@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

@BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

@shezimaster66 @Plusnet Same here, @plusnet has been up and down regularly in the last week (LS27 area). Each time is only for a minute and then it comes back again. Been great for 2 years before this week, now down more in 2 days than it has in 2 years.

My internet is so slow I can’t even open a webpage to do a speed test. I’m way below my stay fast speed. Had to disconnect Wi-fi just to tag you o. Twitter. Sort it out @Plusnet @plusnethelp .

Plusnet claim that they will do everything to support disabled customers but their only webchat service is for sales only, so there's no accessibility for customers who can't use a phone. Their webchat sales team told me it could be days before someone would reply to email

@Plusnet stopped working on SamsungTV and PS4 this morning both wired and wireless connection. All other devices are working fine (Apple, HP) except when trying to access Plusnet website. Is your site down or any service issues? Thanks.
