    Having the worst few days of switching to @Plusnet, firstly I didn't receive the sim for 13 days, part of it thanks to @RoyalMail. Then when I popped it in, I am not able to connect to internet. I am out of any kind of mobile internet for about 6 days now!!

    @Plusnet I’ve waited since last Tuesday for my SIM card and I’ve been networkless since Thursday. I’m paying for a service I can’t use. I know it isn’t your fault but is there a way of getting a SIM card to me via courier?

    @Plusnet Just called looking for a new deal since current BB contract is over. CS Rep gave me a deal that is £5 more per month than a new customer, and when I asked for the new customer deal, word for word he replied, "Why would I give you that"...

    @Plusnet Yesterday myself and my partner (both plusnet mobile) had no signal between ~9am-5pm. Today the signal has just dropped again. Is there a known fault in BS24 postcode?
