@Plusnet Hi. My phone line has been cut off for several days now, and I really need some assistance. This is the 3rd/4th time this has happened to me. I’ve tried calling customer services but apparently all your staff are out due to your company thanking them for their work.

@Plusnet I've now spoken to the debt collection agency you have instructed & forwarded them the emails I received confirming there was no cancellation charge. They're referring them to to your finance dept. I've received more help from them than Plusnet!! I'd never recommend your company!

@Plusnet Qs: for you: (I'm guessing you use OpenReach). If OpenReach were doing planned works in a customer area, (a) would you be notified and (b) would you pre-warn those affected customers?

@Plusnet any chance your support can look at my fault? Broadband dropping out and consistently slow speeds especially upload of 0.3mbps.
