@Plusnet my mum signed up for broadband and was due a reward card. Never got the email with the link to claim it l. Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

@MoneySavingExp Do not use Plusnet. They've left me for over a week with no number, data, texts because they have porting issues. They've known since 12 April yet are still selling them.
