@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

OK @Plusnet my service stops working at 9:00 PM EVERY NIGHT. Your support stops working at 8:00 PM. Any ideas?

@Plusnet your service is hopeless. Despite suffering issues and being promised a call back late February noone has called. I've complained on twitter, given my details and noone has called me. I've been queuing for hours on you phone lines. What's going on?

@Hotspur67 I’m not going to ask but I bet whatever you’re paying BT it will be cheaper with PlusNet. If you’re looking to make some savings I’d go plusnet or ring them up and get a quote then go back to BT and speak to their customer retention department and they might make a counter offer.

@Plusnet When I try to look at the upgrade options on my broadband all I get is "An error has occurred You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later.". Can you help?

@Plusnet More likely your sales system just itself checks if a referred customer is 'existing' and if yes doesn't confirm the order to the affiliate network it came from. (I realise Aff. Window & Quidco never see one's account details)

I am currently a Plusnet mobile customer. My chosen plan was £6, 4Gb data, unlimited calls and texts on a rolling 30 day arrangement. My monthly plan has increased to £6.55. My old arrangement is still available to new customers which I consider grossly unfair @Plusnet

@plusnet Is there problems with your broadband in the TN12 postcode area? Woke up and my router is solid orange, tried to reset to no avail.
