@jan_skelton On the screen which shows the block, there should be a means for you to report this error to us on that page. Can you please do this, if you haven't done so already and we'll hopefully be able to correct this issue for future customers using this site? -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@sdcbmthsch Hi Stephen, that does sound rather odd. While this isn't something we'll have much knowledge on via this support channel, I'm certain someone in our Community Forum may be interested to know about this. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet Hello. We were meant to have a BT Openreach engineer install a new phone line yesterday. They never showed up (I was home all day). I have not heard anything back about a follow up. Can someone message me back please?

Discovered an oddity (bug) with @Plusnet router tonight when helping a friend. Access control feature, though clearly turned off, was behaving as if active - client only getting APIPA address. Once ACL enabled and then disabled again, the problem was resolved! Weird...

@Plusnet why can't I provide cancellation notice via email? Or better, through your website? I shouldn't have to call to cancel, that's ridiculous!

@Plusnet Used to be so good at customer service, this is why I switched back but it’s now dreadful. No online chat support anymore and the Twitter account makes funny posts but are no help whatsoever

@LaurenCJAnkers Hi Lauren! We don't apply any service restrictions until 14 days, we just add a splash screen notification that you can bypass. If this is affecting your ability to use certain devices, send us a message with your username and we'll take a look. - Cal, Plusnet Leeds

@Plusnet Can you please let me know an email address to contact customer support. I need to raise a ticket and don't have time to sit on hold for 30+ minutes.
