@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

  • adechapmanlaw Adrian Chapmanlaw (@adechapmanlaw) reported from Bournemouth, England

Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

Plusnet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ElliottClarkson Elliott Clarkson (@ElliottClarkson) reported

Moved from @Plusnet to @TalkTalk and already having connection issues with no resolution until at least tomorrow. They’re all as bad as each other and @OpenreachHelp aren’t any better. This country desperately needs better broadband regulation.

  • patersonnX Aimee Paterson (@patersonnX) reported

@Plusnet I am a new customer and broadband is active etc but not connecting any of my devices to the internet. Tried two days in a row to speak to customer services and just got passed from person to person. It is now becoming more hassle than what it’s worth. How can I cancel?

  • Npt731 Nick Thorne (@Npt731) reported

@plusnethelp @SpotMonkey I'm having exactly same issue constantly dropping out I'm now using my data as I've given up with the CRAP PLUSNET WIFI all I want to do is now LEAVE and go back to sky

  • GavinSm53447975 Gavin Smith (@GavinSm53447975) reported

@Plusnet Plusnet is not reliable. Do not use them! They make repeated promises and do not follow through on them. Avoid at all costs!! Appalling customer service.

  • BrightKnight15 BrightKnight (@BrightKnight15) reported

@virginmedia And btw Service Page didn't help. Tried everything. Broadband still unreliable & still slow. Tried calling @Plusnet to sound out about switching, a human answered straight away. Sharper, better trained, nicer, no waffle or nonsense. Why are *none* of Virgin call staff like this?

  • BillfoxUk Bill Fox (@BillfoxUk) reported from Lydd, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp disappointed with the continued poor speeds for our broadband, its tough enough at the minute for #SmallBusinesse to survive without these problems adding to the stress levels. I only want the speeds that you are contracted to provide.

  • FoodieEmma Emma (@FoodieEmma) reported

Is it my imagination or does @Plusnet REALLY hate apple devices? Constant problems with home wifi on my mcbook and iphone but windows/samsung devices have no issues

  • sanctiUK Sanctius90 (@sanctiUK) reported

Haha jeez yesterday I switched to @Plusnet and today @TalkTalk have ended my service 2 weeks before the change over date. This company is just awwwwwwwful.

  • louise_sarah Louise (@louise_sarah) reported

I also have tickets open that are being ignored raising both this and the actual issue. @Plusnet @plusnethelp please can someone just get back to me?

  • Scoobs129 Jase Scoobs Pease (@Scoobs129) reported

@Chorlton72 I'm with Plusnet, they're pretty cheap and I've had no issues with them since joining them 2 years y
