@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

Thank you Plusnet customer service! Showing how it should be done. Straight to an adviser no on hold. Professional, knowledgeable and polite and even called me back when we got cut off. It’s not hard to get it right but so many have no idea. @Plusnet #CustomerService

@Plusnet Plusnet say they are here to help, no they are not! Took over our broadband on 2/11/2022. After numerous calls it went live on 07/11/2022 for several hours. Has stopped working but Plusnet keep fobbing us off!!
