@O2 @AppleSupport I bought the iPhone XR in March from o2 branch in Leeds. Since then it’s formally crashed on me and had to get apple to fix it. I can’t hear out speaker half the time and it kicks me off using my data even on WiFi and mobile data!

Attempt to upgrade @virginmedia service today - no ability to self serve, spend an hour talking with chat, finally just gave up and got what I needed for 1/3rd the price and no contract via @NOWTV_It. If this is what it’s going to be like with @O2 merger I’m out there too.

@virginmedia @O2 I've been a victim of Virgin Media & a customer of O2 for ten years. If O2 tripped on the kerb crossing the road, I'd take them to Costa for a coffee, & find a plaster for their knee. I wouldn't piss on Virgin if it were on fire; the most morally questionable high street brand.
