    @CitizensAdvice HELP PLEASE ...With @plusnethelp @Plusnet They wont even give me a grace period , i explained ive a funeral to attend on tues 8th & im going to have to cancel my hospital appointment also now due to this & go without food .meaning i cannot take my meds either !

    @Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

But you get the idea :P I worked at the larger internet company where I live, know a big thing or two on how it all operates. there's probably an issue with your COAX, DSL or FIBER. going into your place. it all depends... where...

    If you want to know why the UK is draining down the plughole it is encapsulated in this: our internet is rubbish. Plusnet suggested full fibre. 2 months later we still don't have it. It's going to take 3 companies & 4 visits to get it installed. Time, cost, inefficiency. UK 2026

    @Plusnet No that's just it, I've recently renewed at got sold my latest deal which was only a little less that what I was originally paying. Why offer me a deal that's significantly worse than your most expensive when I'm getting a lot less for my money.. Terrible service.

    @CHR15_MTB @ben_benjamin3 @virginmedia i had the exact same issue with Sky, couldnt match the offers being advertised elsewhere, i cancelled and also went over to plusnet.

    Dear Sky, Your customer service is rubbish, our loyalty used to matter not any more. As soon as our current contract for broadband is up, we are switching to Plusnet. A pissed off customer

    @SimonHawkins @Plusnet If you login to your account it shows you bill and payments underneath it's contract details and it tells you everything. Just checked mine ( broadband) but not sure if it's the same for mobile phone contract

    @Plusnet absolutely awful service from Plusnet. Three weeks without any broadband. No one cares. No one fixes anything. No one takes responsibility to sort out problems. Absolutely terrible.
