  • gregpaulshort Greg Short (@gregpaulshort) reported from Haywards Heath, England

@BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

Dear @plusnethelp @Plusnet your appalling customer support means on 11th day without Broadband, WiFi and telephoned. Enforced working from home means you are jeopardising our jobs

  • ThePhysioRooms The Physio Rooms (@ThePhysioRooms) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

  • KarenAms KarenAms (@KarenAms) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

Dear @Plusnet @plusnethelp so disappointed that still no broadband or tv after 6 days. Chose you for your supposedly good customer services 😢

  • OutaLee Lee Graham (@OutaLee) reported from Littlehampton, England

  • bfgPhiwl Phil Hancey (@bfgPhiwl) reported

@Plusnet outstanding performance problems for months. Now virtually unusable. Now told there is a third reason for you not providing the service I've been paying for. You owe me a lot of money for months of service you haven't been giving me

  • Granite2Man spiffy (@Granite2Man) reported

@rob3047 @Plusnet @plusnethelp Now I thought Plusnet was most reliable from all their blurb on radio. Shouting from the rooftops "Plusnet, won't let you down." Forgive them, they lied! Best I've had is Btinternet. Time to change Rob.

  • BinkyPro Andrew Cook (@BinkyPro) reported

@Plusnet @Ofcom @OpenreachHelp We have had no connection for 24 hours and you have not updated us to what is going on. 5/6 weeks plus of a failing/intermittent broadband service, very little customer support and now no internet at all. I need to work from home tomorrow

  • stevewhiteraven stevewhiteraven ☮️🕊️🌳🌹 (@stevewhiteraven) reported

@DrewLawDesign Yelled at @VodafoneUK they have apparently decided i owe them £70 and sent it to a debt collector (no letters hear at all from them ) for a service they failed to provide last year (despite 4 promises) so I got Plusnet to do it, they had NP

  • SarahLachlann Sarah Lachlann (@SarahLachlann) reported

@mrlockyer Hands down @plusnet 6 months if my life I’m not getting back.

  • gabbygabbybrook gabby@gabbybrooks (@gabbygabbybrook) reported

@Plusnet I have just become a Plusnet customer and had to have @WeAreOpenreach to install a new box. Just found out that the engineer has stolen a necklace and Plusnet don't want to know...they employ thieves to come into your house and aren't interested. Disgraceful!

  • sezl Sarah Ledger (@sezl) reported

@Plusnet broadband won’t connect in Carlisle. Is there a local issue?

  • colin1951uk Colin Knight (@colin1951uk) reported

@BanahanJayne @MoneySavingExp @virginmedia It sounds to me like you’ve got tv in that package, broadband on its own wouldn’t be so expensive. Whatever get out of it penalty free & maybe try Plusnet or TalkTalk (who I use,) there’s no difference in the service speeds, it’s just customer support that’s lacking. Good luck.

  • plusnethelp Plusnet Help (@plusnethelp) reported

@George43148193 Thanks for getting in touch, sorry to hear you want to leave Plusnet. Unfortunately we’re not able to cancel your contract here, please call 0800 013 2632 and my colleague will be able to help. - Curtis

  • trainlagged trainlagged (@trainlagged) reported

@Coastway_Will I have the same issues. That's have nothing to do with Plusnet - it probably means the wifi cables in your street are all ****** up and damaged so the wifi signal doesn't get through.
