@CitizensAdvice HELP PLEASE ...With @plusnethelp @Plusnet They wont even give me a grace period , i explained ive a funeral to attend on tues 8th & im going to have to cancel my hospital appointment also now due to this & go without food .meaning i cannot take my meds either !

@Plusnet I am an existing customer and am now wondering whether to renew my contract with you. I've been offered a new deal but it's more expensive than what's advertised on the website. How come? Surely I should be able to access your best deals as a loyal existing customer.

@Plusnet had slow Internet for over a week now 1.7mbps at best can't watch any on demand services without annoying buffering having to use phone data as its so slow have done all checks its getting very frustrating never had this problem with Sky

Really unpleasant experience trying to change broadband service for a relative currently in care home - diabolical really from both @plusnet and @johnlewis broadband - avoid both
