Nicola Cooper (@StuntKi) reported from Halesowen, England@Plusnet I joined BRSK on 18th July 2025 and was told by BRSK that Plusnet would be cut off on 19th July and I would then be sent my final bill from Plusnet. -on a beach- (@iamonabeach) reported@ArmchairAdml Cancel it and start a new contract with EE or PlusNet...they're all the same company these days but I think you'll be treated as a new EE (or PlusNet) customer so you'll get the new customer rate. If not take your business elsewhere.
-
MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.
-
gazza (@ShaunGaz) reported@Plusnet u closed im still working dog shite - what a crap service and put the charges up...My evening shite cause of planet plusnet
-
ǝǝqspǝǝl 🇬🇧⚛️⚡️💡 (@leedsbee) reported@Benleo Never been a customer of theirs but It’s probably a very close tie between them, BT, Three, EE & Plusnet. The needs of the customer are totally irrelevant
-
Stephen Noakes (@Slimo80) reported@Plusnet hi I am considering switching to your service but I have a very large garden so need to speak to someone in regards signal to end of garden but the phone line has a huge wait.

-
Paul Sutton (@PaulSutton66) reported@davidkurten In which case, the problem is my internet provider, Plusnet.
-
Louislou🧓🏉 (@BrantLesley) reported@esp8687 Both of my children recommended Sky when my Plusnet (BT in disguise) ended and they were trying to force me to go to EE because we are only part fibre and Plusnet don't do it anymore. I anticipated issues but it was a totally smooth and easy
-
Craig Jump (@Craig_Jump) reportedHow is reporting a line fault for an elderly, vulnerable neighbour a GDPR issue ?, Plusnet refused to take the number and log a fault due to GDPR, I was not asking for any personal info.. just wanted them to log a fault #bonkers #nocommonsense @Plusnet
-
Jason (@btc8500) reported@Plusnet I’ve spoken to the team and they told me to change the channels on the router but the problem is you don’t actually supply hardware with the capability to do the speed over Wi-Fi. So unless I buy an adapter to my phones and tablets the speed is POINTLESS 😱😱
