    @O2 @AppleSupport I bought the iPhone XR in March from o2 branch in Leeds. Since then it’s formally crashed on me and had to get apple to fix it. I can’t hear out speaker half the time and it kicks me off using my data even on WiFi and mobile data!

    @O2 answer to 4G never working in Swansea City Centre... turn 4g off 🤔 only switched a month ago, I’m not in a contract so I’ll be switching again pretty soon!

    @O2 HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE CALL from GILLIAN!! I'm glad it was recorded to pass onto the OMBUDSMAN. You pay for a service that doesn't have to be given to you by O2.Its in T&C. Utterly Shocking attitude by GILLIAN @O2 customer service!!!!!

    @O2 @alexspencer1878 Ive been given 48 hours to respond to cancel a trade in that is clearly o2 scamming me, sent a perfectly working watch to trade and theyre saying it’s faulty so will give me £5! - have tried to contact o2 to cancel but no answer - probably so they can say I didn’t reply in time!

    @O2 hi, I’m trying to book an odeon ticket for this Saturday using the priorities code but keep getting ‘The voucher number is incorrect’. Never had an issue before when it used to be Sun/Mon only

    Can someone explain why my @O2 signal has been absolute GARBAGE for weeks now! Don't tell me you can't "see any issues" there is...everyone I know on o2 is having the same. I may as well have no data when WiFi is unavailable 🙃

    @O2 I had new phone in July,since then I can’t connect to internet without Wi-Fi.said it was mast,mast has been fixed still have the problem, if I put sim in old phone,I get internet service, other members in the same house on o2 have no issues

    What is frustrating is that with all our other changes in network in the past we’ve never had any issues. With @O2 I can’t say that at all atm which is a little disappointing.

    @O2 I mean it has been going on for months! The phones work, and then they don’t, at random. 2 separate devices, makes no odds if you switch them off and on again! Plus our Wi-Fi is currently down, thanks to @sky and @Plusnet ! We shouldn’t be charged for the days without signal?
