Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Plusnet it’s a shame you won’t reply when a customer has been without service 17 days, we’ve made at least 10 calls to technical support some for over 1 hour, requested 3 managers call back. Still waiting for a explanation. Maybe they are trying to call back on the fault line.

@OpenreachHelp It's Plusnet and they're saying there's nothing they can do. According to them I've had the service I paid for (they sent an engineer) so nothing else they can do :/

If anyone is thinking about going on to PLUSNET don't I have waited 8 days for a sim card and it doesn't work, the after service help is terrible.

@ukaudiophile @JudgeDrokk @thejanbeta I did that a while ago but had to turn it off as it blocked us being able to use our YouView box premium channels through plusnet. Ditching that service very soon and will be switching pihole back on the moment I can! In fact I might do it sooner.

@Plusnet what’s up with the network in Moulton (CW9)? I had over 6 trouble free years with EE, but just a few weeks after switching I’m now getting no service 😡
