    @JohnTurner2021 @Plusnet True, but currently only BT and Virgin are immediately using digital lines. The others even though an arm of BT are not in the immediate future. This gives time to hope that a solution to charging phones when there is a powercut over more than an hour can be found. Can't see how.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp disappointed with the continued poor speeds for our broadband, its tough enough at the minute for #SmallBusinesse to survive without these problems adding to the stress levels. I only want the speeds that you are contracted to provide.

    Broadband down for 12 hrs again so far; 2nd time in as many weeks @Plusnet; not sure if it’s the same fault as wasn’t told what the problem was 1st time

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp you pretend to be all down to earth but really you don't give a toss about your customers. I'm still waiting from last Friday for Internet. Don't appreciate being told to go buy an aerial to watch tv

    @Plusnet Don't do it. You will lose your main phone which will become digital and won't work if there is a power cut. Very dangerous if you live in an area where you don't have a mobile signal.

    @Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

    The slow response to fix shows Plusnet has no night cover in case of emergencies. So guess everyone has to wait until 9am or something to get action? Other people up n down the UK have same problem, can't authenticate with BT to get net access.

    Internet down in LE14 @plusnet so no WiFi calling @ee looks like @bt went as well &as all are the same guess I lucked out😕 so I'm off to read a book ttfn

    Hi @Plusnet my internet has been down since 12.30am. Router has IP and says it's connected but no websites load. looks like several others have the same. service announcement please!

    @Plusnet Same in Wales, do you have no-one who works overnight to check on these things. Not a peep here and your service status page says all is ok.
