    Urgh, I'm crap with anything to do with Internet speeds and stuff, and trying to change my broadband/WiFi as mine is plusnet and its shit, but I don't know what's a good speed! I don't like getting old.

    @plusnethelp Just waiting for final bill from @Plusnet as it was due out of @AskHalifaxBank today, but it hasn't been generated yet, won't be much, as cancel fee is only £11, so maybe end up with £12 back minus what little Internet we used til the contract was terminated

    @xoalexo @virginmedia @Plusnet Virgin’s service is the worst. We spent like a MONTH a while ago trying to call them because we had an issue, and it was impossible.

    So happy my contract with @Plusnet is ending! "Unlimited Fibre Extra" average download speed 66Mb. I never once received over 38Mb in the last 18 months. Worst provider with disgusting customer service. Avoid this company at all costs, Saving a few quid is not always good!!!!

    @plusnethelp Since joining Plusnet I've been without service for nearly a week, I have been sent three identical, equally useless, routers, and my Wifi coverage has been compramised so badly that I have to use mobile data in my kitchen and bathroom.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp this morning my router is just showing a orange flashing light. Have reset it, and turned it off at the wall and left it, but every time it comes back orange light. Any suggestions? Postcode is BH17 8AE if that helps with issues
