    @GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

    @Plusnet Where is your customer service? I have a broadband fault, your phone line doesn’t go through to an agent and your automated SMS fault check resets to the default initial msg every few minutes

    If anyone is thinking of changing to Plusnet as a provider of broadband or landline I strongly urge against that . I am currently having an absolute nightmare trying to get them to restore a down service . Now over a week
