    @O2 sadly after being a business customer with o2 for over 15yrs I feel its time to switch to alternative network. The reason poor coverage. If you want proof go on your coverage checker for my post code it says excellent. Then stand in my back garden and tell me if it is or not!

    @Stormabelle @O2 It’s been terrible, meant to get an email back today to follow up and make sure the last bits have been sorted but had nothing yet. Never had issues with them before, but then I’ve never had an issue to sort 😖

    @O2 I'm having problems with cancelling an order. I've sent a DM but have now been promised that the order would be cancelled by 3 different O2 staff. Yet the order isn't cancelled!

    Hey @O2 are you aware that your info on wifi calling on your web page is broken. The term "device details" does not appear anywhere in Myo2. Your list of supported models only goes as far as an iPhone 8 (i.e. 2017) Please fix, this stuff is important

    @O2 I was promised a reward card of £300 when I upgraded my phone at end of July. Despite a case and complaint being upheld by o2 I still don't have the reward card. How do I escalate this complaint and speak to someone

    @O2 absolutely no signal, not even basic signal for calls and SMS... Been like this now for 2.5hrs and it's not specific to my area as I've travelled from #Southampton to #fareham and my wife's signal is fine. Getting very annoyed QUICKLY!

    @doom__daze @O2 Honestly I'd never had an issue with them before and if I had a small issue customer service were great, this time I just got passed department to department each person saying the last didn't do their jobs

    @Jastrophe @O2 The hospital will mean going through the NHS complaints procedures so roughly in 10 years time, I might have resolution. I think I may just have to find £200 to upgrade my contract. This will mean defaulting on bills but it really is important so I will just have to live with it.
