@Plusnet my mum signed up for broadband and was due a reward card. Never got the email with the link to claim it l. Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

A couple of days ago, my broadband slowed down, I did all the usual maintenance stuff on the router etc & left it a day or so to monitor. No better today so text Plusnet & within 5 minutes the tech had called back, run line checks and contacted Openreach. Brilliant service

. @Plusnet this has been a consistent issue for 3+ years. We're told that if X is listed on the account then 'next time' they will be able to handle everything. Instead we have to fight Every.Single.Time. It causes so much distress and harm over such a simple situation. #Ableism

Hi @Plusnet can you confirm why your policies fail disabled people so consistently? You restrict what can be done online so I have to have someone listed on the account to use the phone for me. Why then is your phone team demanding to speak to me to clear security? #Ableism
