    @BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

    @GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

    Dear @plusnethelp @Plusnet your appalling customer support means on 11th day without Broadband, WiFi and telephoned. Enforced working from home means you are jeopardising our jobs

    @Plusnet another complaint! I need you to contact me about my broadband as your connection is useless! Oh and your phones don’t advise that there opens time is 9am and I have been waiting 20 mins. Awful service

    @Plusnet This is something you really need to look at adapting and changing because it is not compatible with a world in which people live in house shares and are working from home a lot more. It's a terrible way to do business.

    @Plusnet Why do you keep harassing ex-customers with unwanted contact? Surely this has to breach whatever data protection laws are applicable. Your customer service agents are rude and don't give a damn (why I left in the first place). We'll see if you even bother replying here 🙄

    @Plusnet please help. I've arrived in Vegas and I have no signal whatsoever on my mobile contract. Was fine in Mexico and Barcelona last month but here I have nothing. It's a work trip and urgent that I get this resolved asap. Please help!

    @Plusnet What's up with Plusnet Mobile? You have failed to port my old number to my new SIM after 10 days. Your call centre says it cannot take calls. Your complaint log email to me said you would reply bu June 3 but I got no reply. How to I cancel as there's no service at all.

    @OpenreachHelp Hi Openreach, I've been without broadband since May 10th!! Get my service through Plusnet. First told that my fault was stuck in your system, now told there is an MSO. Reaching end of my tether. Please can you help?
