    @SkyUK I switched to you for my broadband ~10days ago. Since then, internet is cutting out every 30mins or so. This never ever happened the prior year with Plusnet. Please fix! I cannot do my job with this connection.

    So we’re on day 5 of no internet. Can’t watch the telly because that’s through the internet. Can’t do work because I can’t even tether from my phone the signal is that bad. And @Plusnet still INSISTS they’re actually providing us with what we’re paying them for. Abysmal.

    We tell them we want out of the contract - we were away during the 2 week grace period and have proof so let us out for free. Nope, we have to pay £140 even though they are not providing us the service we’re paying for! Brilliant, @Plusnet. Just brilliant.

    We joined @Plusnet @plusnethelp on 16 October and left the country on 18 October. Arrived back 30 October. For the next week, we dealt with terribly slow speeds but let it slide because we thought the connection was settling down.

    @Plusnet after engineer appointment; I took 1/2 a day off work. NEVER ARRIVED -advise on your website says not to call until after time slot. I called after, was told there was no need for an engineer to visit. I was NEVER told that the engineer appointment was cancelled. So bad

    you have to wonder how much companies like @virginmedia and @Plusnet must lose because they don't hey their postcode databases up to date. BT are the only company serving my building at the moment because they include us in their database... which sucks as a consumer.

MSE always tells you to go to your cheapest forecourt which in principle I agree with but if I’m running low on petrol but not going past the cheapest one I’m not gonna make a special journey costing time, money (& the environment). Better to pay more!

    Hey broadband guys @TalkTalk @bt_uk @SkyUK @Plusnet . Help me understand this. I’ve just had TalkTalk installed and getting 54MB down and my neighbor in the same apartment block is with BT and getting 67MB. Why such a difference if we both on OpenReach infrastructure?

    @Plusnet great, easy renewal, paying less getting more and brilliant Customer service. Frightening how difficult it was to get costings out other companies for a simple fibre line so stayed put and new Wifi Box thrown in for good measure.

    @PriskMark @powerportraits @plusnethelp @Plusnet 1/2 So I have managed to get additional technical information: Report shows capacity issue on SFBB00030361 due to be resolved 13/07/2018. It is one of four vlans on this particular head-end. Unfortunately all are running hot, so there is not option at present to move the circuit.

Unless they have installed specific kit in your house, I’m guessing “monitoring your connection” means checking your sync speed. I continuously sync at 40/10 despite the issues in the evenings / weekends. I feel they are choosing to misunderstand the issue!

    @Plusnet Waiting over 2 yrs 4 my compensation but Cowboy CEO will not pay this Cowboy provider answers 2 nobody and will fleece new victims every day, do not become their next victim. 2 wks No service=no compensation=No reply from CEO=Zero customer service. Avoid Plusnet Cowboys!

This is the second time I’ve been with PlusNet & less than impressed with their customer service. Nothing’s changed
