@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

@MartinSLewis here is sharp, utility industry, practice. I don't know if you have covered it. 88 year-old Mum, watching the £, existing landline/broadband provider @Plusnet contract due to end; cost £26 increasing to £40.64. Another provider offering same service for £18.99 1/4

Absolutely shocking service from @Plusnet House move should have been completed 2 weeks ago, they arranged an appointment for today without consulting me and then didn't even turn up. Cant even get through on phone. Not like I need broadband in a pandemic or anything 😠

Three calls later and apologies and emails from them saying a mistake, I've now received a debt collectors letter!!! This is disgusting @Plusnet it has caused stress, worry and confusion, is this how you treat all your customers?? #shockingcustomerservice
