@Plusnet I've tried number of times and they still refuse. Plusnet have taken a payment after my father's death and refuse to talk to me and even refuse to take a complaint without his username which I don't know. How about you dm me to arrange someone to sort this out?

  • mizpah68
    Jacqui Langstead (@mizpah68) reported

@Plusnet Iโ€™ve been with you for years yet to switch to full fibre broadband Iโ€™ve got to pay more than a new customer. This is so wrong. Iโ€™m disabled and internet is my contact with the outside world yet penalised because I choose to stay with you

  • littlehaven2014
    Ann Jones (@littlehaven2014) reported

@Plusnet Hi I have received a request to return my broadband router. I am no longer a customer. I have followed the instructions to print a return label. Though I don't have a printer. I would love to return the router to be recycled. Please advise.

  • karencerrig
    Karen Kelly (@karencerrig) reported

@Plusnet Hi. I've had a letter saying my broadband and phone service will be transferred to EE soon. As there is not fibre option (only copper) how is this going to work? Many thanks.

    plusnet sucks *** honestly

  • hangrenade86
    Sinead ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€๐ŸŒˆ (@hangrenade86) reported

@Plusnet is there an email contact that I can use to cancel my order?

  • MachLoopWales
    MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported

@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.

  • gromitfoxzero
    GromitFoxZero (@gromitfoxzero) reported

@whisperwoIf @virginmedia I mean they didnโ€™t let customers cancel and yet they got fined yesterday by our regulator here in the UK for ยฃ28m. I canโ€™t relate because I use Plusnet which practically never goes out or ***** up a lot

  • Nigelh7n
    Nigel Hurneyman (@Nigelh7n) reported

@WeAreOpenreach My provider will probably be #BT, because I have to switch from #Plusnet to keep my home phone number. I know you own the network and I believe you do all BT-related updates, but do you allow other broadband providers to do their own updates on it?

  • MarkHowitt
    GM Mark Howitt (@MarkHowitt) reported

@Plusnet poor again making me lose connection another call needed for comp @Ofcom
