So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

  • BillfoxUk
Bill Fox (@BillfoxUk) reported from Lydd, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp disappointed with the continued poor speeds for our broadband, its tough enough at the minute for #SmallBusinesse to survive without these problems adding to the stress levels. I only want the speeds that you are contracted to provide.

  • KevlarBrock
    Kev (@KevlarBrock) reported

@MarkDavisonUK @EE @Plusnet ONT (always green, never a red LOS light) even during outages hub shows aqua. Earlier had DNS issues before connection dropped. Gathering data for exec office call Wednesday. Interesting re: router…

  • KevlarBrock
    Kev (@KevlarBrock) reported

@MarkDavisonUK @EE @Plusnet BTO say everything is good at their end. But then again EE said that too. I’d hate to leave EE to find the same issue (which would suggest BTO)

@LessGrumpy @virginmedia Whenever I’ve had issues with Virgin it’s never been a UK call centre I’ve spoken to. Tend to avoid now but just left again after a couple of years of thankfully issue free broadband. Moved to PlusNet which is Openreach rebranded but far cheaper.
