    @BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

    @OpenreachHelp Plusnet have and they have put a note on the record. So you're telling me YOUR engineer broke our service and YOU can't escalate this TODAY to get him to come back and fix it. I work for NW Group, but can't. Shall I have a word with our OpenReach account manager?

    @plusnet my Internet has been down since yesterday. Logged it with you, called you and no reply or action. I have a child isolating at home and needs to access remote learning immediately. What is going on???

    Wow @Plusnet are absolute garbage. They've removed their online customer service chat- the ONLY reason I signed up with them, as I'm disabled and can't use a phone. My bill is £10 more than it should be, I need to discuss renewal options with someone, and I can't. Appalling.

    Outage continues intermittently in Boxmoor. I currently have no internet. Local convenience store / post office has no internet to operate Chip & Pin.@Plusnet

    Plusnet claim that they will do everything to support disabled customers but their only webchat service is for sales only, so there's no accessibility for customers who can't use a phone. Their webchat sales team told me it could be days before someone would reply to email

    My internet is so slow I can’t even open a webpage to do a speed test. I’m way below my stay fast speed. Had to disconnect Wi-fi just to tag you o. Twitter. Sort it out @Plusnet @plusnethelp .
