@BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

@Plusnet This has been an ongoing problem not just for us but others as well in Kinross I suggest you contact open reach & get them to sort their boxes out as many are not getting the service that we pay for our promised contracts are not being met

@eddiecoke I had frequent line quality problems and outages when I sued BT and then with Sky. Moved to Plusnet which was good connection but terrible customer service (account set up delays & billing issues). Plusnet fee shot up after contract ended and the PO deal was too good to miss.

@AiberdeinQuine @Plusnet Google the issue. Your not alone. Many other customers with the same issue and Plusnet fail to adequately address it. Lost my WiFi connection 4 times today and had to reset my router.
