@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

Hi @Plusnet @plusnethelp i have an ongoing issue with my internet of having no connection, i can not get through to anyone and i feel like i am getting no where. Do i need to go elsewhere? £45 per month is crazy when i don’t even get a connection

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

Bah. @Plusnet internet is down nationally. Do I walk into the office and grab an early lunch or wait until it resolves? I'll give them until I get to the end of my cup of tea. It's amusing to me that the office is our disaster recovery plan!
