    @JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

    Morning all coffees on. A dry start, no doubt followed by rain later, current issues with broadband persist. #plusnet never had a problem before but now it just keeps dropping.

    @AlisonMLees @Plusnet Even though the service is free for the next two years, the fact that a fee is being introduced at all for a service that was previously "included" constitutes a change in the long-term value of the contract you signed.

    @Plusnet No that's just it, I've recently renewed at got sold my latest deal which was only a little less that what I was originally paying. Why offer me a deal that's significantly worse than your most expensive when I'm getting a lot less for my money.. Terrible service.
