My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

@Phelimmac @john_allcock @SKJBell Hi All we just changed over 2 Plusnet fibre internet through Cityfibre net work all ok to here, BUT we’ve just had an engineer out as not working it’s his third call in our road in a month, the issue is the fibre stops outside our property 1/2

Good morning. I want to cancel one of my contracts with plusnet. I received STAC code which I will not use. I am not planning to take contract with new provider. I called to discuss this but got response as the line closed. Could you please close the contract account no 98888497.

@plusnet selling a product as #wifi #broadband is wireless technology to then say you do not guarantee this product which you have sold to the customer is falsely advertising a service you can't deliver and do not guarantee @TradeStandards @TradingStdsBlog #consumerights

@plusnethelp there is no way of communicating with Plusnet except by waiting in a queue on the phone or this way. PLUSNET you keep on cancelling my cancellation of the contract . I am leaving you and moving to BT - after 5 years waiting and a complaint to Openreach to resolve
