Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@StuartMcGinley Hi Stuart, I'm sorry to hear you're looking at leaving us. Discussing contracts is one of the few things we can't aid with via this support channel; I'd recommend giving our Customer Options Team a call, as they're better suited to help with this query. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet I found that putting the IPad in Landscape mode fixed the problem Eventually..but I could not see it in portrait mode. Your IT people should be made aware,as it may be design flaw That they are not aware of.

@Plusnet my broadband has been down since yesterday. BS15 area. Is there a problem in this area or is it just me? I’ve done all the usual things to reset it, still no joy.

@TheCloudBeeTTV @Plusnet Notoriously awful @Plusnet - I've had really good service from BT or Sky. BT currently really good. 16 days is unnacceptable.

@Sportzzmama @Plusnet These are my only option, the issue is with the lines which is ran by one company over here so even if I switch to someone else I'll still have the connection problem. Although another companies customer service may push harder to get it fixed for me.

@Plusnet – When BT proceed to closing the PSTN and our landlines use VoIP over Broadband, how will the mandatory facility to be able to use our landline to contact emergency services during a power cut be supported?

@Plusnet hello, I’ve been offered a cheaper deal but you don’t seem willing to negotiate and happy to see a loyal customer leave. Is there nothing you can do before I cancel my contract? Thanks.
