My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help.
