    @GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

    @Plusnet Don't let that poor man's Peter Kay fool you. They're not here to help at all. Neither will they do you proud. All they do is offer you a very short grace period every six months. They will not help you if you're struggling.

    Anyone else ordered a aim from @Plusnet and not received yet but has already started the contract use? My phone has no signal as they have already swapped the number even though I have no sim, can't call, text or use the 4g internet? @plusnethelp

    @cag352 @Plusnet First / most important question - is the problem the WiFi or the connection coming into your home? Are wired connections also slow? (both types of problem can be fixed but understandably the fixes are very different!)

    @plusnethelp Hello Emily we tested mainly on your WiFi but I tested today on network cable but it wasn't any better.😭😭 My family is cursing me every minute for selecting Plusnet. Please allow us to leave early without any penalty charges. It's a nightmare.
