    Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

    @DavidDarnes @spences10 @O2 Service texts such as that should be free. Such as when you text to set up a tariff or get network settings.

    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    @O2 Been in contact with your customer service team twice this week about a number swap and still nothing has been resolved even though the last person said she had escalated the issue to be resolved within four hours and it never happened.

    @O2 why do you never fix congested areas And think it’s fine to offer a below par service where u get speeds of 0.01mb and think that’s acceptable considering u keep increasing prices yet your service is poor I thought three was bad but your service is worse then theres

    2 days of trying to speak to the @O2 retention team.... They clearly have no idea how to retain customers with service this poor. So bad it's almost a joke of satire

    @O2 Hi can yon tell me if anyone is working in your fraud department? Been having an issue with someone opening an account in my name, been going on now for 5 months now and still not resolved, been ringing and emailing and still no further forward.

    @O2 If I’ve set mobile data to off this should not be over ridden regardless otherwise what’s the point in being able to turn it off. I’ve never had to do this with any other network.

    @O2 won’t repair, replace or cancel my phone (without a 5 month fee) despite having bought phone from them & paying bill & insurance each month. Atrocious service.

    @virginmedia is there any perks or benefits to being a virgin media customer and an @O2 customer? Iv seen some deals like double data and double broadband package, would I get these perhaps?
