Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

@Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

@O2 I’ve raised it repeatedly throughout the four mistaken days I’ve been with you. I’ve spent more time chatting to your dire customer service than my own family, friends, and pets. In fact, I’ve just finished a 40 minute call. Not even my first of the day.

@O2 yet another signal issue, cant wait to escape this contract, customer service just fob u off, its an absolute joke, 48 hrs and still non existence of a signal. Been on the recommend site for status check, but it always says same, this isnt the first time but will be last.

@O2 recently delivered reconditioned iPhone X voice calls poor quality. People on other end of line says my voice fades in and out or like under water. Calling from my house. No similar problem with old iPhone (5s). How do I seek help. Can’t call you because you won’t hear me!
