  @BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

  @Plusnet having problems with broadband signal dropping for approx 2 mins a few times a day. I’m using extra phone data, plus it’s affecting me working from home. Please can you look into this for me
