  @CitizensAdvice HELP PLEASE ...With @plusnethelp @Plusnet They wont even give me a grace period , i explained ive a funeral to attend on tues 8th & im going to have to cancel my hospital appointment also now due to this & go without food .meaning i cannot take my meds either !

  Well @Plusnet am glad I have my own paid email service. How do business customers go on if they rely on the email service. I remember the last major email disaster in about 2008 and that dragged on for about a week.

  @Plusnet Seriously poor service. I’m waiting for an important email to set up a new energy account (thanks to UK’s energy market meltdown) and nothing is getting through.
