@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

@O2 been a customer long time. As has my wife. And now my Son. That will be changing in the coming 10 months or so. One phone. No obvious damage suddenly refuses to charge let alone switch on. Phone isn't owned until paid for. Being given the shrugged shoulder I won't accept

@O2 O2 agreed to send me a replacement iPad with delivery on 28/11. It didn’t come. I have rang c’ services 6 times since & they send an expired contract or promise to ring back and don’t or transfer me. They refuse to allow me to speak to a supervisor or complaint team. O2=awful

@O2 any idea when the mast will be fixed in the IP14 area as trying to get through to anyone is impossible and we’ve had no signal for a few days now
