I only want the speeds that you are contracted to provide.
-

Richard Holliday | Author 🇬🇧 (@rjph_author) reported@Plusnet Thanks, I will give that a go! Funnily enough, it's little weird and annoying issues with websites not working right which is what I wanted to post about. Are you able to assist at all?
-
Rob Baillie (@BobaliciousBob) reported@Plusnet Thanks. I'll do that. Now, please ponder on the absurdity of the fact that in order to ask a simple question one needs to go to the "Make a Complaint" section - and that someone who works as a software engineer building end-user systems couldn't find it on their own...
-
Mike Foster (@MikeFoster54) reported@Plusnet why is your website down?
-
Philip Challinor (@pchallinor) reportedO let us by no means be slow At causing the bubbly to flow: My service provision Has had a revision And @plusnet have got the heave-ho!

MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.
-
dave mitton (@davmitt) reported@Plusnet brilliant, coming up to the end of my contract and all of a sudden your internet has gone proper ****, surely you should be making it better so I renew
-
KewCogs (@KewCogs) reported@ArmchairAdml He could switch to plusnet which is actually owned by BT and gives a similar service, but as a new customer, he gets the introductory rates.
