@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

@ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

@Plusnet my internet went off for a bit yesterday but woke up this morning and it's been down all day (1 apr) in Staines. I am having to use my mobile data which is expensive! when are you going to restore my internet? I'm paying for this!

I warned my sister that @Plusnet had an iffy customer service reputation when she decided to switch to them. And, right from the off, they haven’t delivered the router in time for the switchover. Great start lads.

Our PlusNet Internet is proper ****. At this time it goes super slow,. I'm trying to watch a YouTube video at 80p and it is not having it. As a reference if I was doing this in the morning the same amount of devices using it it would be fine. I could even play online games.

@Arsenal_Hev @_Wrighty7 It is absolutely atrocious. He is the worst "comedian" I've ever encountered and I've been to some truly horrendous comedy gigs. I saw that bloke from the Plusnet ad at a comedy night once and he was ******* painful but even he was a comedy genius compared to Hurst.

@Plusnet I’ve been contacting yourselves since 12th January 2021 through various means but still cannot get anyone to respond. This means I’m currently paying for a service I’m not receiving. Surely this lack of intervention is unethical.
