@CitizensAdvice HELP PLEASE ...With @plusnethelp @Plusnet They wont even give me a grace period , i explained ive a funeral to attend on tues 8th & im going to have to cancel my hospital appointment also now due to this & go without food .meaning i cannot take my meds either !

@suebenn @Plusnet @plusnethelp They told me the same thing, apparently i didnt tick a box or something, i would never want to have kept my number as i didnt even use the phone £53.97 spent on 3 five day btwifi passes now.. Oh and also the month up front to plusnet.. Absolute joke.

If your looking to save some money by switching your broadband provider then for the love of god DO NOT SWTICH TO PLUSNET. I already regret it because they're SLOW AS *****! You REALLY need a signal booster just to do anything because they suck so bad.

@Plusnet did you give yourselves the award for best broadband customer service?? It’s shocking how useless you are. Nearly three weeks without broadband or a phone line. I was assured that I would be compensated for my inconvenience as soon as my line was activated....nothing!
