@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

I’ve calculated I’m owed about £90 automatic compensation from @Plusnet so far. I phoned to cancel my contract and they say there will be early termination charges. Hahahahahaha! **** off.

Bank ****** up, they sent me £80 compensation the same day. ISP ****** up, they'll send me back what they overcharged... eventually, maybe. Poor showing @Plusnet.

@Plusnet I seem to have a router issue, first lookup error with WiFi and now no ethernet..have pressed reset on my desktop ethernet and it stated resetting for too long. Pressed the factory reset on the box now

So I cancelled my Plusnet DD, arranged contract with 3 5G internet, no upfront payments and £9 pm cheaper than Plusnet. It's all set up already. Plusnet still not working. They'll try to charge cancellation fee of course...
