Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

If you are looking looking to change your Internet. Avoid @Plusnet worse mistake I've made changing to them. Utter crap. Never works.

@Plusnet Our local ice cream van is far more reliable than our internet service from you. Nothing all morning and my son can’t do his schoolwork like the rest of his class can while their bubble is closed. We are paying for nothing.
