  • Micheylou96 Michelle ♡ (@Micheylou96) reported from Westcot Barton, England

Will never have @Plusnet again, absolutely useless, bit difficult to work from home with no internet every other day🤬 literally problems from the start and now this

  • Hallysworld Kris Hall (@Hallysworld) reported from Thame, England

@Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

  • A88yJones Abby Jones (@A88yJones) reported from Cassington, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp we’ve just moved house and STILL no internet despite your promise it would be with us 2 weeks ago. Tried phoning but in never ending queue. Making WFH very difficult😡

  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • CllrWarrenWhyte Warren Whyte (@CllrWarrenWhyte) reported from Buckingham, England

Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • JonesStevej87 @jonesstevej87 (@JonesStevej87) reported

  • YorkshireLady3 Yorkshire Lady (@YorkshireLady3) reported

@EyeOldham @NKrankie We have been with Plusnet for years without trouble. Customer service is excellent even for non technical people like me.

  • MrPeterLambert Peter Lambert (@MrPeterLambert) reported

@Plusnet I'm happy to do this, however I've already been told that there's nothing more that you can do to move the date forward and you're unable to help any further.

  • CraigAnderton7 Craig Anderton (@CraigAnderton7) reported

@Plusnet you've taken my direct debit payment 10 times over rather than once this month. 10x £10.46 payments on 10/9 rather than 1. Kinda need that for rent lol wtf My name is Craig Anderton, no. 07528282265. Payed with nationwide. Please help sort this out! Not acceptable!

  • Chris_P_Lewis Christopher Lewis (@Chris_P_Lewis) reported

If you're a @Plusnet mobile customer, please check your bank statements. They've taken my monthly direct debit TEN times this month. How can the bank let them take a payment...TEN times. 🤪😳

  • PoseidonsThot Blanche DeverHoe 😜 (@PoseidonsThot) reported

Thanks to the @Plusnet agent I spoke to today for helping with my issues and getting them resolved so quickly

  • karlpk Karl Keyte (@karlpk) reported

@Plusnet Like I say - Twitter-only support is a provider-changing feature. I appreciate you responding, but as a service provider, it's not good enough. And that's a shame, because Plusnet's support used to be top notch. One extreme to the other.

  • FrankieDaLegend Frankie Connolly (@FrankieDaLegend) reported

@ShellEnergyHome You don't get it, Ajay The service I am using is provided by Plusnet. My contract with P.O. Broadband has expired. I am not using your service.

  • DeniseFitzsimo7 Denise Fitzsimons (@DeniseFitzsimo7) reported

@Plusnet @AerosolSHIELD Think Plusnet should concentrate on fixing their terrible customer services and my vulnerable Aunt’s email address which they cut off since 20 August. My Aunt ha been told lies since then to say they will fix it so she gets off the phone. No manager will come to phone to help.

  • MusingJules Julie (@MusingJules) reported

@Plusnet Still waiting for you to resolve our problem from yesterday. New PM sent this morning but no reply yet. Can you advise please?
