    Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

    Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

    @Plusnet is there a cancellation period? I’m out of contract for the last 2 years plus. Or what do I do to cancel as I’ve switched services but technically not as I wasn’t asked if I was leaving an old broadband service for new.

    @Plusnet - The Absolute Worst Broadband Provider I have ever had the displeasure of using. My mother has been paying £25 per month for over 3 months and getting downspeeds of less than 10mbps consistently. Your customer service people are useless. I will be taking this to OFCOM

    @Plusnet Shame working from home is a nightmare with your we switched to u then on Friday my virtual network stopped working there is a know issue with home working at plusnet so have to use my mobile data as a hotspot

    Wow @Plusnet are absolute garbage. They've removed their online customer service chat- the ONLY reason I signed up with them, as I'm disabled and can't use a phone. My bill is £10 more than it should be, I need to discuss renewal options with someone, and I can't. Appalling.

    Just the four router resets so far this morning @Plusnet despite following all your (largely irrelevant) settings 'help'. Your hardware is broken and you don't seem to have any answers.

    @Plusnet In the time it’s taken, I’ve spent £90 on a new router and 5G wireless dongles to fix the issue.

    @Plusnet hello, my WiFi went down an hour ago and I gave tried all sorts to resolve it. I have reset, restarted, updated my password and it still won't work. Could you please run some checks on your end? Thanks
