    Been back and forward to @O2 since April about the terrible 4G coverage that literally doesn’t work (even since having a new sim card) and all they do is repeat the same thing and offer credit for the signal that I can’t use 🤌

    @Ian1Martin @O2 @Ian1Martin you don’t need your DOB for the PAC request on O2. Maybe the PAC code system is down on pay and go. Maybe try again tomorrow.

    @c17yb8b3 @O2 I'm with them apart from charging me 150 quid for 150 Meg of data in Turkey they've been OK. Though they are 1 step away from losing a customer of around 20 years if they try that stunt again!

    Anyone else just despair of @o2 and @virginmedia. customer service. Was in a good mood when I contacted o2 with a simple question - 5 departments later, with me getting angrier at every one, they hung up on me.

    @O2 I DM’d you 6hrs ago (with screenshots from Twitter for context). Still no response. Your service is hugely disappointing. I presume you’re so busy because every other client is getting the same shoddy service and complaining.

    @O2 hi, my phone bill was supposed to come out today but the payment still hasn’t been taken? i’ve had a direct debit set up to come out on the 21st each month for a long time now and it’s never done this before. enough money in the account, usually comes out around 3am.

    @O2 what the hell is going on in the BL2 6 area .. its been all month the service has been shocking. I can't access Internet make calls or contact an agent on the online chat even when on WiFi..

    @O2 DM still not resolved. Advised me the sim was reactivated yesterday. I had signal for about 5 minutes then off again. And the new SIM has not arrived yet. This is day 4. Why is this not resolved??
