My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

The bot text doesnt really tell us what the issue is, time to resolve and fix times shared have been and gone and just extend if you redo the text fault … can we get a real update to the fault and when it will be resolved hy in the CH4 region.
