    @JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

    @Plusnet So how can I find out my usage? It seems anti-competitive to deny me access to that information since it means I can’t make informed choices about whether a competitors capped service offers better value for money.

    @Plusnet ...and “there is a big discrepancy between the figure Plusnet report and the (much larger) figure that my router reports” but that’s the only option with the PlusNet supplied router & multiple devices. Denying customer access when you collect the data still seems anticompetitive.

    @Plusnet Tbf to Plusnet somebody was on TV the other day.and said they were having problems with wifi and mobile signals probably due to the poor weather.

    @Plusnet new customer as of last week. Why does my internet signal keep dropping numerous times during the day, devices losing connection, streaming services buffering/quality dropping. Also impacting on our working from home. Seems like many other customers are tweeting with 1/2

    @Plusnet It would be a better day if it wasn't the 7th that I haven't had any mobile signal. The EE network has been down in this area since last Monday. Still, it was nice to get an email from you telling me what my bill is.
