@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

@Plusnet absolutely shocking and disgusting customer service received. I’ve just spoken with one of your advisors “Ray from Sheffield”after having no internet for almost 24 hours. He was completely rude and unhelpful and refused to send an engineer to look into the problem.

@PaulbernalUK PlusNet used to be a good independent ISP, but BT took them over & ruined their customer service. My elderly mother used them for a long time with no problems before the BT takeover.

@Plusnet 3 times in the last hour the net has gone off! it's all to do with this scummy scummy scummy company, usual bullshit send engineer out, all their doing, never again with this scummy company. 3 months and i'm out of here!!
