@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

@O2 is down for the fifth day in a row. zero signal indicator. NG11 area. No access to my money, as no OTPs. Status page "all great in this area". Customer care: "sorry, no ETA, live with that. Will compensate you" Pixel 7 + eSIM. Restarted mobile plenty of times. DM.

@O2 can you confirm that you are going to update your transmitters in RH13 before turning off 3G? Most of the time here I have to use WiFi. It’s extremely rare that I manage to achieve a usable 4G signal. Others experience the same, so it is not a unique problem.

@O2 I don’t know how you get away with your terrible service, I basically have 0 signal ever and then when I do it can’t even load a web page. Shockingly bad infrastructure you guys have. Bandits….
