    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

    @Plusnet Why don’t your staff reply to my messages? I was given a staff member to direct all my questions to via the phone in the escalations team I have called 4 times on four days and he never answers or calls back

    @Plusnet Hi PlusNet, slight issue. our telephone doesn't work (no dial tone and doesn't ring when called), but our broadband works perfectly fine. Any Ideas?

    @plusnet my fibre broadband is constantly dropping out. It's driving me nuts. 5 minutes every now and then. Please help.

    It’s Saturday and once again @VirginMedia is down in EN4 moved from #sky as that was bad but now every Saturday having problems. Lucky at work have #Plusnet no problems.

    @Plusnet My streaming on all web services and (smart tv and tablet) apps has been terrible over the past couple of weeks despite rock solid connectivity, large file DLs, and high average speeds for my package (upper 90th%). Please raise an incident ticket for this and DM me.

    @Plusnet Yes and he was supposed to call me last week to discuss it but couldn’t be bothered so I called several times to chase and get some answers but he was never available and ignored two call back requests
