  • KarenAms KarenAms (@KarenAms) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

Dear @plusnethelp @Plusnet your appalling customer support means on 11th day without Broadband, WiFi and telephoned. Enforced working from home means you are jeopardising our jobs

  • robinschlochter RobinSchlochtermeier (@robinschlochter) reported from Uckfield, England

@Plusnet Where is your customer service? I have a broadband fault, your phone line doesn’t go through to an agent and your automated SMS fault check resets to the default initial msg every few minutes

  • crazeemary82 Mary Greet (@crazeemary82) reported from Hurstpierpoint, England

.@Plusnet based on an experience with a recent bill, I would never use your service again!

  • ThePhysioRooms The Physio Rooms (@ThePhysioRooms) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

  • MsEmmaChaplin Emma Chaplin (@MsEmmaChaplin) reported from Lewes, England

Another massive price hike by @Plusnet after a huge one last year, within contract. Just waiting for the contract to end then will switch of course. Should I assume I'll lose service during switch? Anything I can do to mitigate?

  • KarenAms KarenAms (@KarenAms) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

Dear @Plusnet @plusnethelp so disappointed that still no broadband or tv after 6 days. Chose you for your supposedly good customer services 😢

Plusnet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • reders174 Andy Redmond (@reders174) reported

@Plusnet I terminated my contract after horrendous service received so why has an open reach engineer been sent to connect the line at my new address causing further delays with my new chosen supplier? Absolutely fuming 😡

  • CuencaMetcalfA autistic-coded main character (@CuencaMetcalfA) reported

@Saraheboon Get more than 10mbps, and go with BT if you can afford it. They aren’t the cheapest but others like Plusnet/Virgin don’t provide a consistent service

  • onlyasjack Sebastian Jack (@onlyasjack) reported

@notmeat37574523 Yeah, my understanding of broadband these days is a bit shaky. I've just plugged in the free PlusNet router (to confirm it is the router and not the line having problems) in place my own and see it is the DSL socket which is plugged in.

  • lucy_riddolls Lucy Riddolls (@lucy_riddolls) reported

@Plusnet please can I register a complaint, I gave notice that I was moving house weeks ago and the internet is still not on. This is very infuriating because I work remotely and have been using my 4G which is becoming very costly. Please can this be sorted ASAP

  • crockett_dd DD Crockett (@crockett_dd) reported

@Plusnet our mobile signal has been down last 48hrs. NG22. Why?

  • kingwgd Bill King (@kingwgd) reported

@Plusnet Do you remember the time when you used to boast about your Customer Service? Maybe you should do some updated advertising apologising for the level of embarrassment it has become?

  • kierawatchestv kiera 💫 (@kierawatchestv) reported

@Plusnet Hi, we've had intermittent service for two hours now with the internet frequently crashing and the router flashing orange. We've been advised by you previously not to use the restart button on the router-- would you advise turning it off at the wall to restart it?

  • sophie_ogilvy Sophie Ogilvy (@sophie_ogilvy) reported

@Plusnet we’ve been on hold for over an hour and our internet still hasn’t been connected 3 days after you said it would be. No one is answering us. Please help us.

  • loomiscrowley 𝔟𝔢𝔵 (@loomiscrowley) reported

Hey @Plusnet my broadband has been down all day, I’ve restarted it and turned it off and on and it’s still not working?

  • cate_crownshaw Cate Crownshaw (@cate_crownshaw) reported

@Plusnet No mobile signal since Friday lunchtime. Any ideas when it will be back? This is becoming a regular issue. What is going on?
