Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

@Plusnet no internet since 1am! What’s going on? Down detector reports multiple issues…

  • GoonerKal Kal (@GoonerKal) reported from Poole, England

@1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

  • GoonerKal Kal (@GoonerKal) reported from Ashley Cross, England

@Plusnet thought my connectivity issues the past weekend were on my end but I’m seeing that many customers are having issues with intermittent drop outs. This evening has been frustrating. Already previously logged under Q number 232950185.

  • kittyhunt Amy (@kittyhunt) reported from Poole, England

@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

@Plusnet I’ve just spoken to an advisor on the phone to discuss if I’d be able to have a quicker internet service with yourselves than what I have currently. Whoever I spoke to was very abrupt with me and not very helpful. Certainly hasn’t helped me consider your service.

  • MarkHowitt GM Mark Howitt (@MarkHowitt) reported

@Plusnet Just now • Visible to anyone on or off @LinkedIn @bt_uk no communication or sign they would pay me what they owe me today. Poor. One of the people I spoke to could barely even speak let alone should be allowed on the phone in a pro manner. Might upload that video to Youtube.

  • blonde_moment83 Nicola Chapman (@blonde_moment83) reported

@Plusnet I can't change my payment method online, I just get an error which says "there has been an issue please consult your system administrator". I need to change my direct debit to a new bank account.

  • NakedAnthropolo The Naked Anthropologist (@NakedAnthropolo) reported

@Plusnet I'm a customer. How do I stop a neighbour who found my wifi password from accessing my broadband? The easiest way, please, step-by-step, and don't assume I know how to get to router settings etc. Thank you.

  • b34n3gg Sean 🔴⚪ (@b34n3gg) reported

@Plusnet funnily enough as an existing customer this is considered a perk. Like you're doing me a favour at this price 😡

  • Mark_J69 MarkJ (@Mark_J69) reported

@Plusnet Any update on the Force9 issue? It's been nearly 3 weeks since I've been able to access emails.

  • HKorndorffer Helen Korndorffer (@HKorndorffer) reported

@Plusnet hi there. We have a problem with intermittent cutout of internet. Last time it was because of the wire to the outside box. What's the best way to work with you to troubleshoot? Thanks.

  • RuckinRugby John 'Max' Maxwell (@RuckinRugby) reported

@Plusnet Can you please cancel my broadband account. You'd think this would be a simple few clicks on your website, but then this is UK 2025 isn't it. Do not give me a number to call.
