    @Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp disappointed with the continued poor speeds for our broadband, its tough enough at the minute for #SmallBusinesse to survive without these problems adding to the stress levels. I only want the speeds that you are contracted to provide.

    So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     When you're on hold, the plusnet message says we can contact you online - How? All the contact options I can find just lead to community, call, sign language... Is there some way to message plusnet support?

    @Plusnet looking to change broadband providers from BT but read somewhere that if you try just get routed back to see the expensive option trying to get away from. Can you confirm can swap to plusnet as new customer with new customer pricing from BT?

    Warning to anyone thinking of switching to @EE - I’m switching to @plusnet on the same plan, £30 a month cheaper. Paid my final bill and an £86 exit fee on Friday. They cut me off the next day - six days b4 the switch. Still can’t get an explanation. Terrible service @EE

    If you have a problem with the installation done by OpenReach or their contractor. @Plusnet apparently cannot contact anyone on the installation side! So any problem with a Plusnet installation you are screwed.
