    @CitizensAdvice HELP PLEASE ...With @plusnethelp @Plusnet They wont even give me a grace period , i explained ive a funeral to attend on tues 8th & im going to have to cancel my hospital appointment also now due to this & go without food .meaning i cannot take my meds either !

    @Plusnet It seems i have been charged £10.20 for early termination when i was out of contract i will not be paying and i will not be a returning customer been with plusnet on/off for years.

    @Plusnet I received my sim 2 days ago. Working fine the day it arrived. Yesterday my number was due to change over from my previous provider. I could only make calls yesterday and couldnt text or connect to the internet. Today I have no reception showing at all. Can you help?

    Please sort this out because I'm now in the market for another provider. I've gone through this all before and was never compensated. Being out of contract now , I have no incentive to stay with you anymore @plusnethelp #plusnet

    @Plusnet hi. I'm still being billed the wrong amount for my service. I got a refund for the first bill, but still got charged incorrectly on the following bill. I tried calling - the phone system is still busy. I replied to the message on my account, got no reply. Please help?🥺

    @plusnet Morning, have woken to no broadband, landline is fine. All connected up, nothing has changed at all. Have rebooted and reset hub, made no difference. Help please !

    @Plusnet Hi. I’m having trouble with my new sim. Keeps saying could not activate mobile data network, you are not subscribed to a mobile data service. Definitely should be and Sim has been active for several days prior to this. Thanks
