@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

@Plusnet Please stay away from plusnet they are the worst internet provider going, I am now getting 2 X less speed than my previous supplier and 3 X less than their guaranteed speed, I've only been with them 14 days but they are horrendous company to deal with

@Plusnet have an ongoing fault on broadband for over a month now. No response to my updates on the fault report or my texts and queuing for over 30 minutes in a hellscape of awful snippets of Christmas songs get through on your phones.

@bt_uk I think BT should review its dispatch arrangements to ensure equipment arrives well in advance of switchover. It was BT who told plusnet to cut off my service from 15 Dec. If I’d had a say I would have paid for a couple of days overlap rather than be in this mess.
