Doddy (@doddytyke) reported from Penistone, England@maburgess8 Plusnet that runs off EE. I'd understand if I wasn't receiving any service but I'm able to use it without any issues except from receiving calls and text messages. WhatsApp, Facebook messenger etc. no problems at all. Strange

My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. Ofcom rules state that if a provider makes a change to your contract that is of "material detriment" (meaning it makes you worse off), they must allow you to leave the contract early without paying a cancellation fee.
