@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@nathanlawsn We left BT for PlusNet. It’s literally the same network, rebranded, often with free line rental offers on. So we effectively stayed with BT while saving £20 per month.

@virginmedia @rockter Wait times like the whole month we were without Virgin Internet and refused an engineer. Kept being told local works causing a known issue and slowing connections, but we had no connection. Been with Plusnet ever since who have been fantastic.

@MartynStead @mathie_dan @SuzieBl83459521 Online website 'stopfundinghate' says worst offenders are Plusnet, Virgin Media, Sky, Three, EE, BT, GiffGaff O2. and I spot a lot of Tesco on the front page.

Never, EVER get Sky internet. They are the single worst Internet provider I have ever seen. Go for something like Plusnet or TalkTalk, don't fall into Sky's money-grabbing trap.

@NottArchaeology @Plusnet To be fair this seems to be an @OpenreachHelp issue affecting a number of providers, although most seem to be reconnected now. Still very frustrating, you forget how much you rely on your broadband

@plusnethelp Hi. I’ve written out steps for the test results and added to the question in Plusnet support page as a comment. TLDR: no broadband connection via test socket, and download speed magically resetting after test socket connection. I think the hub unit is faulty.
