@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

@Plusnet has national problems. I got through to the helpline and they told me to try pressing the "reset" on the back of the router every hour or so. (Plusnet say: "We are working on the problem")

@plusnethelp Router factory reset, still no broadband. Already spent an hour on hold to get through to customer support this morning to be told it’s a DNS issue in Plusnet infrastructure. Please don’t tell us it’s fixed when it isn’t.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp really shocking service - called as I’ve got a problem and I can’t even speak to anyone and the recorded message says call between 1pm and 5pm when it’s quiet - my problem is now not at 1pm!!! Sort it out #plusnet #CustomerService #notdoingmeproud
