    @JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

    @Plusnet for a company that seems to pride themselves on a finagled high end customer service, it seems virtually impossible to actually contact you without getting tossed about to non PN support forums and the like. i need to report my router/service not being fit for purpose.

    Thanks to the incompetence of @Plusnet employees we are without iternet for a whole month. Absolute shambles. All we did was move house. This should have been really straight forward. Utterly crap #CustomerExperience

    @Plusnet Let down AGAIN this morning after promise that engineer would be out to sort out issue between 08.00 and 13.00 today. No engineer - no update - no surprise. Waiting for installation since October 25th. Absolutely shocking service!!

    @Plusnet I can't get through to you and have tweeted once this morning. I've had no broadband since 620am. The signal I dropping. I've reset my router twice and still won't work. This is happening more and more often and I need it sorting out

    @Plusnet broadband was ordered to the wrong flat and requested to cancel. 45 mins phone wait and customer service said an incorrect 144.89 bill will not be charged and it was. can you refund me asap - if not I will have to make complaint to the regulator. EH3 5AH - will eden.

    @Plusnet is there an issue in the Haverhill Suffolk area as the internet has gone off again. This seems to be happening a lot more recently.

    @taylorkwinship @Plusnet I had exactly the same issue. Called to say I was moving, told it would take 2 weeks. Chased after 3 weeks to be told that I’d not told them I was moving. Eventually got some bs apology, but even last week they sent my new router to the wrong house
