-
DannoMK 🏴 (@CowshedDan) reported from Milton Keynes, England@MKarmy46 I’ve given up, absolute dog **** from Sky, now Plusnet, they can both stick it up their bums tbh 👎🏼😡
-
G (@GlennMillward) reported from Milton Keynes, EnglandStill absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.
-
Edward Lui (@edwardlui) reported from Milton Keynes, England@Plusnet is there a cancellation period? I’m out of contract for the last 2 years plus. Or what do I do to cancel as I’ve switched services but technically not as I wasn’t asked if I was leaving an old broadband service for new.
-
Warren Whyte (@CllrWarrenWhyte) reported from Buckingham, EnglandDarn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.
-
George Paterson (@GeorgeP90787357) reported from Cosgrove, England@Plusnet Impossible to get through on phone due to excessive wait times. Very poor customer service. I have been offered a suberb deal with one of your competitors to switch. Can you match it?? Please don't reply and state contact customer service.
-
steve plant (@steveatsilsoe) reported from Bedford, England@Plusnet I have hung on for 40 mins for customer service. Any other way to contact you
-
Craig West (@craigwest) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.
-
G (@GlennMillward) reported from Milton Keynes, EnglandAvoid Plusnet like the plague. Awful customer service.
-
Father Oliver Coss (@purgstallheath) reported from Northamptonshire, England@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.
-
Dale Towers (@ddtowe) reported from Northamptonshire, England@plusnethelp are there problems with your service? My plusnet connection has been flakey for a while now and this morning had gone down twice already. NN3
-
James (@James54359785) reported from Milton Keynes, England@Plusnet Any issues in MK3, your web just won't connect.
-
Tom⇒maths AMIMA (@TeaKayB) reported from Milton Keynes, EnglandAs @Plusnet is down again (that very much won't do) we're rediscovering the magic of DVDs this evening. I do hope they figure it out by tomorrow. I have a LOT of work to do.
-
George Paterson (@GeorgeP90787357) reported from Cosgrove, England@Plusnet terrible customer service from you now over 60 minutes waiting time to get through on the phone. Not a great look. This is exactly why I am considering accepting a better offer from another supplier.

-
Dog off the leash. (@paulturner2012) reportedPlusnet asking for my home phone number as security after they have already withdrawn home phone service. Are they ***************? Now realise they are owned by BT. That explains it.
-
(((Tim from Radio Clash))) 🌈 🏳️🌈💛🤍💜🖤 (@radioclashblog) reportedSadly we are still last mile copper here, no Community/Open Reach fibre yet but we do have Virgin Media (old cable)... Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.
-
Stephen B (@Stephen40141780) reported@Plusnet I’ve just taken personal broadband with you. I do not wish to financially support BT Group’s documented support for Migrant Help/refugees. Please explain what contractual provision prevents me terminating without an early termination charge, and cite the specific clause.
-
Prof Neil Martin (@ThatNeilMartin) reportedHey @Plusnet, you bandits. You fail to inform me clearly that I'm out of contract, then whack my bill up by 100% while then offering me one that is 50% less. Why not offer the latter in the first place? Vile shower @Ofcom @WhichUK. Oh, and your emails are dead do-not-reply ones.
-
Nicky Robson (@Nicky_Robson) reported@Plusnet how long to respond to a issue regarding an account of someone who has died? Promised a response 3 days ago & still waiting
-
Mike Vine (@10mjv) reported@Plusnet Thanks. So for me to answer a request from PN about changing my service (not at my request), I have to incur potentially significant costs as I am overseas with just my mobile phone for next 30 days and will miss deadline. Can someone in support just call me via WhatsApp? Thanks
-
Morgan (@morganjonestech) reported@LiamFromOrlando @SSOUIC Nope, I was having trouble with my ISP router (PlusNet) when I first using the HomePod mini as the audio output for my Apple TV, but I bought a pair of eero routers and have had zero issues since, until the past few days where this bug started.

Matt (@Mattcarpfisher) reported@Plusnet I am 2 months from the end of my 900 contract and the “offer” is to renew at 33.99 a month, more than a new customer… what’s the incentive for me to stay?
