    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    Only recently renewed my forever contract with @O2 (never having switched providers) but following my last two discussions with customer service this will most definitely be the last time I renew with them. #uselesscustomerservice

    A little bit angry with @O2 ... 55p a minute for a call to a 0844 number??? Wtf! How is that right? I was on hold for 30 mins- got hung up on... on hold another 30 mins before resolved issue... now I know why my DD is so high this month!!! £31.20 for 2 calls? 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

    Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

    @connordoner @O2 I have just been on the phone to O2. They have told me that message should not be there. I have been out of the area where the mast is working and still no service.

    @O2 less than fab customer service-hour and 6 (so far) customer service agents to cancel a SIM I don’t want (in the 14 day cooling off period).Highlight:”Let me just read my notes to see what to do…(several minutes later/hold music)oh hang on, someone else will have to do it!”

    @O2 Hello! Started charging me for a phone I have not yet received or been told when to expect the new phone. Have tried to call customer care but impossible to get through. Help please, I would like to cancel the phone completely. Have been terrible to deal with since I changed.

    @O2 I’ve been having trouble with my network since November 2021. I’ve been into store twice, phoned 20+ times and tried your my o2 support and I haven’t once received any help except getting 3 new sims in the post, which clearly isn’t the problem. How do I terminate a contract?

    @O2 Hi, for some reason when I'm logging into MyO2 app I'm getting only password change page. The same on your website. Sometimes when I login online I manage to get into account details. I'm not able to make a payment or manage account. Can you fix this?

    @O2 Help! Im trying to unlock a SIM on a new phone. I have 2 options, text or online through swapmysim – which sends a security text. The sun is inactive so I can neither send nor receive texts.

    @O2 can’t make or receive calls in E3 because of mast maintenance. Customer service says this will be ongoing until the 14th. Surely that can’t be right??
