@spazdiv I had Plusnet for around 6 years with no problems at all. Very fast and reliable. Only moved to Sky because it was a very cheap deal.

@Plusnet Why is it impossible to contact you? Broadband keeps dropping, no chat facility, waiting on phone for hours. Why are you not employing people to wfh on your chat helpline? I have to wfh and need to sort this out. DM me, this is terrible "service",not good enough.

@plusnethelp Broadband switched to Plusnet yesterday, promised seamless transition which is necessary for work and uni classes but no Internet. Been through all troubleshooting yesterday but it's an authorisation issue and now told got to wait till Friday!

So, here's the question @PlusNet - Do I really have to transfer my home broadband to someone else's name to get a £70 retention bonus and save £3 a month? Is this really good customer treatment?
