Nicola Cooper (@StuntKi) reported from Halesowen, England@Plusnet I joined BRSK on 18th July 2025 and was told by BRSK that Plusnet would be cut off on 19th July and I would then be sent my final bill from Plusnet. Plusnet then sent me a bill for another month for a service which I am not using. How do I make a complaint?

Tried to report via EE Fault reporting tool but it won’t accept it as my number is not showing as an EE number. Call quality and signal is still hopeless, even outside in farm shop car park.

Peter Gould (@QualityIsKing) reported@OpenreachHelp Hi. My parents moved from @Plusnet FTTC to @bt_uk FTTP. It was due for install today, but BT got the dates wrong. Plusnet was cut off today and BT isn't live until mid-August. They've moved back to Plusnet, but it's ~10 days to reactivate. Can you help please?
