Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

Alex Loche (@alexdn32) reported from Irchester, England@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

Jason Monk (@pertinaxone) reported@Plusnet Morning all, my mum and dad are getting all sorts of phone calls this morning from very random numbers, every 3 or 4 minutes. Theyre not making calls at all but people are claiming theyve phoned them. Are you having landline problems at all??

GB (@Viffergb) reported@Plusnet Hi, in view of the fact that I am still experiencing the notorious 5GHz WiFi 'dropout' issues, and that's after having upgraded to the latest firmware, would you please consider upgrading my router to the latest Hub Two to see if that fixes the problem?

Valentin (@Valenti69685788) reported@Plusnet There isn't error message. I enter a password and when i press next it just refreshes the page and doesn't let me continue. Tried with different password, different browsers, even on my phone. Always the same issue.
