Michael Briggs 🔬🏏🎸🐝🦔🍺🌱 (@MD_Briggs) reported@ArmchairAdml BT is dreadful tbh. Only found out that broadband has gone up - have really a bad rural service too - & they are charging £4/mo for a land line that I dont use. Got a better £20 deal from plusnet - called BT and told them to match it or I’m leaving - they matched it (nearly) 👍
-
Alison Lees (@AlisonMLees) reported@Plusnet I just phoned one of your other numbers, and the lady who answered was completely useless. Your customer service has gone downhill.
-
peztyke (@peztyke) reported@JoshCF_ Just switch if the retention team dont offer new customer price. But bear in mind virgin, brsk and a few other companies require a new drill through in the property because they don't use the same fibre line. Plusnet use the same line and bt so it would just be a ont change.
-
Hazzy (@HazzyG123) reported@Plusnet My service is activated, it was sorted Tuesday this week.
-
Richard Holliday | Author 🇬🇧 (@rjph_author) reported@Plusnet Thanks, I will give that a go! Funnily enough, it's little weird and annoying issues with websites not working right which is what I wanted to post about. Are you able to assist at all?
-
Alison Lees (@AlisonMLees) reported@Plusnet I have new email, says I'm switching to ee in 30 days. I phoned already. I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Please fix it.
-
chris Jones (@spinner2000) reported@Plusnet my broadband is due for renewal I dont usually look at "exclusive" deals for me but tonight I have and it is cheaper to be a new customer and get a £160.00 gift card.. And to think I have 3 more family accounts with you aswel.. So much for loyalty.. Time to switch 😒
-
(((Mark Hoffmeister))) 🔼 (@drasnah) reported@Plusnet I'm a new broadband customer effective yesterday having left EE. Your service supposedly faster 900 seems slow and glitchy. Is this the new norm do I need an engineer to call rd to check set up? I've messaged your tech bot guys and awaiting there response. Unimpressed.
-
Wendi Sheard (@WendiSheard) reported@Plusnet will you be answering the phone by 20.00? Or will I be disconnected as per voicemail? Is there an overall problem with the internet with you?
-
MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.
