@O2, cannot contact anyone via 202. It just says choose an option, contact us if you suspect fraud and then just says “bye”. How do I cancel one number from my account containing sons phone as well as mine and transfer his number to his own new account please ??

@O2 I have transferred my number to another provider via PAC, have cancelled my Direct Debit, but am struggling to find an email address for your customer services to inform them also (if required) I have no means to phone and have no stationary. Email is my only contact option?

@EE I don't get the benefit of features of things I never use but should pay £696 over 24 months with 10GB? I can buy phone for £119 from @O2 get @EE £15 PAYG with 30GB sim which would cost £479 over the two years (£200 cheaper). Why is Pay Monthly so much more expensive again?
