    Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    @O2 hi. can you tell your call centres that 24 calls to my number is getting silly. Each time i tell them i don’t want to talk as i’m happy with service & don’t call again. But they do. Please sort it out thanks

    @O2 Hi, since Dec all my incoming calls show as UNKNOWN in caller ID & call history. I've tried resetting my phone, swapping the SIM to another phone - issue persists. Seems like a network/account issue. Can you look into this or reset my account settings? Thanks.

    @O2 - trying to process an upgrade - 02 app keeps telling me to.. Won’t add new Pixel to basket, call Cust Servs..they can’t process..Raise a support ticket..nothing. Cust Servs tell me to visit store.. Store can’t process.. I feel Im being De-Mobiled’ - Is that a thing now?

    i can honestly say that @O2 is by far the worst company i think i’ve ever had a contract with, constant issues with them, had multiple hacks after talking to the OFFICIAL phone number, price hikes galore and now i can’t even access my bill to cancel and go sim only. Shocking👍🏼

    @O2 hey O2, I cannot login to my account, no matter what device or browser I use, I get errors, I know my password, I can login via passkey, verification works, I keep getting "too many redirects" or some error about the website configuration. PLS HELP.
