Have never known a worse network for signal than @O2....not even getting 4G in a town centre. Got 5G at one point and my message still wouldn't send! I'll be leaving thanks...might be faster via Pigeon.

@O2 Can you fix your upgrade system in your app? It asks me to Verify myself by following an email link, when returning to the app it loses the upgrade window and I have to start all over again. If I follow the link on a different device I then get prompted for a txt code 1/2

hello @O2 it's absolutely impossible to speak to a human on your customer service - one of the many reasons I'm TRYING to end my contract. How do I speak to a human please?
