Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Plusnet just wondering if any managers exist in your org. 48 emails 30 phone calls to correct error after error since 14th june when cut off by yourselves. After 15 days lost service 2nd day in service lost again now due to accounting error flagged up you have cut me off again

Hey @Plusnet I have been with you guys for many, many years, and over these many years, your braodband speeds have gone down hill big time. I started off with you guys at around 36Mb/s, it dropped to 32Mb/s for many years, now It's around 25Mb/s! I pay £55/Mnth! Whats the deal?

@JCDrummo @Plusnet I certainly get the ‘half-hearted’ feeling. So far all problems have been because of Openreach, I’m told, and Plusnet are ‘waiting’ for Openreach to do things. Where is the pressure and anger on behalf of their customers?

Sat here. No internet. Mobile data cover. Fault reported Thurs 1700. Out since 1630. 2 hrs on landline as we kept copper line!! Done swap to internet phone! Line dropped. No calls back!! No updates from any service providers. @Plusnet Please call me. I will DM my details.
