@O2 can someone explain why the signal is still useless in the ST6 area? I left O2 this year because of this but still have my partner and 4 family member's stuck on O2! Signal checker says no problems? It's been terrible for months 😡

@O2 Sitting here at Costa enjoying a latte. Not enjoying the Internet connection that is utterly rubbish as always. It has been for a few years, I gave up on it hopefully being fixed. Paying for 5GB data that I can’t ever spend because it just is slow as snails.

@O2 Will you be promoting the Christmas deals anytime soon on the Samsung 20 Plus. My mum wanted this, she’s due an upgrade however her app doesn’t work (never has done). You’re urging her to upgrade but she has been unable to and now the deals are gone.

@O2 It doesn't matter now, I had to borrow a neighbors phone to call the customer service number. Not the safest thing to do at the moment but It's vital for sons safety that I have a working phone at all times and you gave me no choice.

Sorry to rant. I don't mean to be mean. @O2 is providing a great service at phenomenal value. But their #UX needs a minor tweak. Communicate with the customer on their terms @O2. Try to understand what the customer is trying to get done. And make sure you're helping them do it.

@O2 upgraded daughters phone in November and was given all sorts of sales information and tarriffs. Not once did anyone from @O2 mention leader phone and member phone requirement for data sharing. Apparently I need to upgrade today to do this. Disgraceful customer service.
