Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

@O2 hi. can you tell your call centres that 24 calls to my number is getting silly. Each time i tell them i don’t want to talk as i’m happy with service & don’t call again. But they do. Please sort it out thanks

@O2 How comes pay as you go SIMs cancels down after six months but pay monthly sim only don’t cancel down after six months? Unless the customer requests to cancels it or it’s cancelled down to bad debt.

@O2 have been on hold to you for the entire afternoon - have got through twice and been hung up on immediately both times. I want to cancel my contract but have no info on how to do this, beyond calling. How the f*ck do you expect people to do it?
