@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

@Plusnet Help ported 2 number on wed at 7pm received notice at 12.50 on Thursday numbers being ported , still not complete d today and cannot make any calls

@Plusnet Really upset that you cancelled my order last week and are now apparently proceeding as if it's still live even though I've signed up with someone else. Now I have to jump through hoops to cancel it - without broadband.

Plusnet engineer said the issue was the router. I put in a new router. Internet still poor. Call operator for Plusnet says it's a line issue and an engineer will have to attend. Changing my mind - I wouldn't recommend plusnet anymore

@Plusnet no broadband again this morning. Why are there so many issues lately? No problems for years and now several outages in as many weeks? I have the dreaded 'orange b' again!

@lucywilsdon Hi Lucy, I can confirm that BT would never make calls to customers on our behalf. If you've had a call claiming to be from BT it's likely that it was an attempted scam call. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞
