I only want the speeds that you are contracted to provide.

But of course the bit that's dropping out isn't PN at all - it's BT Openreach's exchange-to-cabinet-to-home stuff. I suspect you'd get exactly the same with any other provider using the same BTOR last-mile.

Rich Allen (@RichfromSheff) reported@ConstableChaos Even Sky aren't perfect, I went with them 4 months ago after ditching Plusnet (thanks to their annoyingly **** customer service drones), requested to keep the existing landline number, and they gave me a new one, which I recently had to change again.
