  Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

  @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  @Plusnet so my broadband is out for the 2nd time today. Go to support pages, says you are open until 10pm, phone up and lines say you closed at 8pm. Live chat also not available all day. Not great :(

  Our connecting isn't set up yet (thanks to the terrible process @OpenreachHelp force you to go through when moving house), but @Plusnet have been really helpful and responsive when I've spoken to them (which had been a lot!)

  @GStebson @Ian_urRu @Plusnet They're not the only networks. Phone Coop usually do well with ethical advertising. In the hypothetical situation that *every* company advertised on GB News (which they'd be insane to) you'd pick the one who used them least or were first to pull support.

  @AndrewMorganRCT @skytv I had the same and moved to Plusnet... Their customer service is excellent.
