    @BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

    @kazzaloveslife Plusnet They're one of the cheapest suppliers if you stay in contract. Their support used to be world class, then BT. bought them. Support is still very good, but not as good as it was.

    @kazzaloveslife Plusnet. I had some issues initially but they sent replacement within 24 hours. Customer Services were great too. Not too expensive and I have good signal despite living semi rurally.

    @Plusnet hi there, I'm still without mobile data. The full allowance for the month is unused because I cannot access it . I've just received a text asking me to call 500 for a service reset. I'd love that but I'm unable to get through. It's been 13 days and six assignments...

    @Plusnet I left you for a better mobile service elsewhere and took my number with me but am still getting emails saying my bill is £0. Please make it stop. I don't want to ring or speak to anybody, I just want it to stop.

    Can’t watch the United game as @Plusnet are awful. Don’t mention a 24hr wait to activate until AFTER you have signed up. Idiots
