  So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

Went to Plusnet. Two days later a phone call. Why are you leaving? We can match plusnets price if you stay. Too late. I genuinely don’t understand their thinking. Waste of time & money.

  @JessfromW At least with plusnet you can speak to a nice person in the UK usually, who attempts to help, not some evil 3rd worlder who will say or do literally anything to stop you getting an open reach visit (although I've disappointingly got someone from the subcontinent,in the UK, once).

  @DerylLynn @Plusnet Don't **** about. Slap a claim for £1,000 +costs in via MCOL. They'll happily settle out of court for £500 or more + costs and repair it.

It could be a node, it could be a cable, a pole, hell.. it could even be another user of that same net that has a device that's faulty, which results in a very unstable connection for you and A LOT of other users of that same cable that goes through your den. It's complicated

  @AethyrUlf @Plusnet Just noticed it didnt send the first post.... But you get the idea :P I worked at the larger internet company where I live, know a big thing or two on how it all operates. there's probably an issue with your COAX, DSL or FIBER. going into your place. it all depends... where...
