So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

@Plusnet @plusnethelp disappointed with the continued poor speeds for our broadband, its tough enough at the minute for #SmallBusinesse to survive without these problems adding to the stress levels. I only want the speeds that you are contracted to provide.

Hey @Plusnet Day 9 no Internet. No landline since 28 Sept. Multiple failures in service. Promises to escalate & expedite not kept. I work from home. I don’t want to be told that you ‘understand’ or thanked for my patience. I have no income. Truly terrible!

@Plusnet I've got issue with my internet and it's been confirmed no line issues and it's most likely the router. I've been advised I would have to pay for that new router? Is this correct?

@Plusnet Ditto useless need reporting to Ofcom as I’ve had issues for months and months and they still won’t send an engineer out ! Passed my account to a debt collector when I don’t owe a penny ! Messed up my account totally
