, this alert still gets pushed through, I will terminate my contract and find an alternative carrier.

    @O2 I want to make a formal complaint about a member of your team. He didn’t know what he was doing when I was trying to upgrade. Then he lied saying he was supervisors after a while, then continued to ask me I was trying to lose someone their job! Great service02.👏🏼NOT!

    @O2 I bypassed the complains team and wrote my complaint to the chef executive of O2 due to how unhelpful and un compassionate your staff were!

    @O2 Hello. I paid off my device plan and I have switched to a different network today. Yesterday I received my o2 bill which is a full month of airtime bill. Will this now be recalculated?

    I’ve wasted hours trying to resolve this, but I’m not confident anyone at @o2 is doing the same. I keep being promised ‘it’ll be sorted in 4 hours’ or ‘24 hours’ or ‘someone will get back to you with an update’. The promises keep being broken. 4/5

    Gave up tryna call @O2, almost 40 minutes of trying to get hold of someone… company & customer service is a joke!!! Don’t know how trading standards ain’t on this company’s case, absolute joke the way they treat customers! Yet I bet by tomorrow, they’ll cut off my phone. 🙄😤
