My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. OpenReach engineer shows up without ringing bell, slaps fibre entry point on some random side of the house, leaves without checking in. PlusNet complaint emails just bounce back. Great.

She's 82 and makes most of her calls on WhatsApp and telegram nowadays anyway. Did have to do away with the landline tho.
