So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

Can load pages and messages, but very slow and laptop says it isn't connected. Have globe icon in the corner. Updates will not run. Says no connection on Ethernet either.

Any chance of the referendums? (@TafftheVoice) reported@LouiseScottACTS Plusnet. Aside from I pay £18 p/m for fast (ultimately BT) broadband, the customer service is great. Speak to a human pretty instantly.
