@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@_jamiewoodward @O2 Don’t worry @02 when my contract runs out I’ll be off your network. Disgusting to implement an “annual” rise after 6 mths of my contract.

@O2 @MichaelSniedzeH Well you can bet they’ll leave at the end of the term. What exactly are you investing in as your network has been consistently the worst for data in major cities down South? Fortunately I’m on SIMO, doesn’t mean I like your disgusting attitude though…

@O2 Absolute b******t and you know it. Explain to me how an 11.7% increase is justified, break it down for me. You are putting prices up because you can & customers can’t do anything about it. Blatant abuse of customers. You should be ashamed of yourself!! Bring on contract end date!

@O2 Well @Ofcom need to step in as this 11.7% increase isn't needed either. You make profit then you treat loyal customers like this. I have a right to leave, cancel my DD, and not pay. Your treating customers like rubbish. There's no customer service going on hear!

@virginmedia not sure if your staff in call centre purposely lie to re contract you or really don't know what there saying and the @o2 customer service is just as bad...oh well email sent to @LutzSchueler to cancal the SIM and virgin media deal..no doubt it will be passed down

Been with @o2 well over 10 years, whilst not the cheapest always felt value for money with the good overall service, price rises reasonable as per their T&Cs, but whichever idiot signed off a close to 12% annual ‘standard’ price rise at this time is either brain dead or sadistic

@O2 I tried to take my phone contract out of my mum’s name and into my own and was told by customer service I would have to pay a fee or pay off my contract, surely there’s a way to put my phone number/contract into my own name without having to pay a fee? Can you advise?

@O2 am at post code Mk43 0, your network bandwidth is shocking. Signal OK but never data transfer. Any plans to fix? If not, how do I leave? Watch on a 3-year, phone on 30-day. Many thanks!

Why did @O2 suddenly get so crap for data? Honesty for past 4-6 months is been terrible, even with full bars. Trying to push 3g/4g users over to 5G??
