  • purgstallheath Father Oliver Coss (@purgstallheath) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

  • GlennMillward G (@GlennMillward) reported from Milton Keynes, England

Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

  • GlennMillward G (@GlennMillward) reported from Milton Keynes, England

Avoid Plusnet like the plague. Awful customer service.

@Plusnet Don't do it. You will lose your main phone which will become digital and won't work if there is a power cut. Very dangerous if you live in an area where you don't have a mobile signal.

  • wordsfan Yvonne Barrie (@wordsfan) reported

@Plusnet I’m really not meaning that aspect I’m talking about your admin and record keeping and processes which are VERY poor

  • SouthsideTrekk1 Southside Trekkie 🏳️‍🌈🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🦄🖖🏻💖💜💙 (@SouthsideTrekk1) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@JennyBratty @Plusnet Yeah, that’s not on. I’ve never had an issue so far other than being slow to repair a damaged line but I think this is an open reach issue.

  • AirtimeRewards Airtime Rewards (@AirtimeRewards) reported

@siondoc Hey Sion 👋 Unfortunately we don't support Plusnet mobile at this time. We do hope to be compatible with Plusnet mobile in the future but don't currently have any ETA's, unfortunately. We'll be sure to keep you updated 📣

  • JennyBratty BrattyJennyDragon (@JennyBratty) reported

@SouthsideTrekk1 @Plusnet Also tried explaining that I prefer email etc as I have hearing issues and not always great on the phone, and, nope, phone it is. Then they asked me to rate how likely I am to recommend @Plusnet to others....

  • eLJaybud Lee Gibson (@eLJaybud) reported

@RyanSlade20 @tescomobile That's on three's network, I moved from three to plusnet so I had the EE network as the three network was terrible. Sim only £10 for 30GB and unlimited on a one month rolling contract.

  • wordsfan Yvonne Barrie (@wordsfan) reported

@Plusnet your processes need to be much better and much more organised I would v much like to speak to a manager regarding this - house move palava in my case - but affects all cust svc issues

  • eLJaybud Lee Gibson (@eLJaybud) reported

@TipplingPort @tescomobile I was on an O2 network use company and yes it was awful reception. I'm now on plusnet which uses EE and it's a so much better network. I had a 40 mile journey and had reception the entire time, that never happened on O2.

  • JennyBratty BrattyJennyDragon (@JennyBratty) reported

@Plusnet I have an Issue with leaving your broadband, well £186+ issues, and this is the only contact details that are not a phone number. Please respond.

  • JennyBratty BrattyJennyDragon (@JennyBratty) reported

@SouthsideTrekk1 @Plusnet Yeah, first time having an issue with them. Also moving to a benefits capped service (as they do not have it but BT do), so a cancellation charge of 186 is being levied as well.
