I need to call plusnet to get the interim password to get updated to my actual password so I can sign in. But my landline phone hasn't been charging for long enough to make a phone call, my only Internet access is through my mobile phone so I'm waiting for the phone to charge.

@steviejb87 Thats what we are on now FTTC then copper to the house. We just moved from BT to plusnet because we were paying 75 a month for 70 down which was too expensive but plusnet was a **** idea terrible service. It surprising though for such a developed country to still be using copper

Switched to @Plusnet today. What a mistake! Can’t watch Netflix, BBCiPlayer etc as it constantly freezes. This is why I hate this idea of switching because you end up lumbered with a service that may be cheaper on paper but then you’re landed with a poorer service. #disappointed

ISPs+OpenReach — #TalkTalk #Plusnet #zeninternet Imagine paying full ££ rate for DSL with line speed <0.4Mbps (reducing to zero when it rains hard/snows) ..a rising price, every few months.. ISP refuses service when they see you are changing supplier. What a grim UK telecoms env.
