My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

Lewis (@ander_lew) reported@MattOrigi6 @Plusnet It had an orange light but no B, might be a different router. I finally got into the router and manually changed channel but it took ages to come back on so probably something they did to fix the problem I think.
