  • ThePhysioRooms The Physio Rooms (@ThePhysioRooms) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

  • OutaLee Lee Graham (@OutaLee) reported from Littlehampton, England

Seriously PlusNet... Your customer service is shocking

  • gregpaulshort Greg Short (@gregpaulshort) reported from Haywards Heath, England

@BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

  • KarenAms KarenAms (@KarenAms) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

Dear @plusnethelp @Plusnet your appalling customer support means on 11th day without Broadband, WiFi and telephoned. Enforced working from home means you are jeopardising our jobs

@Plusnet I'm fed up of being ignored on Email, Facebook & Twitter. I'm fed up of Plus Net taking advantage. I'm fed up of poor service. I'm most annoyed that you have ignored me & overcharged me 2 months running at a time when I am recovering from cancer surgery. Please act now.

  • James18Ferguson james ferguson 🍊 (@James18Ferguson) reported

Really looking forward the watching the great escapist on prime video the only problem is the internet is provided by @Plusnet very slow service

  • w1bble Jamie 💙 (@w1bble) reported

@SPCoulson @Plusnet spoofed numbers are still spoofed numbers, no UK telco bothers to stop or prevent them and blocking is (as always) a whack a mole problem.

  • AndrewD1553 Andrew Douglas (@AndrewD1553) reported

@MarcAllera Through your Plusnet brand - you are responsible for my 94 year granddad who lives alone being cut off since October. Numerous engineer no shows, promised callbacks not materialising. He has still paid every bill on time. ‘Sync issue’ you are apparently unable to resolve.

  • Deltad171 Deltad17 (@Deltad171) reported

@plusnethelp absolutely shocking service from Plusnet. Having spent the past week with intermittent 1Mbps. No help at all from them. In breach of contract

  • AndyPeace316 Andy Peace (@AndyPeace316) reported

@Plusnet @plusnethelp ...2/2 I have 3 boys trying to do schoolwork and I feel your customer service have only fobbed me off. I need a solution asap to save my sanity and stop me from switching suppliers. The ball's in your court.

  • twwooer Sheridan Birtwistle (@twwooer) reported

@MartinSLewis @Plusnet had 13 days notice to prepare bill to cover 1 day service: choose to bill for whole month, then after 21 days to reimburse. @Plusnet effectively taking 21 day, interest free loan of £40 from 88 year-old, who has no choice other than to find the money. 3/4

  • CorriganMJ Matthew Corrigan (@CorriganMJ) reported

Dear @Plusnet I can handle having to phone you because the 'deal' you've offered me to renew isn't as good as the deal I'd get as a new customer. I can handle sitting here on hold - 35 minutes and counting. But this music. Dear God! It's deliberate, isn't it? #customerservice

  • twwooer Sheridan Birtwistle (@twwooer) reported

@MartinSLewis here is sharp, utility industry, practice. I don't know if you have covered it. 88 year-old Mum, watching the £, existing landline/broadband provider @Plusnet contract due to end; cost £26 increasing to £40.64. Another provider offering same service for £18.99 1/4
