@Plusnet Maybe it's just me then. I've called your support line once since switching to you last week; it briefly improved but now is worse. 9am video call was a disaster, connection-wise, smart TV keeps dropping out... Haven't had such issues in 20 years of broadband at this address 😟

Day four with no access to my emails. @Plusnet claim to have Net-ops working hard on the issue but all they have done is disable my password and fob me off, At my wits end now as the Sheffield customer service team throw ''rate our service'' texts at me. Seriously?

Anyone else in Milton Keynes area having massive problems with @Plusnet broadband this morning? I'm a week into using their service and right now I'm getting less than 10Mbps - dipping as low as 1.5Mbps 😩 - when I'm paying for 35-45Mbps. Not happy.

@Plusnet your broadband is terrible! We've been paying for fiber and apparently we've been on standard line the whole time! Yet again the routers flashing orange you try everything and it still not working. Stay away from Plusnet!

@dresdeb @Plusnet Our Sky FTTC connection seemed to freak out yesterday and I was wondering if we'd be better off on another service. Think I'll stick with it for a while.

@Plusnet Can someone please activate my SIM as agreed in DMs. I am disabled and have been left without a network all day! I’ve already been made to jump hoops and hurdles. This is getting ridiculous how hard you make it for disabled customers. Too many barriers!

I am beyond mad at the lies, stupidity, incompetence, stress caused and time taken storing out utterly pathetic @Plusnet **** right off now. Seriously **** right off.

@OpenreachHelp Thanks for your reply. Plusnet have said the delay is down to Openreach. They're clinically extremely vulnerable and will be without a phone line or internet for around 2 weeks. This isn't acceptable.
