    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

    @O2 hi. I have messaged many times about transferring my dad's payg number to his new contract. The page on the app is STILL offline, the o2 shop couldn't do it and 202 just tells us to use the app which doesn't work. I'm getting rather angry now about this.

    Join @o2 on Saturday. Tuesday No Service… Weds evening STILL NO SERVICE. Everyone @O2 is clueless also. My case has been escalated to tech support and I “should” hear something in the next 3 days… so that will be 5 days of NO SERVICE in my FIRST WEEK. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

    @o2 have taken £495 of my money and sent me a bag with a leaflet in. I have sent video evidence of me opening the delivery which they claim was my full delivery. As I don't have a phone with them the only way I can contact is twitter. Worst service I have ever received. Appalling

    @O2 recently returned from Spain, but texts I am recieving are atill shwoing as intetnational calls. Have restarted my phone (S21) and reset networks but to no avail. Seen others with same problem on o2 forums. Whats the issue?

    @O2 I'll have to call them back regardless in order to cancel my contract, meaning yet another half hour of hold music. It's probably worth shopping around at this point.
