@fraserboyd No one else takes days to get their service back up, even when its running PlusNet's email is shocking, I have important legal docs that I have to reply to within a timescale and the service doesn't work, poor from a big company like PlusNet.

Hey @Plusnet I don’t know why my bill has gone from £26 to £43.50 a month, especially considering that I was massively messed about when I moved house. I was also never contacted regarding a complaint I made. I always used to really rate you but now not so much. 😞

@Plusnet POP is now working. Many thanks. When the dust finally settles, I think we'll need a thorough explanation esp. given allegations online that you are intending to close the email service soon anyway (I have an old freenetname/madasafish domain).

@Plusnet Why can i not send any emails ? Its saying something about the error ox800ccof connection to server interrupted. I have only just got my emails after 3 days of outage.
