@O2 8 months without proper service! Failure in applying credit resulting in multiple disconnections! Been with o2 20 yrs+ Jow closing acc & opening new one to solve problem but £30 uprfront & new accessories!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! o2 should reimburse 🤬

@O2 Had no signal for 3 days in Paignton. Tried all suggested fixes. I note on twitter lots of people across the country are experiencing similar. Whats the issue and when will it be fixed? I'm actually out of contract so will look to move if this is a continuous issue

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

Tweeted a while ago about the service on @O2 but the 4G and 3G experience on my iPhone is appalling. Nothing works on 3G and when I do get 4G signal drops from full to 1 bar. I can’t wait for my contract to expire so I can move on!

Dave's beef of the day. How the quality of telephone customer services has declined sharply in recent years. Even worse if you have an issue that's not straight forward or on their script, and you spend ages on hold, getting bounced around different depts. (looking at you @O2)
