    @CitizensAdvice HELP PLEASE ...With @plusnethelp @Plusnet They wont even give me a grace period , i explained ive a funeral to attend on tues 8th & im going to have to cancel my hospital appointment also now due to this & go without food .meaning i cannot take my meds either !

    @DeliciousLegacy Earlier today, some customers experienced problems accessing their emails and accounts in Plusnet Member Centre and connecting to their broadband service. We worked quickly to resolve this and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    @Plusnet I am having trouble with my internet. Line has been checked and is ok, I sent REFRESH text an hour ago but had no response and still not working. When I go to use WiFi again it just says no internet connection. Can you help please as nothing is happening

    @The_Chesh_Cat @Plusnet Yup, just not owning their issue. The advisor I eventually got through to (after 72 minutes of being on hold, none the wiser that there was a wider issue due to nothing on socials or the service status page) advised that they're aware there's an issue, but no clue what it is.

    @Plusnet PlusNet has now been down for over 2 hours with no indication of when it will be up & running again. 😤 Come on Plusnet! I’m working from home today & need to crack on!

    After checking for 1hr @Plusnet hanging up on people after a recorded message, who call your support line, isn't good customer service, your status page states there are no issues still! Thanks to @VOXI_UK I've been able to set up a hotspot to at least answer some emails!
