To anyone thinking of signing an elderly relative up to @plusnet, bear in mind that if a bill is outstanding, no matter how small, they will default all calls to their payment line until settled. My 90 year old housebound mother cant contact doctors, or any of her support network

can’t get over the fact I’ve been having problems with PlusNet and their solution was to plug my laptop in with the Ethernet cable into the box they installed into my sons nursery, that their WiFi doesn’t work with Apple devices and have I tried turning it off and back on again?

Just had a renewal email from @Plusnet for broadband etc. Really like the provider, good customer service etc., but they build in annual price increases of CPI+3.9% !! Is it just me or is that outrageous? Is this hefty annual real terms increase normal?

@Plusnet can’t get through to customer services on hold for 20mins then cut off rang back and now saying the are too busy and to ring later !! Not good when we have family of 5 ,no internet , husband working from home and it’s the weekend coming up !!!!

@02 @plusnethelp so my elderly mother is without a network because 02 have taken her number from plusnet, so she has been cut off, 02 are meant to be sorting this, but your staff don't even call back, 02 you have taken this number and we need it back, its your mistake so sort it

Think @Plusnet need to employ a few more people if it takes 3 days just to update on why I’m a week into no broadband. 30 mins on the phone to be told **** all - will call you back in 3 days isn’t service you want 😡

@plusnethelp my plusnet is extremely slow atm, read a few comments and feedback, followed there online help tips, my router is always on, looks like I will have to change after the contract, plus I have a disability. Argh
