    @JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

    Massive thank you to @Plusnet for supporting me in leaving my wifi service early with no charges due to needing to leave an uninhabitable/unsafe flat. The landlord has caused me stress and panic to no end, but this small relief from #Plusnet has honestly made my day.

    @deejmakey Hi, sorry to hear you're having issues with your console. Can you let us know if you have tried alternative cables and ethernet ports as well as trying any other device with the same cable and port to see if the issue persists? Dan Plusnet Sheffield
