@plusnethelp @Plusnet I would like to formally complain about the poor/lack of broadband speed over the past 10 days. I have already had an Openreach engineer loom at the issue. I am now paying for 4G on all devices

@Rosco_RS @plusnethelp I don't think they care to be honest. My router suddenly decided I'm in Germany (I'm in UK) after being switched off temporarily & now I can't access a lot of UK websites which is impacting my ability to work from home. Plusnet are ignoring my DM :( Hope they sort your issue.

@Plusnet I re sign for a new 2 yr deal & contract. I ask for the number to be moved from old fax line to standard internal line. Done - then you close the whole thing down and throw me off as I don't have a phone line with you. You didn't think to mention this when I re signed?

@cardiffstu @Gazman1927 They offered me £28 for 18mth contract. I pay £27 with Plusnet . In the 5 plus years I've been with them I've had no issues with service albeit the WiFi drops out occasionally but a router reboot sorts that.
