    @1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

    @plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

    Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

    message @Plusnet this morning at 9.40am saying i don't have any mobile data on my phone is emergency calls only it's not 2.17pm and still no response. So I had to go out my way to my parents house to phone Plusnet up to to order a replacement SIM so I will be without a phone

    @Plusnet every night the WiFi goes down WA11 area, been like this for the last 3 weeks but when I go to tweet about it, it starts working.

    @Plusnet what terrible service! It us not my fault you were unable to provide the service in a timely fashion. Refund me the money you promised. Every week someone new is calling me without resolving the matter. @Plusnet

    @ShineyCat @Plusnet Same here - my appointment been missed past 1pm and Plusnet are saying their system is down to actually get any info from Openreach. How am I supposed to remote access live IT System if my connection has dropped out 7 times this morning.
