@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

@Plusnet Dear Mike, unfortunately for the 1000 or more of us facing an entire internet outage (who were able to access our membership area) who have been disrupted for five+ hours this completely irrelevant. But thanks for taking the time to copy+paste this vacuous waste of twitter anyway

Update on this. Twitter staff did semi help but we are back to @Plusnet ghosting my mum and holding the ticket until Monday (bank holiday). If they can show their new customers with so much contempt I’d dread to think what long term customers experience. On hold to cancel 👎🏻
