    @icklenellierose My rental house has Plusnet and it is very unreliable, constantly dropping out for no reason. They’re not as bad as EE (in my previous rental), but still pretty poor. It could just be a case of you need a new router.

    @Plusnet @quantumhealer1 9 hrs is not a short time and there are thousands of reports on Down Detector, starting at 12.30am. Why did it take 8 hours to acknowledge an issue despite promoting 24/7 support? We understand that things go wrong but you are solely lacking in the way you have dealt with it.

    @Plusnet Been down all morning so far. Having to use mobile data. Tried calling but cut off after message that there were high volume of calls. Please let me know when this will be fixed.
