  • A88yJones Abby Jones (@A88yJones) reported from Cassington, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp we’ve just moved house and STILL no internet despite your promise it would be with us 2 weeks ago. Tried phoning but in never ending queue. Making WFH very difficult😡

  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • Hallysworld Kris Hall (@Hallysworld) reported from Thame, England

@Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

  • CllrWarrenWhyte Warren Whyte (@CllrWarrenWhyte) reported from Buckingham, England

Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

  • Micheylou96 Michelle ♡ (@Micheylou96) reported from Westcot Barton, England

Will never have @Plusnet again, absolutely useless, bit difficult to work from home with no internet every other day🤬 literally problems from the start and now this

@Plusnet Please can you advise what my termination fees would be to leave? I'm not happy with the slow support and that I'm paying for internet that I'm not getting and having to use mobile data.

  • SLTEmmaStopford Emma Gibson Stopford SLT (@SLTEmmaStopford) reported

@Plusnet are there network problems being caused by the weather? Suddenly lost connection and router solid orange (Sheffield)

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@MsGinnelleD you send me an outline of the issue that you're having, including whether it's solely affecting your wireless connections or if wired connections are affected too? Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds

  • MorrisJonathan Jonathan Morris (@MorrisJonathan) reported

@Plusnet Thanks Alex. There seems to be an accessibility problem occasionally to this router on occasion. Wonder if it's because the number of broadcasts in the area is so high (bit annoying to have another one, that seems to serve no purpose, taking up space to be honest).

  • baggieboy06 noel hadley (@baggieboy06) reported

@Plusnet hi,my father in law is with yourselves and has no signal in his house , he's got a mobile signal booster which doesn't seem to be any use but he;s in his 70's so need him to have a working mobile, what do you suggest?

  • RichardRuda Richard Ruda (@RichardRuda) reported

@Plusnet Plusnet support advise that between 50-100 locations are down in Colchester and the estimate repair is 18 hours. No redundancy. Totally unacceptable in 2022

  • MorrisJonathan Jonathan Morris (@MorrisJonathan) reported

@Plusnet Thanks Alex. I don't want to turn off my own Wifi broadcast, but wondered what the additional hidden SSID was. Apparently in rural America, networks use hidden SSIDs to piggyback (nothing to do with the user: more network). Is this what it is?

  • shivanandnashi8 shiva nash (@shivanandnashi8) reported

    @Plusnet No sim network

  • littlemsgooner Hazel (@littlemsgooner) reported

@Plusnet when is the mobile service going to be fixed ? day 2 without service & it's the same for EE the other company that BT owns 😤

  • KateKirk79 Katie Kirk (@KateKirk79) reported

@Plusnet I'd like to know if I could finally get my ongoing issue sorted finally? Getting really fed up with it. Paying a fortune per month, for really awful connection.
