@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

What is happening at Plusnet?@Plusnet, no emails all day! No reply to tweet! Answerphone stated this morning that the problem would be solved in a few hours, this pm it moved to this evening or overnight. Poor service in every way. A very unhappy and increasingly angry customer

@Plusnet email down since before 8 am this morning and next update on service now not until tomorrow morning. Even then it may not be working. What a farce and a PR catastrophe for company.
