    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    A little bit angry with @O2 ... 55p a minute for a call to a 0844 number??? Wtf! How is that right? I was on hold for 30 mins- got hung up on... on hold another 30 mins before resolved issue... now I know why my DD is so high this month!!! £31.20 for 2 calls? 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

    Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

    When I asked the customer service guy about this he said yes they use the site. He sounded nonchalant. Like it happened everyday. I am very alarmed. @O2

    Paid for 24 hours of Data SIM with @O2 which was activated straight away and clock counting down. Never worked, even after many device reboots and trying various O2 profiles. Tweeted & DM'ed @O2 - no reply. 24 hours is expiring soon. Waste of money. :/

    Hey @O2. Would be handy if you could report a fault on your website. Every postcode in the area just says your network can get busy. When I’m trying to report no internet. Most of East Devon keeps breaking as you fail to resolve any DNS requests, IP based traffic works though.

    @O2 why can you not comply with requirement to send a text- have messaged PAC several times with no reply. Also no reply to INFO. @Ofcom - I’m within cooling off and unable to leave just transferred between departs and PAC text doesn’t work. Please help.

    Great work @O2 Cut my wife’s phone off when renewing contract. Has taken 3 hours to try and get reconnected and then you hung up on her and you are now closed. Now 33 weeks pregnant lady is now without a phone with network.

    The @O2 network has to be the worst ever. Even with a strong 4G signal, you still can’t get any data use!!! Certainly over subscribed. #notfitforpurpose #OFCOM
