    @plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

    Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

    @Arian06Hbr @Plusnet The worst Internet ever since we joined this service. Most of the time wifi is down with slow or weak signals. No wifi for more than 2 hours.

    @Plusnet I have been waiting for nearly a month for ur billing team to get in touch about my bill as there is a problem and now I owe 2 months bills so can some please get in touch before my service gets turned off and I owe you a lot of money
