So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

I use Quidco for cashback deals when chopping and changing suppliers (insurance/breakdown/utilities)i recently made a complaint with Bt for downgrading my speed from 40mb to 25mb.a losing battle..

Niamh (@niamhrob) reported@Plusnet only been with you since august and every month there are issues with the internet. When it does connect it’s slow and never as fast as what was promised initially. It’s now connected and no broadband. I can see you responding to public tweets and not my private message.
