@theroyalfactor @Plusnet I can think of one where they insisted you use FB Messenger to contact customer services, then suddenly they can't reply on that anymore so you have to email. Maybe it was to do with all the customers they were blocking on Facebook for highlighting their 8 tentacled shadiness.

@Plusnet cont ...... I was told I would receive a callback as a matter of urgency. This was at approx 9.45am & I'm still waiting. I have received an email to inform me my broadband is now live!!!! NOT without a router it's not 🤬 As a new customer I'm not at all happy 🤬🤬
