BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

Craig West (@craigwest) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

Politically homeless dinosaur (@IndependentlyXX) reported@MartinSLewis Leave, it's easy and plenty of choice. EE within 2 years put mine up by 80% after Plusnet closed their mobile service. Now with Mozillion. It's the only way they will learn.

My broadband speeds are consistently below the minimum guaranteed (500mbps) and I would like to discuss the termination fees as they are extortionate when you are in breach of contract
