    @BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

    @phil_lovett58 @Plusnet Same for me went off around 0830 and been told be 3 days to be fixed as an open reach issue apparently

    can't do anything.......... net keeps dying.......... very cool...... already bad day...... also heating doesn't work......... plusnet are garbo and I'm sure the help they'll offer is have you reset your router :)))))
