@skyhighshoes Plusnet. Off since 6pm(ish) on Friday. It’s a wider issue than just them, same for a neighbour on Sky, but they’re not talking to me which is what bothers me. I’ve ordered a 4G hotspot from 3 today because my mobile data won’t last forever and I have to work

@Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

@HoustonMargaret @Plusnet Probably a new socket, but that's a BT problem, not Plusnet. Your builder should really have covered the socket first. You can replace any additional sockets yourself, but the master socket has to be done by BT (though possibly someone can do it unofficially).
