@O2 Done all this. Network just doesn't work in all your "best spots". Just drops out in my office, and I'm not the only one who makes these complaints

@Ofcom @O2 I can see so many issues with network issues, o2 is just awful They don’t address the issues or do as they promise, such as return calls! Maybe the regulator should look and maybe look into the issues posted. Bad network and being ignored.

@O2 I will be raising a complaint with you about this whole shambolic experience. I didn't even chose you as a provider, I was transferred to you from @virginmedia - what a mistake that was! I will actively discourage anyone from using you. Woeful!

@O2 everyone having issues with the o2 network or o3 customer service then put @BBCWatchdog in your tweet. Let’s get o2 some exposure. I know watchdog requires a certain level of complaints before investigating.we are paying good money for this terrible service.

@O2 Well in that case, your CSAs need better training on how to reassure a concerned customer in a world where telephone scams are rife. I politely asked why he'd need the full number to be told I was being awkward. He told me I could call back and speak to a different CSA.. (1/2)
