    @Plusnet my mum signed up for broadband and was due a reward card. Never got the email with the link to claim it l. Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

    Thanks @Plusnet after having shocking service from you for 18 months, we decided to go with a decent company, the date you gave us for change over of service is tomorrow the 30th November but it has been cut off today. Thanks again just the service I have come to expect from you

    @_IkkleGemz_ I can back up O2 being slow when I was with 3 4G speeds were much better. And as for plusnet bring back Sky well I would if they want an appalling amount of money even with a deal 🙄

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet Absolutely disgusting! So in August, we had no service at all for a month and when finally an engineer was called out which was free btw,Now this month we are expected to pay the bill for the engineer 4 months afterwards and the month that we had no service.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp have had terrible internet/wifi since joining a month ago...less than half guaranteed speed.. done all the troubleshooting.. customer services never answer the phone....getting very frustrated.... HELP!!!

    @litlowtow @EE Good luck with that one. @EE tend not to appreciate loyal customers. I recommend looking at PlusNet - great prices and service.

    @plusnethelp I have had issues with plusnet since I signed up. I’m ‘guaranteed’ about 40Gb download speed in my 70Gb contract but I’ve never had that. I called and they said they had no Saturday call out appointments for the foreseeable future and that I’d...2/3
