On top of that, signal is absolutely garbage and can't stay connected, working from home shouldn't be this hard, plusnet, not happy!

Gave notice on our account and they 'mistakenly' tried to take a £60 cancellation fee they weren't entitled to and now they seem to have closed our service three weeks early. So I'm stuck listening to the ear-bleeding hold music now.

Shuhel (@shuhel) reported@OpenreachHelp Hi - My broadband has pretty much been unusable since Monday AM. A fault has been raised by Plusnet for Openreach to have a look. Issue is yet to be fixed and Plusnet aren't able to give an update. Mega annoying as WFH. Is this something you can have a look at?
