    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    @nattystevenson1 @O2 Mines has been piss poor for a few weeks, vodaphone three are useless here so O2 were my go to but now I'm not so sure, glad it's not just me then

    @O2 Network down and signal intermittenance in KA18 area due to malfunctioning mast, have registered my postcode for updates. This has happened before and I'm wondering, if it's the same mast as the last time. 🤔 #O2NetworkDown

    This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

    Nice of @O2 to completely cut me off for a bill 3 days late with no way to contact them. 2 weeks off for covid and not entitled to dwp covid payment now this. New network incoming.

    @Catherine_Gare @O2 Same here flagged this when it went live at midnight but no reply and still an issue. Also even when fixed think it won’t work for us as thinks we’ve clicked and been given a code already. Really need @o2 to send us a code

    @VMO2News @O2 Worse company ever. Lie about tariff & about service, after a month my service still don’t work and I still can’t get access to my o2 account. O2 doesn’t work. Broadband doesn’t work and tv is poor quality when it does load. Had 3 promises of manager call back but never get any.
