@Plusnet having network issues in Barnet London this morning. Are there issues?

  • tyrewulf Just Dave 🇬🇧🐺🇵🇹 (@tyrewulf) reported

@PhilBatemanMBE Surprised it's only effected PlusNet customer's. If the problem is in a specific area effecting all service providers not just one, it would suggest a local network issue where someone has put a pneumatic drill through a cable or knocked over a cabinet. It does happen.

@thelongestone @Plusnet If you have the right to cancel, send them a letter giving them notice of cancellation. Or email them. And make clear you have a condition that means calling is not appropriate

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@BenjaminEHowe Sorry about that, Ben. It's likely that this is something that we will support in the future but we don't yet have a date as to when this will be. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

@Plusnet I have not had internet for 12 hours now. I thought it would fix itself by now. There is a continuous orange light. I have restarted it 5 times aswell still nothing

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@millatte Hi Chris, thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your connection. From testing the line a fault has been located close to the premises, meaning an engineer visit is required to investigate this further. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield
