    @marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @crazysanejay @EdZachary5 @Kjvincent1979 Plusnet for me. Always been amazing. They're basically a subsidiary of BT so you get the same quality for less money. Customer service has always been top-notch too.

    @plusnet the Diagnostic Bot has changed its estimated for resolving broadband issues from 19:15 today to 16:04 on Thursday, a 2 day slip! Yet the Service Status page reports no Issues. I'd like to report an issue with your Service Status page!

    @Plusnet problem solved. I replaced the plusnet router with another one I had spare (TP Link) and our connection is fine, So I'm afraid the one you sent me is being filed under 'bin'.

    @Plusnet Yer, the explanation still doesn't cover a fixed term agreement being changed once i took up the offer. It's quite underhanded really. I take the special offer, only for the price to escalate afterwards. The reason/excuse behind the rise should not be my problem

    @Kjvincent1979 Plusnet Don't do sky or direct with BT (they announced phasing out direct sales to consumers which is down to poor customer support)

    @Plusnet in the last 4-5 days I experienced lots of loss of broadband connection (orange light on hub 1) and very slow and irregular speed. Is there any local issues (EN5). Could you please check by line?

    @Kjvincent1979 @AlbusAndEye I left plusnet due to shocking service. Charged me for Internet for 9 months and I couldn't get any Internet. Refused to even meet me halfway. Criminal.
