Not usually one to complain about companies and customer service but @O2 are legitimately the worst so you’re getting that rare tweet. Never had such appalling customer service in my life. You guys are so bad I’ve turned into a Karen.

@O2 I went to use a code not realising drive thrus aren’t accepted (so it expired), as they are the nearest one to me and I had trouble last week with another branch as it said I’d already used it. Would it be possible to get another code please as I’ve missed out on it twice now

@O2 I have switched to O2 and the number has transferred and I expect to receive the promised Volt benefits because I am also a Virgin broadband customer yet your system tells me I can't have Virgin at my address! Please tell me how to sort this out.
