    @Plusnet my mum signed up for broadband and was due a reward card. Never got the email with the link to claim it l. Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

    6 weeks on getting an internet connection after moving house is driving me nuts. @Plusnet messed up so we changed to @BT_BTBROADBAND. They've botched our connection and can't guarantee a fix before 30 Dec. I'm paying to use my phone as a hotspot. No streaming etc. over Christmas.

    @plusnethelp You are an absolute joke ! 10 days on from when my internet was meant to go live & still absolutely nothing. Your customer service is a joke ! I wish I had never went anywhere near you . My advice to anyone is stay clear of plusnet !!!! 😑😑😑😑😑😑

    I will never ever go with @plusnet again and I would advise anyone I know to avoid them too. Can’t get in touch with any support unless I call up; live chat is offline constantly and tweets are constantly ignored.

    @plusnethelp I am effectively not getting the service I have paid for, I have been with plusnet before and never had an issue and also been with other providers and not had any issue

    Shocking wifi and service from @Plusnet @plusnethelp as usual. 3rd time phoning them this week. Worst broadband I’ve ever experienced - AVOID.

    Plusnet. Well where do I begin. The worst Broadband supplier out there!!!! Changed companies 9 days ago. No broadband, customer services are almost impossible to speak to. 3 different stories from technical team. I want to cancel my subscription but they want a cancellation fee!

    @plusnethelp We've been @Plusnet customers for 30 months. We were v happy. Now had poor broadband for 2 months. Complained on 7 Nov. Nothing done. Told the fault would be fixed this morning. Still not resolved. Difficult to WFH with this. Can you please sort it out ASAP.

    Tried calling yesterday - got cut off as no customer advisors available. Added to my ongoing support ticket - no response. This issue is Plusnet's fault and yet I am still having to chase them - and still without the internet service I ordered 6 weeks ago. @plusnethelp @Plusnet
