    @Plusnet @JonBushby77 It's not just some!!! It's clearly all customers how about actually providing am update instead of a copied message? Ridiculous paying for this and rude customer service over phone

    @SoProJanet @Plusnet I was being put on hold for an hour and the staff told me they are aware of the nationwide incident but they are not sure what is causing the issue and they are working to resolve it ASAP. They are not sure how long this will last too.

    @Plusnet @midslibrarian I've had no internet since 10.30am, WFH full time & am freelance. That response is a bit different from the phonecall I had earlier to say that the problem is at Plusnet's end, affecting loads of customers, and they're working on it, but they don't know when it will be fixed!
