  • A88yJones Abby Jones (@A88yJones) reported from Cassington, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp we’ve just moved house and STILL no internet despite your promise it would be with us 2 weeks ago. Tried phoning but in never ending queue. Making WFH very difficult😡

  • Micheylou96 Michelle ♡ (@Micheylou96) reported from Westcot Barton, England

Will never have @Plusnet again, absolutely useless, bit difficult to work from home with no internet every other day🤬 literally problems from the start and now this

  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • Hallysworld Kris Hall (@Hallysworld) reported from Thame, England

@Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

  • MilsDay Millie Day (@MilsDay) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@Plusnet Having trouble accessing the member centre having just had my new home phone set up. It loads and then disappears! Very frustrating!

  • CllrWarrenWhyte Warren Whyte (@CllrWarrenWhyte) reported from Buckingham, England

Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • fraserboyd fraserboyd (@fraserboyd) reported

Absolutely sick of @Plusnet every time I am travelling. Email servers block everything when you're not on your own broadband connection. Continual problems sending and receiving msgs to some gmail accounts as well. Never been fixed in years. @plusnethelp

  • doesitsay Loo Loo (@doesitsay) reported

@Plusnet Landline down past month due to underground fault. Openlink scheduled tentatively to fix locally in a few days. Now internet down. Cant check on website on ticket update as...website down. Frustrated and look forward to compensation.

  • spookymonts lilly🔮 𝕽𝖍𝖊𝖆 & 𝕲𝖔𝖜𝖙𝖍𝖊𝖗 fan (@spookymonts) reported

@rizripley Plusnet is so insanely ****

  • lucyerber Lucy Erber (@lucyerber) reported

@wmarybeard @VodafoneUK Firstly you will be entitled to compensation-won’t help you now I know but I ended up with nearly 1 free year from Plusnet for something similar. But you can attach your mobile to your laptop and run that from the phones 5G. Google it for instructions how

  • nw_nicholas Mr Ethical (@nw_nicholas) reported

@Plusnet when will I receive my automatic compensation for lack of service?

  • iffatshahnaz Iffat Shahnaz (@iffatshahnaz) reported

@Plusnet I live in the EH6 area of Edinburgh and my WiFi is not working. Can you please advise. Thank you

  • dancludlow Dan Ludlow (@dancludlow) reported

Well Done. EE is a wholly owned subsidiary of BT, and is being used as its main marketing arm. Plusnet is another, more at the budget end, and with fewer strings to its bow. Finally, Openreach is another subsidiary that installs and maintains the network for all suppliers, so it has a degree of autonomy.

  • kee1haul Mark X|S (@kee1haul) reported

    @Plusnet hi, need help

  • Bzth Beth (@Bzth) reported

@Plusnet for 2 nights in a row my internet has dropped at the same time of night for no apparent reason... Help please!

  • CharlieMaguire9 Charlie Maguire (@CharlieMaguire9) reported

Anybody else having issues with @Plusnet internet? 3 nights out of the last 5 our internet has completely dropped out, rebooting the hub hasn’t made a difference, neither has rebooting the ONT. This really isn’t what we pay for
