Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

@Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Plusnet @plusnethelp 45 mins of my life I’ll never get back to be no further along either!! 3 kids at home needing services and your agent basically says “I can’t help” if this is award winning I’d hate to see who came last!!

Oh @Plusnet - I've always found you give a good service, but today found you limit passwords to 16 characters 😞 In your favour you do allow most symbols, but 16 characters is just to short. A lot too short.

To follow up @Plusnet @plusnethelp we've spent 1 hour and 7 minutes on phone (inc placed on hold 3 times) re a simple technical support issue, to be told that we'd likely have to wait 24-48 hours for the ticket to be read by the support team there, never mind get a resolution.😝

I'm not sure who messed up. All I know is that my vulnerable 81 year old parent has been left without their landline. An Essential Service!! Transfer from #Utilitywarehouse to @Plusnet has gone Very wrong. @BTOpenreach1 possibly to blame. Could be @TalkTalk who own #UW. Furious

@Plusnet changing to you for our ISP was the worst decision ever. Trying to home school 2 teenagers with unstable Internet connection is tortuous & damaging. Why will you not provide what you are contracted to do and resolve your terrible service!

Now sitting on hold with no indication of where I am in the queue, or how long it'll be..... I miss the old days when @plusnet were good at customer support. Now they give an impression of not wanting to talk to you. If only I could get @toobbroadband where I am!
