@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

@Plusnet very disappointing in service received today. You’ve had someone attend my 78 year old mother leaving her with no internet by performing a reset on a router and back to factory with no devices unable to connect after leaving and then not answering calls to return.

@Plusnet so signed up to a guarantee min of 17.3mbps, had issues with speed so now plusnet changed my contract to 11mbps! That's wrong surely.

@OpenreachHelp and @Plusnet your engineer failed to turn up for a booked appointment today. I am now without broadband and cannot get a definitive answer as to what is going on and when my internet will be restored. Why is your customer service so poor?
