@Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

Can @O2 please explain how your staff can get away with mis-dating a late payment and not notifying my mum about it? And when she tried to fix the issue, you’ve just added 2 new defaults to her account instead of changing the date?! Every time she contacts you, you make it worse!

@O2 I was offered a deal on the phone. He was to call me back yesterday and didn’t. The faulty sim I was sent meant I couldn’t upgrade anyway. Trying to sort this with each idiot unable to comprehend the problem. Wasted 4 1/2 hours.

@O2 Your idiots who working there promise me all the time they have done everything I will be able to call, for ONE MONTH THEY PROMISE ME THAT. And again and again waiting in the line for half an hour for your assistant just hang up on my call!? Is that ******* alright ?!
