@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

Hey @Plusnet, how can I leave your service? I’ve tried emailing support last month but you keep on billing me. I just want you to go away. I’m out of contract.

@watton2_karen Sorry about that Karen, you should have received an email offering a Hub Two router or money towards a mesh system/boosters. Please let me know if you continue to have any problems once you have the Hub Two and I'll look into this further for you. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds

@Plusnet Thank you, you seem to be the only person who has understood that I got a signal with the original router and not the second one

@Plusnet had email to say sim was active at 4:45am. She’s turned phone off and on again but can’t get a signal and if I call her it goes straight to her old providers voicemail service?

@PaulHusband_ @Plusnet we had the same issue with bt for months. continuous call outs then they told us they’d moved the line half a mile up the road and that led to the signal dropping so we switched. Find out whos in the nearest green box to your home and go with them

@Plusnet recently switched from sky broadband to plusnet and its fine in terms of watching stuff and general internet connection but when I’m trying to play an online game on the ps5 it’s terrible. Constant lag and rubber banding which was never there when we had sky. Why?

@Plusnet Just letting everyone know that after being with Plusnet for 5 years, terminating, paying my bill and having my account closed, they just sent me TWO emails asking me to set up a Direct Debit as I'm a new customer! Funny, or Useless?!
