@Plusnet Copying in @Mattallwright I'm guessing that you have no more power (if as much) as the numerous phone based customer service agents I've spoken to. This whole situation is making me ill & causing me sleepless nights. I'll wait for the result of the debt collectors intervention.

@Plusnet Qs: for you: (I'm guessing you use OpenReach). If OpenReach were doing planned works in a customer area, (a) would you be notified and (b) would you pre-warn those affected customers?
