@O2 answer to 4G never working in Swansea City Centre... turn 4g off 🤔 only switched a month ago, I’m not in a contract so I’ll be switching again pretty soon!

@O2 @AppleSupport I bought the iPhone XR in March from o2 branch in Leeds. Since then it’s formally crashed on me and had to get apple to fix it. I can’t hear out speaker half the time and it kicks me off using my data even on WiFi and mobile data!

@O2 I’m having trouble getting into my account. Sometimes I can see stuff, other times not; plus where is my data indicator - I use it to keep tabs how much data I have left? It’s gone! Very confusing. The visual was easy to understand :(

I’ve spent over 90 minutes on hold with the useless @O2 customer service team. The fact the phone line’s connection is rubbish speaks volumes. Anyone had a good experience with these guys?

How awful is the log in process now that o2 has merged with virgin and the prices! I just want to get onto my account to cancel and find a cheaper supplier for myself and my mum and you’re making it impossible!!! @o2

@O2 as like many customers that have been with you a long time and are utterly disgusted at your greed for your shareholders by hiking prices next April I will be looking for a new provider - greed while others struggle is a very bad way to run a business!!!
