    @O2 answer to 4G never working in Swansea City Centre... turn 4g off 🤔 only switched a month ago, I’m not in a contract so I’ll be switching again pretty soon!

    @O2 @AppleSupport I bought the iPhone XR in March from o2 branch in Leeds. Since then it’s formally crashed on me and had to get apple to fix it. I can’t hear out speaker half the time and it kicks me off using my data even on WiFi and mobile data!

    @O2 have provided the most appalling customer service in the last few months and tonight I have been told there is no way for me to complain myself without going through an adviser. Apparently you are not allowed to email a complaint with evidence of what has happened

    @O2 I’ve redone it again but appeantly my national insurance number are different when they are the same and company’s name is different (which it is because my company’s name on payslip ain’t McDonald’s) lol just want the discount if not gonna cancel our contracts

    Please help me @O2 I am trying to top up my son’s phone and every (valid) card is being refused. This is driving me nuts enough to consider changing network. Phone customer care won’t help as it is PAYG phone even though I have had a contract for years!
