What's funny is it took 48 hours for my last two texts on signal to come through .. paranoidandroid user :O i shall endeavor to find out why .. wifi/4g problem or plusnet/EE? ..phone model? ... still noted

Hi @Plusnet - my mobile has had 'Emergency calls only' for the last few days, and I've been in a couple of different locations, at most of which I would normally have signal (I'm in a large city). Not a new customer - any idea what the issue might be?

@superstratrob91 ...customer support team can be reached on 0800 432 0200. If mobile account, our mobile support team can be reached on 0800 079 1133 or 500 (From a Plusnet Mobile). Both can be reached from Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 20:00 I hope this helps. - Benj 2/2

@Plusnet been having problems with broadband speed and was told last year that I new router was becoming available but as yet I have not received one...can you help?
