@Plusnet seems like our broadband once again is down. Changed to Fibre on 17th December 2021, yet since this date the internet has been shocking. Now I’m unable to work properly from home!

@virginmedia Internet out for 24 hours in Oxford and no indication of when service will be restored. 'We're working hard' the bot says. So should I be but I can't. Very much wishing I hadn't switched ftom @Plusnet. Be warned!

@Plusnet What defines you is a Co that has no idea! I sent letter of complaint to PN & I just had a call from Raj in complaints to tell me that HE thinks the letter I got from them is not threatening in any way. Let's see what the Ombudsmen says. Raj is ignorant!

@Plusnet I have sent three emails to customer support and no reply my contract is up today and i asked about renewal in December no reply have been charged out of contract fee which is £16 more / month so have cancelled direct debit
