    @RaveofRavendale @bt_uk We had similar issues with BT. If you're changing I reaaaaaally recommend Plusnet. Every time I've call them up for an issue they literally answer the phone within 2 minutes. It's amazing.

    BIG let down with #plusnet.big let down put price up 2 times when you take new contract in 2 month this no right and no #managers to speak to. you ask for one

    @suebenn @Plusnet @plusnethelp They told me the same thing, apparently i didnt tick a box or something, i would never want to have kept my number as i didnt even use the phone £53.97 spent on 3 five day btwifi passes now.. Oh and also the month up front to plusnet.. Absolute joke.

    Hi @Plusnet are there internet problems in Birmingham? My WiFi has been dropping and the router flashing red every ten minutes since 9am.and I have a lot of important work.meetings today and it's impossible. What's going on?

    Appalling service from @Plusnet. Moved house 5 weeks ago and still no broadband. Instead: endless delays, “unforeseen circumstances” and mysteriously disappearing engineers. 😱 🤖

    I need to call plusnet to get the interim password to get updated to my actual password so I can sign in. But my landline phone hasn't been charging for long enough to make a phone call, my only Internet access is through my mobile phone so I'm waiting for the phone to charge.
