Anyone else had problems with Plusnet mobile roaming in Europe? Very slow (5mbps) even when you can connect - @plusnethelp this is not acceptable. All there is about it online is folk complaining, getting nowhere, then switching to a better provider. @Plusnet

@Plusnet I recommended a family member to plus net broadband, filled out my username etc at the point of signing them up… I don’t appear to be getting any benefit of the recommendation… their service is up and running etc…

@Plusnet How do I cancel a engineer appointment? Just received a new hub so my wifi is working fine now so I won’t need the engineer pre-booked on Saturday in case the new hub didn’t work out .
