Will never have @Plusnet again, absolutely useless, bit difficult to work from home with no internet every other day🤬 literally problems from the start and now this

  • CllrWarrenWhyte Warren Whyte (@CllrWarrenWhyte) reported from Buckingham, England

Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

  • A88yJones Abby Jones (@A88yJones) reported from Cassington, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp we’ve just moved house and STILL no internet despite your promise it would be with us 2 weeks ago. Tried phoning but in never ending queue. Making WFH very difficult😡

  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Plusnet Have had problems with internet connection all day. Off and on for hours at a time. Very slow - 10 minutes to connect. Really bad. Speeds were averaging 5 at one point. When BB came back properly it was averaging 16. I pay for minimum of 30.

@TomTalksMoney_ @MartinSLewis Plusnet mobile on EE network. But I've just looked at their website and they're currently not taking on new SIM only customers. It just redirects you to the EE site which is much more expensive!

  • BeardedTommyICR Tommy Lambert. #JDF 💚 (@BeardedTommyICR) reported

So. Turns out the reason why I can'T find certain TV shows and films on @NetflixUK while connected to my home internet provided by @Plusnet, but works fine on my mobile data, Netflix thinks that Plusnet are using some kind of VPN service, which makes Netflix think I am not in UK.

  • Darzil01 Chris Wheeler (@Darzil01) reported

@Plusnet Thanks for the reply. It does indeed help, as it stops me migrating simply to Plusnet.
