@Plusnet I’ve been in contact, but have had no sensible answers as regards the problem. If my service does not change over by midnight as promised by your mgr I will be cancelling my order and will not be expecting any financial penalty. Not impressed. @WhichUK @BBCWatchdog for info.

I've been trying to order @Plusnet for the last hour and customer service is so bad I'm tempted not to bother. Waited ten minutes to speak to someone, the line was cut off and the advisor didn't even have the courtesy to call me back.

@Plusnet I’m supposed to be going live with you today, but have heard nothing from you. No contact from my current provider about leaving them. I can only assume nothings been processed. What the hells going on? @WhichUK Does all this give me grounds to terminate for breach?

@AndyWoodturner We're with Plusnet now. There is always a battle with BT. I said I would leave after their charges. New price still high. Left to go to plusnet and got a call to pricematch plusnet. Crazy. The worst thing is,plusnet is a subsidiary of BT. No need for this crap.

Never dealt with a company so useless, with rude, arrogant, and obnoxious advisers like @Plusnet. Wouldn't let me get a word in edge ways trying to explain I'm stuck not being able to work because of their fault, confirmed external fault. Someone better get in touch immediately!

@plusnet Hi. My plusnet mobile consistently fails to make or take calls. They drop after 1 ring or 1-2 secs of call despite good signal. Having to use landlines for most calls now. Can you help please?

@Plusnet Hello, my service has been upgraded to full fiber but my new router hasn't arrived yet. Has it been dispatched?

Well done @Plusnet. Old ISP has disconnected their service and your router has not arrived. So no way of finding out if I have been transferred to you a day early. An auspicious start to your service.

@Plusnet I thought there was supposed to be no preferential treatment of network users? How come my wife (EE customer) gets 2-3bars of 4G and my daughter and I get no signal (Plusnet customers)? We have the same phones.
