    @Plusnet my mum signed up for broadband and was due a reward card. Never got the email with the link to claim it l. Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

    @Plusnet so over 8 months ago you promised me an £18 refund, i am still waiting then you try to blackmail me into saying you will put that on hold until my problems with broadband are resolved They are still unresolved as are my landline issues! pleased my contract is up soon

    @OpenreachHelp so another day without broadband! Since 18th Feb! don't tell me to go via my provider! @Plusnet have been very communicative to escalate my situation but it's down to your guys, I live in a poor mobile signal area & need connectivity. Pull your fingers out!😡

    @Plusnet Morning! Received a txt saying line activation would be yesterday. Phone has switched over yesterday and was cut from Internet around 12ish. On order tracker its still showing {strCustActivationDate} and had no other updates if going to be delayed. Many thanks for help

    @Plusnet swapped over to yourselves today. Had a message just before 17:00pm to say I was good to go. Plugged my router in now stuck on orange flashing light. Tried all the troubleshooting but still the same. Help!

    @Plusnet Plusnet is the worst broadband I have ever encountered, only been with them a few months and to think I signed up for an 18 months contract. It goes off completely 4-5 times a day, my films stop when I watch Netflix and when they don’t stop the sound goes off. Don’t get Plusnet🤬

    @TalkTalk Totally unacceptable to not notify affected customers directly. There is FIFTEEN HOURS of planned maintenance in York and it's taken looking up the network status to find out about it. I was with @Plusnet for 4 years and had nothing like this.
