  @Plusnet I joined BRSK on 18th July 2025 and was told by BRSK that Plusnet would be cut off on 19th July and I would then be sent my final bill from Plusnet. Plusnet then sent me a bill for another month for a service which I am not using. How do I make a complaint?

  @virginmedia They said they can’t do anything, just have to pay for 13 days of a service that hasn’t even been activated. Not the best customer service really, left @Plusnet due to them not helping (well trying to leave, seems impossible)

  @saltyy_savage I had Virgin media for years and only issues and expensive contracts. I am on Plusnet right now £43/46 for 900mb with 0 problems and uk customer services. They do £3 increase yearly and I am curious to see my first contract end what I'll get. Bet still better than virgin

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews.   @WeAreOpenreach please can someone help. Following a no show for an installation on Tuesday. Today’s engineer M group for OpenReach couldn’t get the full fibre running. Said that another engineer would come. No update yet and Plusnet help on phone could not give any help can you?

  Sadly we are still last mile copper here, no Community/Open Reach fibre yet but we do have Virgin Media (old cable)... Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.

  Anyone else experiencing terrible customer service from Plusnet? I was under the impression that they were one of the better broadband companies but obviously I was wrong having left my 84 year old mother with no connection for almost a week. @Plusnet
