@Plusnet Hi, troubleshooting question, I am in online meetings 8.45 to 10.30 a few mornings a week, every time from just after 9 to about 9.20 my connection is very unstable. How can this change please? It is a consistent issue.

@Plusnet Is the fibre activation date given in your emails an estimate, because we're set up as of yesterday (the date) but still receiving typically poor broadband speeds.

@Plusnet my fibre broadband is down after a lightening strike. I go to try and report it (been over an hour now), website tells me, were here for you 7 days a week. Except, can only report a fault via phone or chat, and they both close at 8pm now?

@plusnet How can I upgrade my current plan with you from £8 and 12gb of data to £10 and 22gb? I do not have the option in my account area of the website. I'm a broadband customer too.
