    @Plusnet since 8th June mates mum has been unable to receive calls. Mates mum is having to shield. @Plusnethelp are not taking this seriously and fix it despite the fact this is a 79 year old lady living on her own. Disgusting

    @plusnethelp Hi, the initial contact was with the support team and the support team told us they would be in touch with a date for an engineer which didn’t happen. As it happens we’ve now left Plusnet and joined Sky broadband

    @maburgess8 Plusnet that runs off EE. I'd understand if I wasn't receiving any service but I'm able to use it without any issues except from receiving calls and text messages. WhatsApp, Facebook messenger etc. no problems at all. Strange

    @Plusnet good honest broadband. Maybe not. Over charging the mother-in-law and apparently can’t resolve it due to their systems. Sounds like bull to me. Stop giving Yorkshire a bad name #fraudsters

    @bt_uk This is some of the best customer service I have seen! “Although Plusnet use the same Openreach lines and they can provide an SLT of 80/20...At the moment there is not availability in the BT slots in order to move your SLT to 80/20...” time to give up and switch!

    @Plusnet 2 new sim cards ordered. Only one received today and the changeover is due to happen tomorrow therefore could be a full day without any service. Why only 1 received when ordered both the same time??

    @plusnet I'm trying to turn off the answer service via the online manage your account.... The account says an error has occurred "you can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later". 8 months it said this.

    @carlosradioguy @Plusnet @TheAA_UK British Gas did exactly the same with us last week. So my husband did some price comparisons, found a cheaper company , contacted BG, & low & behold, BG have stayed at the same price! Loyalty sucks with these big companies if you don’t challenge them.

    @Plusnet No Internet for nearly a week here in Corris. Nobody at your call centre knows why, what the issue is, what is being done about it, why the delay, nothing at all. Why? It's not good enough!

    Sky broadband increasing prices, notified on the very same day I've had almost no service (Castlereagh, Belfast), and NO timescales for a fix. When this is sorted I'm going back to plusnet. Not good enough in the slightest (pretty disgraceful actually) #skyhelp @SkyHelpTeam

    @Plusnet no mobile service since yesterday in Redhill. I have been advised there is a mast down but nothing is showing as an outage and my neighbour on EE has no problems and I believe Plusnet use EE masts? My phone is essential for my business so this is a nightmare for me

    @Plusnet What is going on with your network and billing systems? Why is my service blocked again?! First your direct debit system fails to take the monthly payment. Then I have to spend an hour on customer service line to pay ovef the phone..
