    @CitizensAdvice HELP PLEASE ...With @plusnethelp @Plusnet They wont even give me a grace period , i explained ive a funeral to attend on tues 8th & im going to have to cancel my hospital appointment also now due to this & go without food .meaning i cannot take my meds either !

    @Plusnet the fact that your staff repeatedly tell me they will call me back and don't, the fact they don't know their arse from their elbow. You do not offer any level of customer service. I will quite happily sit outside your office if I have to #poor #badcustomerservice

    @plusnethelp Hi. I am trying to help an elderly person who has a Plusnet connection issue. I have called three times (on hold for 20 minutes each time), tried the online chat (very poor chatbot) and DM (19/11/20). No answer. Please refer to my original message. Thanks.

    Good morning @Plusnet. Over the last 2 days my internet has been cutting out, sometimes for several minutes at a time. As a therapist trying to do remote work with clients the lack of an uninterrupted internet signal is proving extremely disruptive. Can you please look into this?

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp @Plusnet can you please ensure that you don’t leave an 87 year old man without any way of contacting me especially as he relies on his landline a lot. What if there had been a genuine emergency?

    @SkyHelpTeam on Sunday got email saying sim sent, still no sign of it, royal snail mail must be really slow, think I shld have stayed with plusnet

    Beware of @Plusnet they DON’T make sure that their service is working when you swap companies like they say in their marketing material. And when you complain they cut you off. @Plusnet I suggest you ring 07736956662 or these tweets will continue all day!
