@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

@Plusnet Award winning broadband ?really? Plusnet's customer service is the worst ever. Plusnet agents will give all the wrong information to you just to get you to sign the contract. Once you sign it, they will treat you like ****. So disappointed and gutted with my experience with them

@Plusnet I'm not buying a new router so you can troubleshoot the issue further, and I'm not signing up to a new 18 month contract so you can send a new router just to find out the issue remains and I'm stuck with it.

@Plusnet You are an absolute joke of a company, no reported issues with the broadband, yet mine hub says everything is fine, but not internet connection on any device in the house. 0/10 recommendation to anyone looking at getting Plusnet, you are better off on ******* dial up

@MoragSievwright PlusNet and EE are BT so expect the same poor level of support. Is it your broadband that's poor or your wifi? Connect your phone to the wifi, stand near the wifi box, install and run the ookla speed checking app. This will tell you if the broadband is slow.
