    So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isnโ€™t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and Iโ€™ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

    @Plusnet I donโ€™t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course Iโ€™ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp disappointed with the continued poor speeds for our broadband, its tough enough at the minute for #SmallBusinesse to survive without these problems adding to the stress levels. I only want the speeds that you are contracted to provide.

    @Plusnet Just a suggestion; but when your service is down across the country, you might want to disperse with the timed tweets. They are not a good look.

    @Plusnet Do you not have any support team working overnight? Internet down everywhere yet service status says all fine, and help centre didnโ€™t open till 8am. Going to be a busy morning for them!!!
