    @O2 @AppleSupport I bought the iPhone XR in March from o2 branch in Leeds. Since then it’s formally crashed on me and had to get apple to fix it. I can’t hear out speaker half the time and it kicks me off using my data even on WiFi and mobile data!

    @O2 answer to 4G never working in Swansea City Centre... turn 4g off 🤔 only switched a month ago, I’m not in a contract so I’ll be switching again pretty soon!

    @TheO2 @O2 @virginmedia Someone help me with accessible tickets, first it said I’ll have three weeks to prove the disability after purchasing tickets so I waited until my turn and then when it gets to my turn it’s asking for a nimbus ID before I can purchase? This is so unprofessional.

    @O2 having serious problems with an order and now being told I have an immediate disconnection request on my 2 accounts which I haven’t requested. Can someone help me please as I’ve been on the phone for 45 mins and getting nowhere
