On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.

(@Matt_Q_OnX) reported@MikeWhi29270353 I never said they did, I said they can. - If you're on such a supplier you simply go to the likes of Vonage and get your telephone service from them; it then runs on the Plusnet (or whatever) internet connection. Plusnet CHOSE not to provide the service - their loss.

Ollie Bessell (@olliebessell) reported@Plusnet day10 without WiFi. Was told to take the morning off work for your engineer and they havnt turned up. And your customer service team told me nothing they can do about it. Absolute shambles. SCAM company #plusnet
