    My friend is 82 years old we reported a fault to Plusnet on the 20 November. Her internet connection speed is now .3 well below the minimum allowed by law. Today New Years Eve Plusnet phoned to talk her through the problem. What a joke.

    @Plusnet It is now the 30th December and you have only just sent us a new router!!!!! 6 days after it was ordered. We have had to buy a new router this is the worst CS ever

    @Plusnet Is the Internet down again in Ulverston, Cumbria? Nothing working in the house again, It has been awful over the last few months, our friends are having the same issues!

    @MagicShrew @richardsmith01 I moved from PlusNet back in October and they were great for me, though we do have fibre to the cabinet at the end of my road. The problem with UK broadband—Virgin aside—is that they all use BT’s network. So if they have an issue it doesn’t matter who your provider is.
