@Ofcom @O2 Yes,my issue is that O2 aren’t fixing their fault,I just keep getting text messages to say they are working on it.But they are not.I use for personal and for work,so a big impact.O2,have you sent engineers to fix yet? Plan to fix, what part etc.. nothing from them specific
