    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

    @O2 why is it so hard to get in contact with a human? I'm trying to see if I can get Volt as an O2 and Virgin customer but can't get through to anyone and the website keeps going round in circles so I can't apply! Please help!

    Absolutely laughable service from @O2. Complained about shocking service and the colleague that dealt with it was rude, arrogant and unhelpful. Will never use this shocking company again

    @O2 however now we are looking to leave at this awful service. Great customer service from the lady in store however this SIM swap shouldn’t go on for so long if her old SIM switches off straight away. Terrible terrible terrible service.

    @O2 she needs her phone for work and to be contactable, we went into store last night and they went on a live chat with someone who said they were putting it through yet it is still not working this morning. We are not happy, we are all O2 customers and have been for years

    @O2 I am trying to upgrade my sim tariff to a 5G one. I go through various steps confirming I have a 5G ready iPhone but it then won’t let me go to basket to check out - the button is greyed out - help!

    If you’ve never used the @TfL #jubilee line but plan to do so in the near future, you’ll love that ear piercingly loud screeching noise just as you approach #Bermondsey Station. Multi-Billion £ engineering at its worst. On the plus side, full network connection thanks to @O2
