    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    @O2 how can it be I’m on the phone right now with business customer service and a simple task of unbarring a phone is still not done and GET THIS the guy is telling me he can’t see any calls regarding this issue. My calls are recorded to and another 24 hours. It’s 96 hours

    @O2 No further update regarding this. Issue persisting. Pre contract expires tonight at 23:59, so I guess I will be staying with Smarty. Shame I wasted a hard credit check and my time. Dodged a bullet though, if service is this bad now, how would it be if I was an actual customer.

    @O2 Why STILL no signal in HX3? 6 weeks of you saying a mast is down and you’re fixing it. Many deadlines been and gone. Meanwhile I’m paying for a phone service I can’t use. Why is communication so poor? Tesco Mobile customer care told me cleaning my SIM would fix it. Hopeless🙄

    @O2 your app chat is beyond appalling. I have been on twice today and getting nowhere. I was told a mast was out but it would appear that wasn’t true looking at your network status! Where are the humans?

    @O2 @royalotad Here’s me scrolling on 5g in rural Ireland with no issues however, when I’m back in Scotlandin my reasonably sized town on the O2 network I can’t even get a functioning 4g signal and if I’m at home I’ve no signal what so ever.

    Incredibly, @O2 support told me to just 'reorder'—risking a second hard credit search for a technical error on THEIR end. I’ve already passed; they should be sorting the existing order, not asking me to hit my credit file again for a broken website. Absolute joke."
