@spazdiv I had Plusnet for around 6 years with no problems at all. Very fast and reliable. Only moved to Sky because it was a very cheap deal.

Cancelled my @Plusnet now, it shops the day BT put in their UC £9.99 Broadway. To be fair Plusnet service I've had no problem with, I was offered a cheaper new upgrade but still more than a tenner with BT. I'll go back to Plusnet if things change the future #CostOfLivingCrisis

@Plusnet We are now into our 16th day of our phone and broadband outage issue and I will be contacting OFCOM later to raise a complaint. I am reduced to using from a local co-working space at £24.00 per day which I doubt plusnet will refund.

@Plusnet Morning,we think there is a problem with my father in law's phone line,it's very crackly when we ring him, not helping with his very hard of hearing!! Is there anyway we can check without having to call out an engineer as one of us would have to be with him. Thank you .

@jimmycobb_ @UniHomes @Plusnet Me and my house mates had the same problem, it ended up arriving 3 and a half weeks late, for it to not work. After several emails with UniHomes they offered us a £10 each compensation after we spent £100 on extra data. A joke.

@Plusnet my internet drops connection often after midnight, this incident isnt isolated to myself as when i check downdetector many others report the spike. Surely i shouldnt be getting charged the full rate for inconsistent internet and very sub par speeds. Sort it out.

@Plusnet Yes, still here. I can’t roam.🙁 I can manually select a local network. It seems to work for about a minute and then it reverts to ‘No Service’ Same problem for both my wife and son’s phones (also on Plusnet) 🤔

@Plusnet absolutely awful service. Told an engineer would arrive between 1-6. Even double checked earlier and they said engineer would defo arrive. Now past 6.30 and no engineer and no phone call from Plusnet.Trying to call them but on hold forever.
