@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet. My elderly mother is having nothing but problems trying to close her account with you after a year of shockingly bad service. She cannot chat to you online and cannot email you as these services are down. I would appreciate a call to try and sort this out

@Plusnet What your doing for this customer is cancelling her home move a day before it's due having confirmed its going ahead fine just 3 days ago. I work from home and you are messing with my livelihood. Had really poor service, genuinely cried.

@Gadgetoid @Plusnet Fortunately it is not my model of router but another customer's. They used to be so much better than this, including proactively getting in touch when I found a vuln in another company's router years ago when they realised theirs might have similar firmware (it did).
