@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

@O2 hi. can you tell your call centres that 24 calls to my number is getting silly. Each time i tell them i don’t want to talk as i’m happy with service & don’t call again. But they do. Please sort it out thanks

@O2 husband got a Samsung z flip 3 two weeks ago, had it in a case with a screen protector on it. He opened it earlier to find a green line down the right side and a crack in the screen. Really hope o2 replace this. Social media full of similar complaints

@O2 my sisters phone was delivered without asking for ID and a neighbour who took it in November, she still not received the phone or any help from O2 after calling over 10 times and while still paying, please resolve this issue now as it’s ridiculous
