@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

@Plusnet 3 calls made to fix drop in speed. Cap lifted, twice nothing happens. Constantly having to reset box. Finding it hard to WFH. Promised outreach twice but nothing has happened. Very frustrated and disappointed in customer service. I want this escalated to a manager

Seriously getting to the end of my tether with @Plusnet broadband constantly going down now. Anyone else having similar problems? Website is worse than useless and support closes at 8pm. Not great when you rely on it for working from home. 😡
