  @plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

  @Plusnet @plusnethelp 5th time this year I've had to call you due to issue with wifi/broadband/phone line. No WiFi/no Internet/no land line connection since Tuesday afternoon! I think it's time to terminate and find a new provider! Awful service

  @Jenny1175xxx I've made some changes to the line's stability which should reduce the likelihood of drops which in turn will allow your speeds to increase. Please monitor this and let us know if you need more help. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield
