@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@Plusnet This hasn't worked for me. I have two email clients on different devices. Neither are working. Both tell me to sign in and when I try it tells me my password is wrong. I tried to set up a different client. It told me it couldn't connect to the server.

@Plusnet I am sorry but this email issue is beyond a joke now. We use your service for our business and this is now costing time and money. We still cannot use our emails and we use a client as you have been suggesting.

@MissDemeanor07 @Plusnet @Hyperoptic There was an outage of all emails for 33 hours, to 7am this morning, since then they have been intermittent and they are doing more work overnight. I expect it will be "normal" by Sunday maybe? It's only email, not BB/phone etc

@Plusnet is there anyway to get my reward as I’ve missed it by a few days? Didn’t realise I had to claim it, assumed it was automatic. I’ve already had to fork out for a new (non Plusnet), router as the two you’ve previously sent have never work properly.
