@Plusnet Having trouble accessing the member centre having just had my new home phone set up. It loads and then disappears! Very frustrating!

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

@Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

@drpoco They no that also had a problem with @Plusnet got Pac code moved to 3 but they tried charging me for using dead Sim in April

@Plusnet I've spoken to a CSA in Leeds by phone who assures me my complaint has been logged & "to expect a phone call from a [Plusnet] manager in the next 2 to 3 days". I asked for, but was not given, a complaint reference number which I was told would be emailed to me, not yet received.
