My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. Transferring sensitive data (email archive) without explicit permission is a huge violation of data protection act. I'm recommending you compensate your customers before legal action starts.
