-
Nicky Robson (@Nicky_Robson) reported@Plusnet I've tried number of times and they still refuse. Plusnet have taken a payment after my father's death and refuse to talk to me and even refuse to take a complaint without his username which I don't know. How about you dm me to arrange someone to sort this out?
-
Jacqui Langstead (@mizpah68) reported@Plusnet Iโve been with you for years yet to switch to full fibre broadband Iโve got to pay more than a new customer. This is so wrong. Iโm disabled and internet is my contact with the outside world yet penalised because I choose to stay with you
-
Ann Jones (@littlehaven2014) reported@Plusnet Hi I have received a request to return my broadband router. I am no longer a customer. I have followed the instructions to print a return label. Though I don't have a printer. I would love to return the router to be recycled. Please advise.
-
Karen Kelly (@karencerrig) reported@Plusnet Hi. I've had a letter saying my broadband and phone service will be transferred to EE soon. As there is not fibre option (only copper) how is this going to work? Many thanks.
-
๐๐๐๐๐๐ โจ (@kelliemufc) reportedplusnet sucks *** honestly
-
Sinead ๐ณ๏ธโ๐ (@hangrenade86) reported@Plusnet is there an email contact that I can use to cancel my order?
-
MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.
-
GromitFoxZero (@gromitfoxzero) reported@whisperwoIf @virginmedia I mean they didnโt let customers cancel and yet they got fined yesterday by our regulator here in the UK for ยฃ28m. I canโt relate because I use Plusnet which practically never goes out or ***** up a lot
-
Nigel Hurneyman (@Nigelh7n) reported@WeAreOpenreach My provider will probably be #BT, because I have to switch from #Plusnet to keep my home phone number. I know you own the network and I believe you do all BT-related updates, but do you allow other broadband providers to do their own updates on it?
-
GM Mark Howitt (@MarkHowitt) reported@Plusnet poor again making me lose connection another call needed for comp @Ofcom
