@Plusnet i will note, i do not require a super fast speed here, only stable latency - im trying to play a game and this fluctuation makes it borderline unplayable, seriously considering forking the extra money and moving back to BT, never had this problem before

Poor show @Plusnet & @BTOpenreach1 . I’ve now been without broadband or home phone line for over a week. I’m severely regretting my decision to try to swap provider. “we’ll do you proud”…not this customer you haven’t. Sort it out now, or I will pull the plug on changing

told me they are really good? I'm so fed up with the rubbish from these internet/phone providers who slow down the speeds. Do not touch plusnet as they told me once they had given me fibre, (when I had a brief pause from vodafone) and it turned out they hadn't give me fibre at

@TalkTalk Totally unacceptable to not notify affected customers directly. There is FIFTEEN HOURS of planned maintenance in York and it's taken looking up the network status to find out about it. I was with @Plusnet for 4 years and had nothing like this.
