    @GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

    @jesshallsongs @Plusnet Thanks Jess. We're getting there slowly. Now it's been activated, but still not working because there's a fault somewhere & they're having to send an engineer out in the morning. It's just...endless. Broadband purgatory.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp awful customer service - my 75 year old “Yorkshire Folk” father waiting for connection since Tuesday am - also spending my time on hold to awful music - it isn’t like the adverts that’s for sure !

    @Plusnet you owe my Mum in law a huge apology! She has depression/anxiety so we deal with all of her admin. Have had to fight tooth and nail to try to deal with her account and still you made it impossible without her having to call you. No care for your customer’s wellbeing 🤬

    @OpenreachHelp Hi Antony, thank you for getting back to me, Plusnet are sorting it out but it will be a few days, and I just wanted to raise it as an issue because I shouldn't have my broadband cut off due to an error when my livelihood is depending on it at the moment
