@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

I've learned a lot about WiFi signals and Xmas tree lights this year and I have had to admit that my child knows more about something than I do. He said, "Mam, who worked Xmas morning on the Plusnet helpline?' Digital natives are arrogant as **** btw. No need to roll the eyes 🙄

@richard32hard @VodafoneUK Ha yeh I regret leaving @Plusnet never no issues but I needed faster broadband they only did 25 meg at the time but there again Vodafone gives me like 12 meg not over 50

@plusnethelp Can anyone tell me if BT has throttled down the bandwidth on broadband. I am having lots of problems streaming TV and using the internet with constant drop outs or slow downs. I don't think it's my router or connection as they were all replaced by Plusnet in August.

@Plusnet Having to use my mobile data to post this is, we've no internet or phone line and it's beyond a joke, only been with these clowns a short while and it's the worst switch I've ever done

@58ALL @Plusnet Lauren, I've spoken to 4 CS reps on the phone, been kept on hold for 45 minutes, still got no service and pretty bored with the whole thing - I'm not sure that sending you a DM is gonna improve the situation! "Installed" on the 29th and still sat looking at flashing red light 😤

Absolutely fed up, #plusnet @Plusnet been almost 2 years without WiFi with a speed of 0.095mb - never any follow through, can’t speak to anyone - highly DO NOT recommend.
