Greg (@Gregory1187) reported@Plusnet i had issues with my broadband on 23rd September. Was promised a new hub and my compliant to be escalated to a senior manager within 5 days. Neither have materialised. The service from plusnet is shocking.

I have less that 1gb data to last 3 more weeks... Which means I can't use the support network I rely on
