    @Plusnet Thank you for the explanation. I hadn’t received any communication at all about the delay. As long as the switch over is after I receive the router I shouldn’t have a problem.

    @Plusnet my plusnet is due to change to fibre on Monday 1st November but I haven’t received the modem. If the changeover goes ahead I’ll lose my Internet connection. Can you help?

    Apparently @Plusnet = no net: we ordered in August, almost Nov & STILL no connection. But paid, obvs. @Plusnet say it's live, screenshots say otherwise: no answer & phonelines not answering after +40 mins. #NotWorkingFromHome, can we finally fix this? @BBCRadio4 #youandyours

    @Storm360 Is the router a ****** PlusNet one? Because ours is doing the exact same thing and it ******* sucks. The only things you can do are buy your own AP and turn off the ****** wi-fi, or complain
