Sick of @Plusnet got to wait between 3/5 days for them to look at a problem and I have to pay them £65 for the repair and still pay my WiFi. Which is more on and off then a switch #sickofit #unfair Will be back soon i hope x

@Plusnet since changing from ee to plus net from recommendations its been awful cuts out constantly and barely reaches upstairs, today is the day I'm fed up on resetting the router and having the kids screaming muuuummmm the WiFi is down AGAIN 😭😭

Nothing but problems since August changing from Plusnet Bband to John Lewis Bband (who use Plusnet) Latest issue - i asked to keep my plusnet email rather than JL & they closed it by mistake! They reopened it but now I cant receive emails. Each time I call I'm on hold for 40 mins
