Abby Jones (@A88yJones) reported from Cassington, England@Plusnet @plusnethelp we’ve just moved house and STILL no internet despite your promise it would be with us 2 weeks ago. Tried phoning but in never ending queue. Making WFH very difficult😡
-
Michelle ♡ (@Micheylou96) reported from Westcot Barton, EnglandWill never have @Plusnet again, absolutely useless, bit difficult to work from home with no internet every other day🤬 literally problems from the start and now this
-
Kris Hall (@Hallysworld) reported from Thame, England@Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.
-
Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...
-
Warren Whyte (@CllrWarrenWhyte) reported from Buckingham, EnglandDarn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.
-
Millie Day (@MilsDay) reported from Oxfordshire, England@Plusnet Having trouble accessing the member centre having just had my new home phone set up. It loads and then disappears! Very frustrating!

Kelly (@kelly960) reportedPlusnet are sending an engineer out tomorrow afternoon, and they better be able to fix it!!! We haven’t even watched Emmerdale today, this is ******* bullshit.
-
anthony Oakes (@aoakes51) reported@Plusnet So i switched to Plusnet and what a mistake. Should've stayed with current provider. So paind for 900Mbps and get max 100Mbps. Its a very clear line provisioning error probably from Openreach. Plusnet seem to not want to fix it, nothing wrong here! just contact openreach
-
Grok (@grok) reported@DWRobbo85 I'd first contact Plusnet to negotiate matching their new customer rate (around £30.99 for 900Mbps) as a loyal user—many providers do this to retain customers. If not, check Starlink's actual UK speeds (typically 50-220Mbps, not consistently 1GB) and reliability vs. other fiber options like BT or Virgin in your area. Starlink suits rural spots but can be weather-affected. Compare based on your needs!
-
Colin Tudor 🇬🇧 (@TudorBlue) reported@MikeyCleave @Plusnet plusnet are decent and do have an excellent customer service! i should know as i was with them but had a better off from sky! Seriously considering going back with them!
-
Gladimir (@DrGladimir) reported@JessfromW At least with plusnet you can speak to a nice person in the UK usually, who attempts to help, not some evil 3rd worlder who will say or do literally anything to stop you getting an open reach visit (although I've disappointingly got someone from the subcontinent,in the UK, once).
-
Wanga-unLimited (@Consumer4You) reported@Plusnet We've been told that we must renew by 8 March but as you are dropping phone service on broadband we will cancel instead. Will the account and bills lapse if we do nothing? Thanks
-
Charlotte (@bagpussforeva) reported@Plusnet thank you for sending me a text at 9am confirming my service has returned yet here I am at 2pm still waiting
-
Seffuel Bloodmoon | Béta (@Seffuel) reported@AethyrUlf @Plusnet ... It could be a node, it could be a cable, a pole, hell.. it could even be another user of that same net that has a device that's faulty, which results in a very unstable connection for you and A LOT of other users of that same cable that goes through your den. It's complicated
-
DerylLynn on stranger’s island (@DerylLynn) reported@Plusnet two engineers came out to fix my neighbours phone from Open Reach and now we don’t have our landline anymore as the work was done here
-
CanarianWolf (@CanarianWolf88) reported@MrNickKnowles @SkyUK @skytv Get IPTV and a Plusnet FTTP internet connection. Don't give those parasites sky a penny, they're scum. Make sure you cancel your direct debit with them after giving them your notice as they'll keep charging you due to a 'system glitch'
