@BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

@OpenreachHelp Hi Dan, we only get notified if we lodge a fault. We are with plusnet, we got a text to say it was back up but it only lasted 6 mins before it was down again. There is currently a generator running the box with a 2nd generator running the generator

@Plusnet Thanks, yes I understand that an issue is going to be investigated. My concern is 2 fold...I now have no landline (Openreach cut Virgin cable!!!) and my Virgin Broadband is due to be disconnected next week.

@Plusnet you’ll find you will have better success rates with complaints if your stop letting untrained technical advisor ATTEMPT to deal with them. They should stick to attempting to fix things instead of playing office…#fail

@Plusnet I'm paying for the top broadband you offer, yet I'm only getting a measly 8mb speed. This is no good to me, I've been a customer many years, so will be leaving unless you can do something about it.
