    @GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

    Dear @plusnethelp @Plusnet your appalling customer support means on 11th day without Broadband, WiFi and telephoned. Enforced working from home means you are jeopardising our jobs

    @Plusnet Question is how on earth do I get in contact with you!??? Online automated bot is useless and directs you to call...call and your advised your call can’t be taken and to call back later! Not good at all considering I’m a new customer!

    @Plusnet your service is so rubbish and it's been almost year now you been promising to come and fix but it's all just talk and talk your advisor promised me that u will send an engineer but still nothing and then you closed my case my internet keep crashing and I hate you now

    Just had Broadband installed, but having problem with two issues, slow speed and random disconnection, have spoken to support earlier, made some changes on Plusnet hub, no difference, watching Neflix with no issue but same time Mac, Ipad, randomly Phone disconnecting,No internet

    @johnae111srcou1 @Plusnet I’ve had no connection for 3-4 days. They r saying that an open reach engineer broke something in the box at the end of the street but it seems I’m not the only one whose plus net broadband is down. It’s ridiculous.

    Having lots of issues with @Plusnet lately. They rang me on the 23rd to say the issues had been fixed. My internet has gone down every night since receiving that call, including twice tonight, roughly an hour apart. @plusnethelp what is going on?

    @OpenreachHelp @Kittygrizzle Seems a very big coincidence that multiple providers all go down at the same time??? EE, plusnet , Vodafone....all been contacted. I think the issue lies with @OpenreachHelp but I’m no expert 🧐
