@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

@bt_uk Another engineer hasn't been arranged yet.. and we would very much like to before our phone line goes down TONIGHT.. Currently wasting yet more time waiting for the terrible customer service of Plusnet on the phone to see what they can do.. @OpenreachHelp

I’d love to move to a different supplier and go elsewhere but since nobody can tell me if my line is sorted/connected/completed I’m worried that I’ll start the whole loop of problems that @Plusnet blame on openreach all over again 🙈🙈🙈🙈

@ShippersUnbound @LutineBelle @virginmedia I’m with Plusnet too. When the router they provided didn’t reach all corners of my house they sent a cheque so I could buy a better one. Couldn’t recommend enough. Was with virgin previously and the customer service standards are worlds apart.

@ShippersUnbound @virginmedia I don’t know if this is helpful to you, Tim, as I don’t know where you live and what media package(s) you have, but our internet service and landline provider for many years has been John Lewis, who use PlusNet to deliver the services, and we have had no cause for complaints.
