  • MilsDay Millie Day (@MilsDay) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@Plusnet Having trouble accessing the member centre having just had my new home phone set up. It loads and then disappears! Very frustrating!

  • CllrWarrenWhyte Warren Whyte (@CllrWarrenWhyte) reported from Buckingham, England

Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • Hallysworld Kris Hall (@Hallysworld) reported from Thame, England

@Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

  • A88yJones Abby Jones (@A88yJones) reported from Cassington, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp we’ve just moved house and STILL no internet despite your promise it would be with us 2 weeks ago. Tried phoning but in never ending queue. Making WFH very difficult😡

  • Micheylou96 Michelle ♡ (@Micheylou96) reported from Westcot Barton, England

Will never have @Plusnet again, absolutely useless, bit difficult to work from home with no internet every other day🤬 literally problems from the start and now this

Terrible service from @Plusnet they cancel our account and send debt collectors after money we don’t owe. Constant poor advice and communication #plusnet

  • harald_b WG (@harald_b) reported

@Ofcom @ICOnews Unless you're a Plusnet customer - then there is no 7726 for you.

  • alexbibby25 Alex Bibby (@alexbibby25) reported

@XxChantoixX @Plusnet @plusnethelp My has cut out and reset probably over 20-30 times tonight on plusnet. You having the same issues?

  • ThatProgrammer ThatProgrammer (@ThatProgrammer) reported

Like.. what I don't understand is how a Plusnet Stock Router could keep a consistent and reliable connection no matter where we were in the house, but with slow speeds - but a £460 combined, enterprise equipment can't hold a steady connection with 2.4Ghz devices? WTH..

  • blazingskies Skyblaze the Kittyblob (@blazingskies) reported

@RealCainMosni @virginmedia That's the problem, unless you use Virgin, or 4G-based internet, EVERY ISP is reliant on Openreach, because they control the infrastructure. Tony works for PlusNet, and getting Openreach engineers to do anything is a major bottleneck.

  • abbie_chilton Abbie (@abbie_chilton) reported

If I can give one piece of WFH advice, NEVER choose @Plusnet as your internet provider

  • MikeHar75956227 Mike Hardy (@MikeHar75956227) reported

@MoneySavingExp Been with Plusnet for years with no problems. The past year with a house move they have been an absolute shambles.

  • MrDaegos Daegos (@MrDaegos) reported

Marc Allera can **** right off! PlusNet can **** right off! If my internet shuts off one more time, im going mental!

  • Scottie_D_84 Scott Dryburgh (@Scottie_D_84) reported

  • GerrySmith1986 The Spanish Mackem (@GerrySmith1986) reported

@Plusnet your service is ******* dog ****. Can’t wait until my contract is over to get back to a decent provider.
