    @Plusnet @plusnethelp I am slightly surprised having been you customer for the past few years to receive an email offering me a great renewal deal of just £26.99 a month - then checking your website to find new customers get a deal of £24.99 per month.

    @Plusnet Please can you tell me why, as a Plusnet customer, I am unable to report a faulty phone line? For 2 days I have had no dial tone, have tried contacting by mobile to be met with a 'cannot connect due to high volume' message. Equally unhelpful on line merrygoround!!!

    is there any wat to cancel with @Plusnet without waiting on hold for over half an hour? I’ve spoken to one guy after 8 minutes but he couldn’t do it. Been in a queue for 25 minutes since!

    @Plusnet my mum signed up for broadband and was due a reward card. Never got the email with the link to claim it l. Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

    @Plusnet how can I speak to someone about my broadband? Not an option to speak to someone. Need help quickly. Keeps dropping out. Need stable and reliable service to be able to work from home. Whole day unable to work successfully

    Really @Plusnet @plusnethelp?? The automated message “please call back later today or tomorrow” that plays immediately when contacting you about issues with my broadband is incredibly frustrating. 12 times I called thru out yesterday&twice this morning.

    @MarcAllera The service received from @plusnet is shockingly bad, been trying to sort an issue out completely for months, and haven’t had a response to many attempts at contact since before Christmas, Direct Debit will be cancelled and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp Absolutely horrendous Customer Service from PlusNet. Recurrent problem with internet and telephone since switching last year. Two hours on the phone this morning and still no internet and no phone. Save yourself the grief, do not switch to PlusNet!
