    @TheO2 I wouldn’t attend any venue associated with this **** network @o2 the reason they are able to sponsor you is because of revenue and theft from illegally withholding funds from customers like myself and failure to meet their own complaint timescales @TelefonicaUK

    @O2 have not got reception for 2 days in my phone spoke to CC team no help, missed so many important calls. I have recently moved to O2 few days ago!! Regret my decision!!

    @O2 Sitting here at Costa enjoying a latte. Not enjoying the Internet connection that is utterly rubbish as always. It has been for a few years, I gave up on it hopefully being fixed. Paying for 5GB data that I can’t ever spend because it just is slow as snails.

    @O2 can someone explain why the signal is still useless in the ST6 area? I left O2 this year because of this but still have my partner and 4 family member's stuck on O2! Signal checker says no problems? It's been terrible for months 😡

    The appalling treatment my elderly parents have had from @virginmedia @O2 for about a year, trying to fix a service fault on a mobile phone is disgraceful. They’re passed from 1 person to the next, none acting on previous info & then they’re told it’s their fault. I’m so angry.

    @O2 I've already spoken to someone at O2 about this who suggested to "turn it on and off again". It's done nothing, i get these messages at inappropriate times at least once a week - maybe just look into your auto texts and fix that?

    @EnglandRugby @O2 The problem is that I don’t feel there is much argument about who is the England squad the best England qualified players on form etc were selected. So what has happened where they beat the all blacks in the autumn and now can’t beat Italy, Scotland or Ireland? It has to be coach
