@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

@allyc375 @Plusnet Seems like standard service from @PlusNet. Mine drops all the time, but I was told it's normal to drop 3 times in a 24 hour period/6 drops in a 72 hour period! Customer 'Care' don't help.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp "stay connected"? Not if you're on a PlusNet connection where the line drops constantly and the support team tells you this is normal.

@MelJD46 @exRAF_Al Plusnet have the advantage of UK call centre, great for any tech issues.

(2/2) this a known data breach with Plusnet? I block every number that calls, but every day a different one rings and leaves same message. I've registered my number with Telephone Preference Service, and if this doesn't solve problem then am inclined to cancel my contract.

@plusnethelp after spending £210 on mobile data over the last month while Plusnet is down, you now suggest I spend £35 on a router? Seriously
