@O2 The reception in Ayrshire is disgraceful you complain in store it's a mast issue, I'm not getting what I pay for, it's every week we complain time for a change of provider I think, been a customer for as long as I've had a phone and now your just rubbish

@O2 Apparently you find it acceptable to keep me forced into a contract I can’t use. Since June my local cell tower hasn’t worked. No calls, texts or data has worked! And all your customer service can do is apologise. No info when it’ll be fixed. Let me cancel and change network!

@O2 I have been without phone signal for around 24 hours. Your system error site says that there are engineers working on a mast nearby. (Don't want to give exact area on tweet). Any chance of an update? It's a bit of a nuisance

@O2 absolutely awful customer service. Still waiting for a call back from a manager after 3 weeks despite making several calls to O2 myself. O2 used to provide excellent customer service, am so disappointed in the lack of quality being provided.

@O2 @giffgaff no coverage in Spalding due to "upgrade" work - may be back on 24/9/22. There is a big outage covering the centre of town. Not good enough - what about 999 etc?
