@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

@Plusnet This has been an ongoing problem not just for us but others as well in Kinross I suggest you contact open reach & get them to sort their boxes out as many are not getting the service that we pay for our promised contracts are not being met

@eddiecoke I had frequent line quality problems and outages when I sued BT and then with Sky. Moved to Plusnet which was good connection but terrible customer service (account set up delays & billing issues). Plusnet fee shot up after contract ended and the PO deal was too good to miss.

@AiberdeinQuine @Plusnet Google the issue. Your not alone. Many other customers with the same issue and Plusnet fail to adequately address it. Lost my WiFi connection 4 times today and had to reset my router.
