    @GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

    Dear @plusnethelp @Plusnet your appalling customer support means on 11th day without Broadband, WiFi and telephoned. Enforced working from home means you are jeopardising our jobs

    @Rob_Rolls99 @btsport @Plusnet Spoke to BT tech who after some time said it was a known issue between plusnet and BTSport app. Raised to highest level but they don't seem to be getting anywhere. Works on non plusnet networks

    @Plusnet mobile signal in ky155pl area is poor. One bar at times and can't make calls. The rest of the time no service. It's been like that since at least Friday night when we had the storm. I sometimes don't get great reception but never no service?

    @Plusnet always says we’re receiving good internet yet WIFI literally NEVER works, 5 months of paid service for “buffering” 🥱

    @Plusnet please unrestrict my services there is a question still open and I am supposed to be receiving contact from yourselves with regarding ongoing issues. Not happy was assured this wouldn't happen.

    EE / Plusnet Mobile are absolute rubbish. My wife and I can not call each other from 6 feet apart. Text is fine. And this type of fault has gone on at EE for years. Tomorrow I will be closing our SIM accounts. Utter garbage and fat arse management.

    Ever since @CityFibre had been laid out in Portsmouth, our Internet connection has been DISMAL. @Plusnet gave us lightening speed and now it's so, so, slow it freezes all other devices just to watch a short video on a phone.

    @Plusnet my broadband has been down since 23:00 last night. I've tried resetting it and following the troubleshooting guides to no avail. Unfortunately today was the only day I had off to do my online shopping too so I'm a little frustrated.
