I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. I literally just laughed, took the headset off & walked off the floor. Didn’t even hang up.

Cheaper as well. Never going back to Virgin. They’re so bad I’m moving my O2 contracts when they expire as well.
