@Clairealou2 How to fix your internet problem 101. Plusnet. Although to be fair it could happen to any provider, I mean I’ve had zero dropouts in two years.

No one use @Plusnet, they told me it would take a month to fix my internet connection and that there was nothing they can do. Coincidentally, the day after I enabled @Hyperoptic, Plusnet engineers finally come and fix the issue. Scummy business practices

@Plusnet I reported a fault on behalf of my mother and was advised an engineer would visit her property on Thursday between 1pm and 6pm. No engineer arrived and we have heard nothing from Plusnet regarding the fault. The landline is still not working and broadband is erratic

Recently moved from @Plusnet to @VOXI_UK due to their great data offers. They neglect to mention their network is absolute dogsh*t - soo slow and intermittent. Will be going back to an EE based network ASAP

@ifenn Hi Ian! I know it’s not my colleagues intentions to make you feel like this, there is only so much that can be done over Social Media. I’ve dropped you a DM with more info around what can be done to offer extra support. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

No engineers appears to be about working on the fibre optic network going in so as of today I will be checking BT Wholesale broadband checker and will be ready to call Plusnet as soon as it becomes available in this area

@Plusnet Hi, just wondering if it’s the norm to wait 40 minutes (so far) to speak with someone through your phone lines? If so I may have to rethink my order. Not sure how this constitutes “Best Customer Service” awards.
