@CitizensAdvice HELP PLEASE ...With @plusnethelp @Plusnet They wont even give me a grace period , i explained ive a funeral to attend on tues 8th & im going to have to cancel my hospital appointment also now due to this & go without food .meaning i cannot take my meds either !

@Plusnet @plusnethelp hi, my broadband service today and yesterday has been shocking. It has cut out 8 times in the past 3 hours alone which is unacceptable as I need it to work from home (so I’ve had to use loads of my mobile data allowance). Can you please tell me when I 1/2

@Plusnet Please explain why you will not offer FTTP to properties with fibre cables recently laid. I cannot understand why you can connect via FTTC but not FTTP. There seems to be no just reason. I don't really want to leave you as you provide an excellent service. Confused....
