    @CitizensAdvice HELP PLEASE ...With @plusnethelp @Plusnet They wont even give me a grace period , i explained ive a funeral to attend on tues 8th & im going to have to cancel my hospital appointment also now due to this & go without food .meaning i cannot take my meds either !

    @Plusnet Someone was going to call me to discuss becoming a customer. I wanted to wait a day to give EE a chance but the man I spoke to did not call me at the time that we arranged and booked. I would have taken the service and joined plusnet, but have just signed in with Sky.

    Hi @youfibre, sent my final bill from Plusnet to the CBO email address nearly a month ago and I’ve still received no correspondence or payment for it. Can you please advise what’s the hold up as no one in customer service seems to know, just referred back to email @JeremyChelot

    .@plusnet need router moved. phone waiting time constantly over 20/30 minutes. phone message says to go to website. website says call first or leave instagram message. instagram message says call first or fo to website. Who designed your customer service? Franz Kafka?

    @Plusnet good morning. I’ve had someone from MJ Quinn out this morning for our fill fibre install, but they’ve been unable to finish at the pole where the fibre runs from is full. He advised someone needs to install a new CBT on the pole so we can get up and running Can you help?
