Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

@O2 why is it I cannot make a video call without awful squealing noise ? Our broadband is fine everything else working, it's both mine and my husband's phone so obviously an issue with O2

@Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

@martinmcnally53 @O2 Same here, keeps asking me to enter email, then verify. I do that and then nothing. You can only verify your email so many times, before it gets a little boring!!!! @O2 why try to fix something that wasn't broken?!!

Are any phone networks any good?? Moved from EE due to bad customer service and now @o2 have blocked both kids phones due to suspicious activity?! Now without phones on holiday?! It’s taken over 5 hours for @O2 to provide me with an answer?! now we have to wait a further 24hrs?!

@O2 Hi - I raised an issue last week to do with a promotional extra I received and not being able to access it. I was told my issue was handed to the Resolution Team. I’ve received a couple of emails from them, I can’t see the resolution and issue still unresolved
