    Will never have @Plusnet again, absolutely useless, bit difficult to work from home with no internet every other day🤬 literally problems from the start and now this

    Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    What a **** show BT and OpenReach, Plusnet ,talktalk, Vodafone. A whole day with no Internet, POOR communication and updates . Shameful. If you can't provide the service maybe let someone who can. Muppets #nointernet #internetdownagain

    @Plusnet I’ve had a red light showing LOS on my ONT for a few days. I texted ‘Help’ this morning and was advised that there’s a fault in my area (S13) and that they’re usually resolved in 4 hours. That’s now passed. Are you able to provide an update of any kind?

    @Plusnet Absolute RUBBISH COMPANY ROGUES threatening discontinued and restricted service if I don't pay what the say .which is more than my contract

    @Ofcom Hiya, does your Automatic Compensation scheme for a delayed new broadband connection apply if the problem was with Openreach, not Plusnet?
