    Sign up for 80mb service from @Plusnet and consistently receive between just 5mb and 8mb speeds 2 engineer visits 1 new router Numerous 'fixes' by @Plusnet staff Numerous resets by us Now 'unable to connect to this network' so can't to work from home. 1 unhappy manager

    But apparently we can't leave and sign up to a different provider because we're 'under contract'. Do contracts only work one way then? @Plusnet Because I don't remember signing up for paying full whack for a consistent failure of service Surely this can't be allowed @Ofcom

    @thisistonyo @Plusnet Since Plusnet take forever to respond, checked with some network suppliers in that area - appears to be a network issue.

    My WiFi hub is now being used as a paper weight. I have accepted no help from the higher ups are coming. Plusnet engineers have quite their jobs knowing they'll never get more money out of me and have retired in barbados

    @rolandhoskins1 @GerriisalsoGigi PlusNet has a lot of them. I can never understand them on the phone. And if there is the slightest hitch they become aggressive. (the women that is).
