@CitizensAdvice HELP PLEASE ...With @plusnethelp @Plusnet They wont even give me a grace period , i explained ive a funeral to attend on tues 8th & im going to have to cancel my hospital appointment also now due to this & go without food .meaning i cannot take my meds either !

@sue_lees @dsue1441_re We have Plusnet... an issue a few weeks ago was dealt with by @plusnethelp very professionally. It took a while to resolve but they kept on it till it was. No real problems with them at all tbh

A little #broadband tale… Call current provider @TalkTalk to get a better deal, they can’t match @Plusnet & so we sign up. Email from TalkTalk, “we can do a better deal!” Cancel Plusnet, continue with TalkTalk. Despite cancellation, Plusnet plough on with process & send router
