@O2 placed an order online.....immediately had issues...contacted customer services...what a farce!! I have cancelled the potential contract/sale. Have to say WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES I have EVER encountered...even worse than @Ryanair, and that's saying something!!

Phone signal on @o2 has been atrocious the last few months. Showing to have 4G but using online services been sketchy. Even sending online messages has been brutal. Not isolated to an area either. Happening in Manchester, Blackpool, Edinburgh and Glasgow. What’s up with that?

@O2 3/3 responded either. Your avoidance of the issues I have with your company by ignoring my emails, calls and messages on the app speaks volumes. Simply unacceptable. I hope to leave this company as soon as possible.

@O2 Got to say your 4g is getting worse and worse especially I'm last few months. Unable to connect more often than not, Plymouth, Devon, Cornwall, Wales and Greater Manchester. Adding virgin mobile customers to an already over subscribed/ congested network not a great idea!
