@spazdiv I had Plusnet for around 6 years with no problems at all. Very fast and reliable. Only moved to Sky because it was a very cheap deal.

"Your broadband should carry on working with your current provider until the switch is completed." Nope: @SkyHelpTeam cut me off at 00:10 (hours after stinging me for another month's service) but switch to @Plusnet isn't done yet. How exactly am I supposed to work today?

@Plusnet My broadband service with you is due to start today. My old supplier cut me off at 00:10 this morning & they say the switch on from you should have happened immediately after, but 9 hours later I’m still waiting for confirmation from you that I should switch on your router…

Hey @Plusnet. Over a week since all mailboxes disappeared after requesting a mail-only account as I've moved to a new ISP. Have been told 24-48 hours to resolve twice over last week. Still no mailboxes. Quite concerned about what e-mails we are missing. Can you help??

Not a @Plusnet customer but they have taken £138.76 out of my account. @Monzo are dragging their heels looking into it - surely if an UNAUTHORISED @DirectDebitUK was taken I am supposed to be immediately refunded? #theft #directdebit
