@Plusnet I am getting very worried that I will have a gap in my broadband service! Sky have just told me they stop mine on 8/12 and I haven’t heard a snip from you since I requested the switch. HELP!

Dreadful customer service from @Plusnet! I would not recommend them to anyone! I’m moving home next week and they have already disconnected me on 23rd November, would not reconnect me and now will not connect me at my new address until the 20th December!! Been lied to 3 times!

@Plusnet hi there, I have checked on down detector and can see there are issues with your service. I currently have no broadband. Can you confirm this as all your services are still coming up as being ‘green’

@redmeister81 Inevitable as they downgrade plusnet to a budget offering. Shame really, always had good service from them - consumer and business.

@Plusnet hey Plusnet, I'm trying to use my own router but the device claims the wan cable is unplugged although it's not? I've got fibre and done the required settings properly, do your network specialist have an idea what might be wrong? The router is Asus rt ac85p

@Plusnet I've been waiting the whole day for a reply from your customer service. Cannot make a phone call as I'm no longer living in the UK. Need you to message me asap or otherwise I will lose my money.

@Plusnet Hi Mike, I don't have an issue with the Internet? I need to arrange to cancel or transfer my service please

@Plusnet I thought you had “award winning” customer service? Been 6 weeks since I left you and you owe me over £100 but can’t get a straight answer from anyone. Complete joke of a company! Do not join them people.
