    @Plusnet Just reset again, this is utter rubbish, no idea why I resigned a 18 month again with you all. And I know it's more than likely the router because it is an old piece of crap, but hey only new customers get the new hub right? Disgraceful.

    @Plusnet on the first place, we should have been debited through our bank account. It didn't work. We don't know why and you can't explain. Then we tried to pay for days online, by phone, and doesn't still work. We explained our online exam issue. No solutions by your team....

    @TalkTalk Totally unacceptable to not notify affected customers directly. There is FIFTEEN HOURS of planned maintenance in York and it's taken looking up the network status to find out about it. I was with @Plusnet for 4 years and had nothing like this.

    told me they are really good? I'm so fed up with the rubbish from these internet/phone providers who slow down the speeds. Do not touch plusnet as they told me once they had given me fibre, (when I had a brief pause from vodafone) and it turned out they hadn't give me fibre at

    @Plusnet we haven't been able to pay for already two weeks, calling your service almost every day to get this solved... without success. Your colleagues provided an extension to 21st to process the payment expecting the service to work by now, but it doesn't. We are stuck !

    @Plusnet dear colleagues of @Plusnet, I have a big trouble: my wyfe is passing a key exam for admission to the Royal College of Pathologist online on Monday 21st and our internet service risks of being block because your payment system is NOT WORKING!

    @keldaaa I’m with plusnet been with them for years great service and under £30 a month. Also there is now Zoom that lm told is a good one fibre broadband also under £30

    @Plusnet Looks like your network has came to a famously annoying halt again, then when back it was brutally bad, the router now blocking traffic to speedtest site etc.
