    @Plusnet @plusnethelp disappointed with the continued poor speeds for our broadband, its tough enough at the minute for #SmallBusinesse to survive without these problems adding to the stress levels. I only want the speeds that you are contracted to provide.

    @Plusnet, I've had FTTP installed at my home this week and I'm still getting speeds comparable to copper/FTTC. I've been trying to get hold of the support team via telephone, but my call keeps getting dropped automatically after approx. 25 mins on hold. Is there an email contact?

    @Plusnet Hi there, this is still an issue. Internet is still cutting out sporadically throughout the day. Can we please have someone come and fix this now? It's been nearly a week with no improvement. Thanks.

    @Plusnet why is it I can get WiFi on my cell phone, yet no Internet via WiFi or ethernet to any of my TV's, sky Q box or Amazon TV stick. Checking each receivers, they say "connected" then "no Internet connection" I've checked ALL cables, reset All receivers. Still no joy. HELP!
