@jem_jem_13 @O2 I was with them like 6 years ago now... The service was ****, never had signal, customer service team were embarrassing. So left after I got a brain cell and went with EE. Much, much better 🤝

@O2 Can I please have someone help because I’m pissed off as it is. I have been sending messages months and months and getting sim replacements that don’t seem to be working. All this time without the sim I have still been paying monthly charges as the sim replacements never work

@O2 ordered an upgrade on Monday and it still hasn’t arrived!! Been told that the parcel has been lost but haven’t had any updates about where it is or what your doing to help find it
