Been a good week off. And to top it off, after years of being overcharged for next to no service and empty promises, both of us have left @O2. We've been able to make actual phone calls since, which is what phones are meant to do. Take note of that O2. Awful network.

  • chcolate_teapot Chocolate Teapot (@chcolate_teapot) reported

@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Your customer service is likely to give someone a heart attack.

  • liz_mcwhirter Liz McWhirter (@liz_mcwhirter) reported

@badassscotsman @O2 @02 I have same problem so far found customer service and complaints a joke. ‘Unable to investigate further as aware of problem’ (Complaints) CS told me no payment would be taken for December and would be looked at again in January payment was taken for December.

  • AstridRuzzene Ruzzene (@AstridRuzzene) reported

@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 13th day with no wifi... just received an email stating that service was back LOL and of course no email address to answer. If your company was ok with their service they would not be scared to have email inbox or PM via twitter. It tells a lot about how poor your service is.

  • KerryHu34626515 Kerry Hughes (@KerryHu34626515) reported

@O2 Mast still not working in ne12!!!!!

  • OllieTreend Ollie Treend (@OllieTreend) reported

Just moved over to @O2 and I'm shocked to learn that they don't support Wifi or 4G calling for phones that weren't bought direct from O2 🤯 I never had problems using my @OnePlus_UK (bought outright from OnePlus) on the @EE network. What gives, O2!? It's 2023 – come on!
