@Plusnet My Mum's phone line has been down since Monday. She's elderly, has a heart condition and lives alone. She has a pendant alarm in case of emergencies which isn't working as it requires a landline. I was told it would be fixed by 15:36 yesterday. It's still not working

@Plusnet @OpenreachHelp The amount of hours I have given to sorting this out is beyond a joke! The worst customer experience I have faced bar none. A complete and utter joke! Fair play to the young man who is now dealing with it who is sticking to his word and calling me back.

@Plusnet Plusnet have been amazing I’ve been with you for coming upto 7 years. @TalkTalk told me you were shutting down to panic me into taking their fullfibre package, but because I never received a router, I never disconnected: never had a problem with you! Tktk are billing me though.

@Plusnet evening, our broadband is down, has been all day. Was working fine when we went to bed last night and this morning it wasn't working. Tried all the usual stuff. Turned it on and off etc, checked cables . Still nothing

@Plusnet Existing customer on "normal" fibre. I have received a (good!) offer re: your "Full Fibre 145". You have my attention! Q1. Can I use my existing TP Link (decent spec.) router with it? Q2. Is installation included/free?

@Plusnet No Mike, sorry, I need my issue addressed, not more 'you'll hear from us soon' messages. Especially as I've already heard that twice in the last two days, and on both of those occasions it turned out to be a lie.
