    Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    @plusnethelp @RobBS25936512 Donot be fooled by Plusnet and there adverts.They get their service through BT. You get faster and accurate service if you go direct to BT or Virgin.Plusnet Sucks!

    @Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?

    @Plusnet Very disgusted by your service. My parents have been waiting over a month for you to install their phone line. Every time an engineer comes they don't bring the right equipment and leave. It happened for the third time today. Your company lacks basic communication.

    Absolutely disgusting service from @Plusnet not even been with them a month. Have had no internet or landline for 6 days. Was promised it would be fixed today! It’s not. So no internet over the weekend #happylockdown 😡😡😡

    @beccagroves @virginmedia Plusnet have the occasional glitch but that’s it, BT was best but I never new what it was going to cost me.

    @plusnethelp @RobBS25936512 PLUSNET SERVICE SUCKS! I SPOKE TO A TECHNICIAN YESTERDAY ABOUT MY BAD SERVICE OF LOSING INTERNET EVERY 10 MINUTES.THE TECHNICIAN TOLD ME TO UNSCREW THE BOX FROM THE WALL AND HE WILL CALL ME BACK......STILL WAITING???
