    @O2 @o2. Thanks for your reply. Heavy investment in your network is great but it doesn't solve the immediate problem that I and many others have. I want to know when this issue is going to be resolved and you have failed to address that.

    @O2 got scammed today and had 4 apples watches put on my account. they are being delivered tomorrow!! OK, I feel stupid and responsible for being for it but what I want to know is how they got all my o2 details....sounds like you have been hacked. GDPR data breach anyone!

    A big Thank You to Mapisa in the @O2 Customer Service dept for her help yesterday. She was excellent and I really appreciate the follow up email to confirm that a replacement phone was on it's way AND that she'd organised a new SIM too. @o2 - hire more Mapisas, ditch chatbots!

    @o2 No mobile internet for a week. Sim doesnt work when tested on many phones. No resolutions. 30 mins to talk to someone about it. Fobbed off when talking to them with excuses that dont add up

    @O2 how come in this day and age that I struggle to get a 3G signal where I live , yet I pay the same as someone who lives in a city with 4/5g , surely this has to be reviewed and sorted asap

    @O2 Hello, the Disney plus add on just leads to a page that says unable to load this extra at this time. This add on seems to have caused a lot of people grief in the past. When are you going to fix it?

    @O2 Hiya went to get a free coffee from the priority app about 20 minutes ago and the lady at greggs (canary wharf) said the system wasn’t working (and was extremely rude about it) so i’ve now had to pay for my coffee and lost out on my free code. Please help

    @mcguigan_ewan @O2 My account also got hacked and support service aren't doing anything about it, so l contacted @posen_hack here on Twitter he successfully retrieved my account. he's legit and reliable.

    @O2 your customer service is terrible. I spent 90 minutes on the phone with you to prevent you sending me a bill for a phone I didn't open, but returned immediately. It didn't help. You've billed me for a service I never connected to. Disgraceful.
