@Plusnet you took over my broadband when I was away. Travelling back in the uk to a text to say my router has only just been posted today… and I can see my old connection is offline. Two kids and Easter weekend ahead. Can you see the problem? Can you check when it was posted

@BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

Another massive price hike by @Plusnet after a huge one last year, within contract. Just waiting for the contract to end then will switch of course. Should I assume I'll lose service during switch? Anything I can do to mitigate?

Dear @martinstanford I just listened to the advice about routers. I use @Plusnet who are great. I never use a pre configured route supplied by an ISP and only use @DrayTekUK routers. I frequently check it for firmware updates & only allow my list of MAC addresses #JerseyBread

Super rich for PlusNet to keep hitting me with retargeting ads when a) I’ve been Googling why my internet speed is slow and b) I’m already a customer

@welsh_stu time to switch then? I've had very few issues with Plusnet even after being swallowed by BT. Also offer static IP and allow you to use your own router if you want. Both important for me.

@Plusnet @UswitchUK Been a customer for 20+ years. Called with an issue about a month ago. Told we need a new router and it would be with us in 3 to 5 days. Still waiting, still have an issue with our internet. Not the best customer service!

@bt_uk I'm getting following message on my phone - is this a scam? I have Plusnet sim card not BT. "Emergency alert (operator) this is a test message #2 from BT_UK, please ignore no action is required. OK"

@alicemclocky we were on plusnet in second year, we set it up ourselves independently of the landlord and never had any issues!! and it was the cheapest one we found as well, we only paid like £20 a month

@richieh @VodafoneUK as mentioned to Stu, I have had very few issues with Plusnet and been with them for years. If they do become trouble I'd probably go with Zen.

@BronteSchiltz We're with Plusnet and we've had very few issues! When our internet speed went down because of line issues they sent a repairman out as soon as they could and he was brilliant and even gave us a heads up that fibre was going to be in our area really soon. Highly recommend.
