    @plusnethelp @Plusnet I would like to formally complain about the poor/lack of broadband speed over the past 10 days. I have already had an Openreach engineer loom at the issue. I am now paying for 4G on all devices

    @natp80 @Plusnet @CloudWireless Yep it works well with a 4G Wi-fi router, I had that too before. Only thing is Sky needs landline based broadband for on demand stuff plus I found Netflix streaming quite poor. I would test it first if you can.

    @plusnethelp hi there, I have received an email saying that Plusnet was unable to take a bill from my account but I can’t log in to pay as I’m not with Plusnet anymore. I cancelled before it started because of other issues. The bill is less than £1. Please can you help?

    I'll not be on much for a few days, my internet is down. The lovely lady I spoke to at @Plusnet said it could take 5 days to fix my faulty line. Sigh. (She was genuinely one of the best customer service reps I've had)

    @matthfield I had connectivity issues with two routers from plusnet. I ended buying a BT router on eBay and it works wonders.

    Anyone got the email contact for someone that can actually help at @plusnet? They lost me my phone number, admitted their mistake then charged me to put it right. Complete **** up on their part and I'm now stuffed!! @MarcAllera

    Just spoken to the lovely Mohammed on Plusnet, who reassured me no charges incurred for the scam call. I've got a 1572 facility now too, which can block unwanted numbers. Tempted to get a whistle to blow down the phone for the next scammer, that should give the bugger a jolt.

    @plusnethelp Prospective @Plusnet customers, don’t bother with this broadband provider. Customer service is appalling, online chat is OFFLINE! No surprise. DO NOT CHOOSE PLUSNET AS YOUR INTERNET PROVIDER @virginmedia I will be intouch very soon 😤
