    @GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

    Dear @plusnethelp @Plusnet your appalling customer support means on 11th day without Broadband, WiFi and telephoned. Enforced working from home means you are jeopardising our jobs

    @MarcAllera Have been a customer of Plusnet over 20 years, trying to complain, get deadlock letter with incorrect facts, ask for it to be corrected, told no and that your customer advocate will not make further comment. Rude and such poor cust relations. Can you assist please?

    @Plusnet it seems there's no Internet connection in IP33. Devices are connected to the broadband but Internet is not working (exclamation mark next to the wi-fi icon). I switched on and off and reset the reuter to no avail. Help, please!

    Never use use @Plusnet ! Turns out they have lost and are unable to retrieve ALL fathers emails . How do I tell him that?? @Plusnet have no solutions! Can that really be true? #ridiculous

    After 4 days with no mobile signal thanks to Eunice I had a day on yesterday and could therefore use my bank account. Off again today. 4 more letters in @Telegraph today about BT digital phone service outage & problems in powercuts. @bt_uk @Plusnet

    Plusnet. Very poor. My 88 year old mum moved house. All booked. Didn’t come and made lots of excuses no Tv or internet. Said they can come in 8 days. Don’t use Plusnet or Open Reach. Useless

    @Plusnet interested in a sim only deal via money saving expert which includes a £25 plusnet reward card. I'm a broadband customer at present but am switching away, am I eligible for the data boost? Also, can both me and my partner claim a £25 reward card? Thank you.
