    Urgh, I'm crap with anything to do with Internet speeds and stuff, and trying to change my broadband/WiFi as mine is plusnet and its shit, but I don't know what's a good speed! I don't like getting old.

    @plusnethelp Just waiting for final bill from @Plusnet as it was due out of @AskHalifaxBank today, but it hasn't been generated yet, won't be much, as cancel fee is only £11, so maybe end up with £12 back minus what little Internet we used til the contract was terminated

    @Plusnet absolutely shocking service had 5Mbps internet for 2 days now no reply no interest shown whatsoever can safely say the internet provider will be getting changed shortly!!!!

    @Plusnet Your 900mbps is a joke. Wish I had never left @zeninternet . I was on 57mbps service with them and it was faster than your new service we have opted in too. How can this be? To be fobbed of with you should use a cable to connect is very poor.

    @KevlarBrock @EE @Plusnet Sky are relatively good for pricing right now, however they also operate on the Openreach lines so if it’s an Openreach issue it might be a recurring thing - Starlink is a good shout or the 5G routers

    @Plusnet we were without internet for best part of 2 weeks at the end of June going into July, was fixed 6th July… was told we would be entitled to retrospective compensation off the bill (which was never properly explained) so I phoned up
