@NOWHelpTeam Hi I've just got your broadband and the WiFi range is shocking. As soon as I leave the room the router is in it drops - never had this issue with PlusNet... what can be done to avoid cancelling?

I know Twitter is for whinging & moaning & shouting at people, but I’m going to break the rules and say nice stuff about @Plusnet. Our internets went down in the storm. Plusnet’s advisors called back when they said they would and listened to what the problem was. It’s now fixed.
