Urgh, I'm crap with anything to do with Internet speeds and stuff, and trying to change my broadband/WiFi as mine is plusnet and its shit, but I don't know what's a good speed! I don't like getting old.

@OpenreachHelp we have had no @Plusnet broadband since 18th Nov. The ETR has been pushed back week after week. Apparently a ‘major service outage’ however none of our neighbours affected. Does #openreach not take any accountability in fixing problems? When will this be fixed?

@Plusnet What is the deal with the daily reset at 2am for the last few days? The typical (user request) reason, when it wasn't. God damn annoying yet again. Over a year since I came to you, I had 2 months of great service, the last 11 months have been terrible.
