@O2 @AppleSupport I bought the iPhone XR in March from o2 branch in Leeds. Since then it’s formally crashed on me and had to get apple to fix it. I can’t hear out speaker half the time and it kicks me off using my data even on WiFi and mobile data!

@o2 Once again cannot make phone calls or receive voicemail as keep getting message not connected to network. As this keeps happening over the past year I would like to know as your not providing me with a service can I cancel sim contract.

@O2 I swapped over to o2 a few weeks ago from 3. Just after the end of the 14 day cooling off period my mobile data stopped working. Where ever I go there’s a mast not working-is unusable! I’ve tried the chat function and service checker and both those aren’t working.
