@Plusnet No you're not. I had to increase broadband in April at start of pandemic because couldn't get through to tech support and speed had plummeted. Now being charged early exit fee to leave after over five years. Will never return.

Pinging loopback and pinging the router both show nothing wrong inside the machine or the local network - the problem is within the Plusnet network.
