Jonathon Moreels (@Jmoreels) reported@plusnet please can you stop with the standard copy and paste answer. I recieved my last email at 5pm on Tuesday and haven’t received anything on my pc since and webmail doesn’t work. I did get 3 emails on my phone at 3am this morning but nothing more. HELP!

Over the years, #PlusNet has twice deleted my entire email Inbox through their failure to communicate properly that I'd exceeded their 1Gb limit. Terrible way to treat folk

NickMoyes (@NickMoyes) reported@outagedetect It was a 24 hour email outage for most people, not 10 minutes. And problems are still ongoing as I type this. Appalling time delay by #PlusNet to fix this.
