So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

@Plusnet @plusnethelp disappointed with the continued poor speeds for our broadband, its tough enough at the minute for #SmallBusinesse to survive without these problems adding to the stress levels. I only want the speeds that you are contracted to provide.

@Plusnet shocking service, constantly put bands/ caps on my speed - fixing them only to break them again a few weeks later. Unhelpful staff, no apologies, no compensation - if i cancelled my direct debit you’d soon contact me but no urgency if it’s a customer issue

@Plusnet absolutely disgusted with this company, customer service is non existent, Charged me £130 for leaving my contract early then passed the debt on after a few weeks even tho I had a dispute with them about the service I was received from them. Dont go near !!!

@cjstringer @Plusnet Have you completely lost all trace of your network Chris? At this point I now have to keep trying to re-add it to devices as it’s like it’s just vanished despite blue light on modem but it drops off again every time

@sarforalltosee @MrsM_here We’re happy with Zen who aren’t the cheapest but worked better for something quite specific which was a problem with plusnet. Had a pretty bad experience with Talk Talk, not a great fan of Virgin customer service

@dr_goosey Hi there, sure and I'm sorry that it's due to an issue with the router. I've shipped out a replacement Hub One and that should reach you within the next 3 to 5 working days. - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield
