@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

@Plusnet another complaint! I need you to contact me about my broadband as your connection is useless! Oh and your phones don’t advise that there opens time is 9am and I have been waiting 20 mins. Awful service

@virginmedia You see, I'm not frustrated at all because I have Vodafone and PlusNet backups that are both working. My concern is for the others who don't and now cannot work from home. Problem is, we have all reported it and it still say's no fault! Is it a lie? So, we appear to be screwed!
