@O2 @AppleSupport I bought the iPhone XR in March from o2 branch in Leeds. Since then it’s formally crashed on me and had to get apple to fix it. I can’t hear out speaker half the time and it kicks me off using my data even on WiFi and mobile data!

@O2 answer to 4G never working in Swansea City Centre... turn 4g off 🤔 only switched a month ago, I’m not in a contract so I’ll be switching again pretty soon!

@O2 Day 50 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@ianmx5 @O2 Sorry to hear that @ianmx5. I've been with O2 for years and years, never a problem before. Now I'm seriously considering cancelling my order and walking away when my contract is up. All I want is a vague idea of when I'll get my phone.

@IvyMustela @O2 I've waited since the 7th December for my order, every day I get a notification to say it'll be delivered next day, never arrives. DPD are shocking. @o2 doing nothing to help.

@Kyle87550379 @O2 Still the same issues , error 50, no signal, no calls in and no calls out , really needed my phone last night during my dangerous security shift during new years eve... But I guess the emergency services wouldn't of had an issue finding me with out a signal.... Nout means nout

@O2 your internet ‘rates’ are not defined rates as they should be to be in line with every other service provision of a communications kind and aren’t worth the paper they are written on so I can’t exclude you from the criminality and it will be you I take to court
