Dear @plusnethelp @Plusnet your appalling customer support means on 11th day without Broadband, WiFi and telephoned. Enforced working from home means you are jeopardising our jobs

@pipmadeley @Plusnet This is going to sound weird, but I had a similar problem, and it turned out to be related to my Sky Q box going to sleep! Had to change those settings. (I'm still working at 1am so it was most inconvenient...)

@nptweetings Yeah, they tested the line during the day (of course they knew the issue was at night so unlikely to find anything). Have asked Plusnet this morning for Openreach to investigate 👍

@TomABacon @Plusnet Funnily enough that was one of the first things I read when Googling the problem, but we don't have Sky and the Humax (freeview) STB isn't connected to the Internet.

@Plusnet I've just read that each of my 3 lines will be receiving a £3.20 increase on top of £23.01 (x3) I already pay for some of the shoddiest broadband in the UK. I get truly terrible service in the heart of #Edinburgh & now you are going to charge me more?! #customerservice

@Plusnet hi. Been having daily outages with my broadband. We use a phone line connection in the SS16 area. Can you advise on any works by Openreach or if there is a problem. Thank you.

@David__Brunt @Plusnet Have got a smart meter but it was installed well over a year before this particular problem started. I can see it might interfere with WiFi but not sure how it would cause the DSL signal to repeatedly drop.

@pipmadeley @Plusnet Wi fi? My friend had this . It was the baby monitor. Changed the frequency and the issue stopped.

I've had no mobile phone signal since Monday. Same with many of my neighbours. I have to walk out of town to make a call. Can't do my work. Dread to think what happens in an emergency. And how do I get hold of @Plusnet Apparently I call them (!) or tweet. Not good enough!
