@plusnethelp Just waiting for final bill from @Plusnet as it was due out of @AskHalifaxBank today, but it hasn't been generated yet, won't be much, as cancel fee is only £11, so maybe end up with £12 back minus what little Internet we used til the contract was terminated

Urgh, I'm crap with anything to do with Internet speeds and stuff, and trying to change my broadband/WiFi as mine is plusnet and its shit, but I don't know what's a good speed! I don't like getting old.

Been with @Plusnet 5 years. New Android could not access home router, but can access other routers. Customer support said it was my device so I had to sort it out myself. I found answer on Plusnet customer forum: factory reset router. I just went to a new broadband provider.

@Plusnet my internet has been down since last night I did a fault checker this morning and if says there is a fault in my area and it is not expected to be fixed till 31st October. This is ridiculous surely something can be done sooner
